religious uh observations and things
like that so i think that it would be
a sacrament even some of the things
we've covered in the past about maybe
even
amanita muscaria or psilocybin being
used
as the um the eucharist as the the
bread of christ and even the uh um the
wine

welcome my friend to the podcast angela
coons is it
yep angela coons hey how's it going i'm
doing well how are you my friend
i'm doing very well yeah it's been a
busy month but things are good
yeah i'm glad i was able to make this
happen and um been following you for
some time on facebook and seeing some of
the
the pictures you post a lot of pictures
and it gives you a visual
a visual representation of of your work
and uh what you're doing some of the
things that you're creating um as far as
um you know going on on journeys as well
plant journeys plant medicines working
with plant teachers and
cambo was a big one want to talk a
little bit about that japa
or rap as some people would call it um
you
you sell some of those things as well
what's your what's your main
main page because i i just went to your
instagram i followed you on instagram
today and
it seems like you got a pretty good bit
of followers on there
yeah i mean there's little bits uh
everywhere
my platform really started on instagram
actually
um i had a website for a while but it i
just yeah it was too much to keep up
with so
many people just follow me either on
facebook or instagram i've got like
three different instagram pages
ones for the shop one's just to share
enlightening info
and the other is just a personal journey
like my personal experience
not just with planet medicines but just
with life
and so there's quite a few different
places uh just depending upon
you know different people and where
they're at
within social media world for sure um
what are some of the things that you
sell in your in your shop i know that uh
you you're working on some blends of
rapper that you're getting to
to uh sell and um what is it uh
um i always mess up the pronunciation
of the uh carupas or something karuppi i
can't
how do you yeah the kitty bay
yeah um yeah so i have
i have a shop uh primarily on there i
actually just
sell jewelry that's handmade jewelry but
i also work a lot with
medicine tools and i make a lot of
medicine tools but it's more so on like
a personal basis one-to-one basis
just because for me i really value the
sacredness of these medicines and so
it's important for me to get to know
each person or client that i'm working
with you know have a one-on-one
conversation about the medicine
find out if people are familiar with the
medicine if they're not familiar with
the medicine you know and if they're not
familiar with the medicine
we're able to kind of work through uh
the steps on how to work with the
medicine why they're working with the
medicine
but yeah the rape that i get is
primarily from brazil
and i have gotten medicine rape from
peru as well basically what rape is
it's a very very very finely ground
tobacco a very pure tobacco called
mapacho
that comes from the amazon and so
there's
many many different varieties of rape
and they each have their own name and
oftentimes these rabies are actually
named after the tribes that they come
from so we've got like
katakina which is the rape that i'm
going to be working with today
which is made by the katakina tribe in
brazil
and they all kind of vary most of them
have makachu in them there are a few
blends that do not have mapacho in them
um but i really like the mapacho because
the way that the amazonian
tribes look at mapacho or look at
tobacco is it's a master plant
you know it's a powerful plant to
cleanse to center
um to ground the energy and so this
medicine is used either on its own as
well as
in sync and in in synchronicity with
other plant medicines depending upon
what you're you're doing so um
so yeah rape is something that is done
on its own
this is a medicine that i work with
quite frequently
and it's not psychoactive in any way but
it's
very powerful in its own way you know
it's very good for
grounding us back into our body
centering us back into our body
it also has this incredible ability just
to like
cleanse and open the energetic body up
you know so there's like blockages
emotional blockages
mental blockages uh happening in the
body this is a great medicine
just to clear that up open us back up
and there's a lot of physical stuff to
balancing of the
left and right hemisphere of the brain
all kinds of stuff so
yeah it's it's amazing it's a really
great medicine
now when you're using the medicine i
usually um
use just about a pea size they say just
put the size of a p
i've seen videos i don't know if it's if
it's happening that they're using
but like i've seen videos of some of
them over in like peru and stuff and
they'll just like
i mean i don't know if it's if it's the
same thing or what it is but they're
just like a whole bunch just going
straight up is that the same thing have
you seen
videos yeah using a bunch of it so it
really depends upon why you're working
with it right so if you're wanting to
have a really deep
experience with rappe usually you can do
quite a lot of it
you know and it can bring on massive
purging effects you know where
your eyes are watering even sometimes
you're purging and vomiting i mean i've
taken people
through experiences with this medicine
you know where they're in a full-on
five-hour purging experience after it
just because that's what the body needs
to release at that time
you know in the western world we look at
purging as something that needs to be
suppressed you know feeling sick is
something that needs to be suppressed
but that's not how it is in these tribal
traditional cultures and communities
you know purging is something it's like
we call it the getting well
you know you're going through a getting
well process because the body literally
needs to release something and so
large amounts of rape can usually bring
that on you know you go with an in with
an intention
you know wanting to clear something or
understand something
and oftentimes again it comes back to
those blockages there's something being
blocked in the body
and so um it can bring on a purging
where you're finally releasing that
energy
you know the energy comes out through
that purge but typically
you know you if you're working with this
medicine on a daily basis you're not
you're not going to want that kind of
experience
every time and so you're doing a very
very small
amount of it which is usually a piece
size amount
you know i've even worked with it on
with even less than that
and it can still be quite powerful but
yeah
it just depends on your intention with
why you're working with the medicine
and what you're going in for yeah i've
had people
come over and they want to try it and
stuff and so i'll let them try it and
even for me like if you do it just in
passing
it doesn't really it may just burn it
may give you a little
a little effect or whatever you may be
able to feel it but if you close your
eyes and go into it for a moment and
allow the tears to come and really set
your intention on it then it becomes
very powerful
with releasing grounding for me like
you know i've had some some some stuff
that i was holding on that other people
were like lashing out there was some
gossip
of like close friends kind of turned on
me and stuff and i could i was carrying
that weight you know and so for me to go
outside
put my feet on the ground and really you
know try the uh japa
and release and ground it allow the
tears to come because it's gonna happen
um and it's a very powerful experience
and like you said there's different
blends some seem a little bit
more stronger than the others whether
it's if it has nicotine in it or not
there's different blends that you can
get
and for me it's been very it's been very
powerful
and uh and healing as well with
grounding and releasing things if i got
feel like there's just too much
going on too much too many thoughts i
need to get rid of some stuff grounding
finding my center literally putting your
feet on the ground when you're doing it
too helps a lot i think
yep yeah definitely um
yeah i think that a lot of it too you
know is uh it's so
it's so taboo compared to a lot of
things that we've learned in the western
world
and so for me when i first started
working with this medicine i really had
to have
someone walk me through it you know
there's so many different parts of
working with rapid that you begin to
learn when you go and you work with it
in a more traditional way or even with
the tribes
and you know the air for instance the
air that you're breathing out
that you're putting up into the nostril
when you're working with it that's your
prayer you know and so presence like
really coming to a space of presence
again you know why are you working with
that medicine because
that energy that you're putting into it
is all a part of the experience
and so yeah just learning to really be
calm within it that's something i really
have to guide people through because
you know we tend to go into that that
automatic reactionary state
to react to the experience rather than
just uh
allowing and paying attention and
observing what's going on in the body
that's where a lot of the lessons with
the medicine
are yeah it's um
you know it there's definitely that
taboo i think with what people
think of putting stuff up your nose i
ain't snorting nothing man i'm not
snoring nothing's like you don't have to
snort anything
you blow it it's different like a lot of
people who
you know have a bad stigma with like
cocaine or whatever they used to
use cocaine back in the day a lot or
something so their mind immediately goes
back to
i can't snort anything man or or that is
some type of drug
like that you know when it they always
make that connection as well
which is yeah it couldn't be anything
further from the truth oh 100 percent
you know and with rape too it's not like
it's just going up into your nose and
it's not and it's not you know it's
going into the body
i mean there's a whole process of
closing the throat so you're not
swallowing the drop
a as well as everything comes back out
you know again the blowing of the nose
that's part of the purging process
it's going in there it's collecting all
these things all these energies you're
blowing your nose and it's coming all
back out it's like a
way to collect this stuff and then
release it so
how long do you wait to to blow your
nose
i usually try to wait until my nose
drips
you know that way but yeah that way i
don't go into too much
um in my mind of okay i gotta get this
stuff back out you know really allow the
medicine
to do what it needs to do pay attention
to my body pay attention to
the even the subtleties and the
experiences happening in my body as i'm
sitting with the medicine
and then when my nose begins to drip i
mean i've got to blow it at that point
so that's usually when i
i go ahead and blow my nose sometimes i
even like to have like a cup or a bucket
something nearby so if i need to spit i
can also do that
yeah and that's that's normal it's kind
of part of it um
what about like uh when you feel the
dripping coming because it starts making
its way down your throat trying to
get into your belly yeah when you feel
that cause i try to sit with it like you
said as long as i can but once it starts
coming down i try not to swallow
because if you swallow at all you're
going to swallow some of it you know
yeah it's just not going to kill you
it's not gonna hurt you yeah yeah
exactly i mean if you swallow a little a
little bit of it it's okay
but again i like to keep a bucket or
something nearby because you don't
really want to swallow it again it's
like pulling all this energy out that
you don't want
so again it comes back to kind of this
taboo right in the western world the
uh coughing or burping or
you know having to uh uh hakkalugi
you know is so weird and obscure in in
western world but at the same time you
know you got to kind of get into that
space where you're comfortable doing
that
and so because that's part of the
process you know that's part of the
purging process of getting that out of
your throat
you know so
let it out you suck in first
because i feel like i feel like if you
suck in you're shooting
back up further yeah sometimes usually
i'll blow my nose first so i'll blow my
nose and then if i
need to and there's stuff still stuck in
the back of my throat you know i do
whatever i need to get it out of the
back of my
throat so i can get it out i've been um
so we we do these uh
healing retreats and stuff that we do
and i've been kind of uh
mindful because we do a lot of breath
work kundalini yoga and breath work
i've been mindful to uh to do the happy
after versus doing it before and then
it really intensive like breath work in
and out and just lodging it up
up i was like let's just wait till after
we do the breath work to do that's
probably smart right
yeah 100 i do a lot of kundalini yoga as
well actually
um you know i worked in a kundalini yoga
community actually helped open one up in
thailand just last year and
if we worked with rape we always worked
with rabbi after kundalini yoga because
you go into such a heightened state with
brethren working with kundalini yoga
and so i've found that our app is really
good just to re-center and re-ground
really
integrate everything that's just taken
place and that experience
with breath worker kundalini yoga yeah
because they're each
you know just as powerful by themselves
and then when you combine them or kind
of have it mapped out
something that you want to do it's it's
own journey in and of itself
yep yeah they go really well together
would you like to do some on air with me
and kind of
show the people and uh again
just doing it with that intention not
not never i would say never to do
anything
just to do it right have that intention
of grounding and maybe releasing some
things as well
yeah so this rape that i'm going to do
and it is from brazil it's actually from
a man that i met while i was in peru
his name is gabriel he actually passed
away last december
so this is the last little bit that i
got from him um blessings
to gabriel he was a beautiful beautiful
person
um
but yeah this is this blend is katakina
this is actually quite strong blend
the catechin is that is that different
than the katakuna
um yes it's a little bit different it's
with a yeah katakina
katakuna there's kuntanawa mm-hmm the
catacombs are different they're from
peru right um i'm not sure actually on
that blend
there's there are so many of them is the
thing yeah
um
oh just
uh
tears yes
do you feel a little bit more um in tune
and relaxed after maybe even in
conversation and stuff
i remember watching some of my older
podcasts where we did a little bit
before
a conversation with a friend of mine
here and going back watching that and we
had some
cocoa resin burning as well and it was
just so really
mellow you can even hear it in my voice
i just feel really connected
after particularly
yeah there's like a calmness that sweeps
over for sure i mean there's like an
initial
you know but then everything just
balances and evens it out you know so
nice
you know
um
yeah what's interesting for me is uh if
i pay attention i can begin to feel just
certain things start to open back up
like even in my body like this
opening in the very back of my back
right between my shoulder blades it's
like this
expansion that happens yeah i felt it
for sure
yeah been working out a lot and i could
i feel like even
looser as i even just did that so it's
interesting
i know what makes for bad radio if
you're listening to this but um
if you want to go back and watch the
video just to kind of see just a
tutorial just an example
um how to use it how to work with it and
i really just sit into it for a while i
know it's kind of bad to do on the radio
but to really just
sit with it for a little bit you know
yeah because that's when the magic is
happening with the medicine you know is
to be able to sit with it and pay
attention because there's all these
little subtle
things that happen and if we're not
paying attention we're missing the
entire point or the entire message that
you're receiving from the medicine
hmm
it's good yeah thank you for that that
was a
fantastic um fantastic idea
wow yeah i really appreciate it i don't
abuse it
i don't abuse anything you know um i
don't do it every day
uh not not not that that's bad if you do
if you have that connection and you want
to get closer and you want to learn it
that's that's different too
um i do have a friend you know we joke
about it but
he he got some after doing it the first
time we went to the um
the native american powwow from the
ports creek indians and so the first
time we did it was at the powwow
so we were walking around the powwow and
we could really feel grounded and more
connected and stuff and um
i think we did it again that night when
we did our live stream but um
he he ended up buying himself and that
joker would do it all day
like he blew through all of his in like
just a couple
a week or two or something he was just
like he kind of got addicted to it i
don't feel like it's addictive but
i guess if you have that personality i
mean he was just doing it like
every day all day kind of thing yeah
yeah you know uh i for me
because i used to work with this
medicine every day um and it's gone on
and off
and for me the reason that that was is
because
with anything you know like there's a
relationship that has to be built with
the medicine
in order to really understand it and
again
for me it also goes back into when
you're working with the medicine
go into it with intention you know go
into it with president presidents you
know
do it because there's a purpose behind
it and if you go into it
with that every time nothing can go
wrong
you know and but yeah there has been
certain points to my life where
i did use it every day because i needed
it at that point there was a
relationship that was being built there
was a
bond that was being built um that i
needed
with me and that medicine and then there
goes to a certain point this is my
experience you know and i've talked to
other people who've worked with us
medicine quite a lot
you get to a certain point with any
medicine whether it's rappe
or it's ayahuasca or it's peyote or you
know where you
merge with the medicine you know like
you become that medicine
it's become such a part of you you don't
need to use it all the time you know i
only work with rap day
sometimes once a week sometimes a couple
of times a month
you know whenever i feel called to it it
becomes a reminder
a reminder for me of what you know that
centeredness that that
balance that yeah that openness
what is the um whether it's the message
with nature
or just each plant teacher in and of
itself has something
to teach you differently do you think
that there's an overlying message or
does each
medicine have something each teacher has
something that it wants to impart
i think every medicine is there to show
us
ourselves it doesn't matter which
medicine you're working with you know
it's like for me it's like this coming
back home that's coming back home to
nature
back to this natural state let's make
ultimately back to that vibration of
from our hearts
you know moving out of our minds moving
back into that connection of our heart
and so every medicine that i've worked
with you know that is
the ultimate teaching within it but each
one has their own
way of doing it you know some are much
more gentle
some are just like super super you know
higher chakras up here you're having all
kinds of visions and you're
out of body even and some are very
grounding but they're all
all in some way there to teach the same
thing which is teach us
us you know who are we
interconnected to this you know crazy
world
now i've never i've never worked with a
cambo which is the frog medicine right
and um there was a time where i was
really
you know you know watching your facebook
and you were posting pictures
and it looked kind of scary you know
because like
it actually made you swell up when you
did it and stuff like that can you talk
a little bit about working with the frog
medicine
camo cambo yeah so cambo
is is so unique it's unlike any other
medicine i've ever tried
um but it is like you're working with
cambo you're working with
the spirit of the frog as well as
actually the secretion
from the frog these are giant frogs they
almost look like cartoon characters
you can find them in certain parts of
peru
and they they secrete this certain
milk or some people call it uh poison
um which i don't really like that term
or that word because it really is a
medicine you know i've worked with this
this medicine
so deeply that i've been able to
experience injur
ins and outs of it in such beautiful
profound ways but um
yeah it's like this deep detoxing
process
of going in and it pulls toxins from the
body
it can be quite uh intense from the
outside perspective of it
because they call it the warrior
medicine
right so the whole process of it is kind
of like that
you actually have to get it to go in
through the lymph system
you don't eat it you can't smoke it
nothing like that has to go in through
the lymph system
and so you burn these holes onto the
skin just to
expose or go under the very first layer
of the skin
and then the medicine goes on and within
five minutes
you go into this space the medicines
entered into the lymph system
and you go into this space of
detoxification and so all these toxins
get pulled out from the blood from the
organs
from everything in the body into the
stomach and then you go into a pretty
pretty big purging experience so the
reason that the face swells sometimes
is because again there's a
detoxification happening
and it comes into the face and so
sometimes it swells up the face
as things are releasing but it's it's it
it's unlike any other medicine you know
it's like the
the medicine the key medicine
to understanding how superhuman we can
feel
inside of our bodies because once these
toxins get cleaned out once these toxins
get removed
senses are heightened you know colors
are are more bright
all of a sudden just because there's
like this fog that's been lifted
um taste foods taste more
full you know um your sense of hearing
you know you can
hear a lot better it's like this cloud
that's been lifted after these toxins
have been removed from the body
and um is it psychoactive at all
no no cambo is not psychoactive um you
do go into an experienced
but it's not psychoactive it's yeah
again it's it's
unlike any other medicine you know um
you went to an experience that's kind of
like you you're really aware of your
body
and your heart begins to rise the heat
in your body begins to rise
and sometimes you can actually hear your
heart beating in your head
while you're working with it because
it's activating all these different
mechanisms inside of your body as it's
getting
ready basically for this really powerful
purge and all the toxins are being
pulled
into the stomach and then you begin to
feel a little bit sick
and that sickness is actually coming in
because of all these toxins that are
being pulled into the stomach
and then you go into a purging
experience so beforehand you actually
drink a bunch of water you you do a
12-hour fast
at least a 12-hour fast before and
and then right before the medicine is
put on you drink a bunch of water
because the water acts as a carrier for
all these toxins they get
into the stomach and then you purge and
you'll see all these crazy colors come
out of your body
you know yellows greens blues
orange and all these colors are actually
toxins that have been held in the body
for
sometimes your entire life you know yeah
that's
um i mean we're talking about the
purging and i know you mentioned you
know
being sick and stuff like that earlier
that the body's sick and holding these
things and it's actually a good thing
when we throw up or we purge and stuff
like that
your body knows what it needs i mean
there was times in the past where i was
like had a crazy food addiction and i
would eat so much food
and i would throw it up after it was
almost like i was anemic or bulimic or
whatever like i couldn't
hold food down it was because i was
gorging myself on
fast food like it was i wasn't even
hungry but it was time to eat so i would
order
a big huge meal and i would throw it up
and i couldn't stop myself and um
but with that but then like getting sick
like with flu-like symptoms if you will
um whether it almost feels like
a lot of times that sickness comes
because you need to purge
and you you've been walking around with
all of these toxins in your body
and your body's like no so your body
heats up and you have a temperature
and we've been taught in the west that
we need to keep that temperature down
like
oh he's running 101. we need to bring it
down but like your body's going through
purging out and burning
up that stuff that's not supposed to be
in you so the purging the diarrhea like
all of that stuff is serving you it's
helping get all of that bad stuff
out of you and you you notice that when
you come back
when it's time to eat or when you feel
you start feeling better
you feel so clean you feel so good like
even though
like it was kind of hard going through
it it was scary it didn't feel good
but on the other side of that purge of
that sickness if you will some would
call it
you feel so much better and that's just
something just like through observation
it's almost like
if your body if you're not taking care
of your body your body's gonna
like make you get sick and take care of
itself
right oh yeah 100
um and the nice thing too about cambodia
you know is it's such a fast experience
you know you're not going into it
six-hour campbell experience like you
would if you were stepping into an
ayahuasca ceremony
you know cambodia usually once the
medicines applied is typically not every
time but usually on average about 20
minutes
you know so you're going through this
very fast it's like you're so is the
swelling that long or does the swelling
last
a lot longer everybody doesn't swell
you know swelling only happens a certain
percentage of the time
for most people and so for me i mean
i've worked with this medicine
hundreds of times probably at this point
and for me
i probably have swelled i don't know
maybe 10 times
but when the swelling happens it's like
you
you you almost want it to happen because
you just have this deep experience you
feel this cleanliness you know it's like
your face swells up but then the
swelling goes down you should go down
within 24 hours
you know sometimes you know within an
hour even after you just sat with the
medicine
the face will start to go down but then
afterwards it's like your complexion
you know your skin just looks incredible
because
all of these toxins all of this stuff
just got flushed all through your face
and
all through you know everything i mean
i've even seen the hand swell
the feet swell you know the medicine's
just going in it's causing this the
swelling so that it can pull things out
that's awesome your body knows what it
needs for sure and go just going through
that process of like the first time i
did kundalini yoga was
with um just our online video with um
what's her name guru mook
if you know who that is um and i felt
like
i was uh i felt like a dirt like a like
a rag
like a dirty rag that got
rinsed out because there was like
muscles in my body that i haven't
used and like they kind of got exercised
and even doing in and
connecting it with the spiritual work
with all of the different movements and
things like that
um i felt clean afterwards and again
like every the air
smelled different and this wasn't even
ingesting anything this was just in some
pretty deep intense kundalini yoga but
it's just that
essence of cleaning yourself out
spiritually
you know your muscles like using them it
was
an amazing experience my first time
doing kundalini yoga and i feel like
that purging and just that you know
cleaning yourself spiritually is what
all this stuff kind of
kind of does it helps you see things and
you don't even know that you don't know
that you're
you know you're carrying you know toxins
in your body because you're
we i think in the west we've gotten used
to feeling
like crap like most of us we're like oh
yeah like
our normal is way below how we're
supposed to be
operating but we're used to it we've
learned to manage of being tired all the
time of
of being of having doubt and worry and
fears and trauma like that's our normal
we've gotten used to it
it's not until you step into a
experience like this whether it's with
the plants or kundalini yoga or breath
work or whatever it is that is that you
want to
uh to tap in with um
that you're able to experience it and
and feel how beautiful it is on the
other side
yeah what i think that you hit the nail
right on the head actually
is you know i don't think people realize
just
how i'm going to use the word sick um
but people don't realize just how sick
they are in their bodies
you know or how tired they are in their
bodies or how out of balance they are in
their bodies
because we so many of us in the western
world and
even all over the place have grown up
and
we've just grown up into a
imbalanced environment you know and
we've been taught all of these habits
all of these ways of living these
programs really
to live in a certain way eat certain
foods treat our bodies a certain way
and so yeah when you move into something
and you dedicate
you know time in your life to cleansing
which is so
important there's shifts that take place
where all the sudden you know for me
something opens up and it's like wow i
didn't even know that i could feel like
this
i didn't even realize that i that this
tiredness
was existing inside of me all of these
years until this moment when i finally
released it
you know and something that cambos
taught me
a lot actually is
you know we talk about trauma and we
talk about uh
emotional suppression talk about all
these different things
all of those things are connected into
our physical body
you know and they can manifest as all
kinds of things they can manifest as
being overweight they can even manifest
as being underweight
they can manifest as some sort of
disease or illness or sickness in the
body
you know some people even get get cancer
or they're dealing with depression
they're dealing with all these things
and there's usually all kinds of
physical ailments that go into that the
body's been holding on to
so when you go through a huge detoxing
process and you finally begin to
release that you begin to watch the body
come back into a natural balanced state
where it feels good like we're supposed
to feel good in our body our bodies are
designed to feel good
but if we are constantly in that space
of just filling ourselves up but not
emptying it
then we begin to to forget we just kind
of get used to
feeling a certain way or being a certain
way and we just think oh this is how
life is
yeah diet plays a big big role in that i
remember
like one of my first times the first
couple times eating like uh
like a green smoothie making a green
smoothie and i literally felt high
like my body was thanking me because it
felt so good
from putting all of these nutrients in
my body i'm like wow
this feels awesome versus on the other
side of what's the opposite of that
eating a bunch of cheeseburgers greasy
fries and
cheese sticks and all this fried food
which i feel
feel bad like i feel heavy you know you
know you feel like you did
you you feel like you committed a sin
you know what i'm saying at least i do
i'm conscious of what i
put in my body even when i was doing it
and couldn't stop
like i felt like i wasn't that's not
what my body wanted and i was like
sinning against my own body you know
what i'm saying
um but you don't know how unless you do
it and i try to tell people look try a
green smoothie man put
put a bunch of really cool stuff in
there and see how you feel i literally
tell people i feel like i got high off
of a green smoothie you know oh yeah
yeah it's so good i don't uh i think
that a lot of people in
in our society today you know that we're
we're running off of
malnourishment we don't even realize it
because we're fee
we're eating so many processed foods
we're eating so much
fast food reading food that is high in
calorie but there's no nutritional value
and so when there's no nutritional value
in our food and we're continuing to eat
that
we're constantly feeling hungry and why
are we constantly feeling hungry we're
constantly feeling hungry because we're
malnourished
our bodies are craving vitamins they're
craving nutrients and if we aren't
getting that
we're going to always be hungry it's
going to be this perpetuating
eating disorder basically and then you
get addicted
to the fast food and the oreos your body
starts craving it because it's used to
it and so
i remember when i was driving for a
living my wife would would pack me a
lunch and stuff
and i would be hungry man i i would be
hungry around eight o'clock
but i think eight o'clock would average
out to be about my noon because i would
go to work so early
um but i'd be so hungry and i would eat
everything
in the uh that she prepared for me which
was like a sandwich
uh a bag of chips even like like i don't
know if it was carrots or whatever
it was decent food but i would still
feel hungry after eating a whole bunch
of food
and it was that feeling in my mind i
thought i was hungry
it was like i was addicted to sodium i
got my was addicted but
if i would stop and get a burger or stop
and get a breakfast biscuit
it would go away so it's like these
things felt like they were curbing my
appetite but there really
wasn't my body was addicted to the
all the salt you know all of the stuff
that's in there that
we're overdoing it but you got to be
able to identify that
most of the time when we have those
hunger pains we're not even hungry we're
just we our bodies craving
the the junk that we've been putting in
it you know
yeah and you know i always say that
there's either two reasons that we're
hungry
one is the thing that i mentioned before
we're malnourished we're not feeding our
bodies the appropriate things that it
really needs
the other two is a lot of us are filled
with all kinds of things like candida
you know candida is a yeast
in the system or parasites
many of us have parasites we don't even
realize it and then there's all these
unhealthy bad bacterias
well these different things are feeding
off a lot of these processed foods if we
have high amounts of candida or we have
certain parasites in our system
they're sending literally sending
signals and messages to our brains
telling us to eat these
certain foods and if they're not getting
those certain foods we're constantly
craving them
you know and so that's why it's so
important to detox and cleanse the body
you know that's one of those things
actually the cambodia does is it
it starts to clean that stuff out you
know it'll kill the parasites it'll kill
the candida
and so you'll begin to actually watch
this shift happen
in your food i like to call it food
sovereignty you know you finally have
power over what it is that you're eating
your food doesn't have power over you
anymore
in order to get to that point you gotta
clean all the [Â __Â ] out you know you
gotta
you gotta clean out the parasites you
gotta clean out the candida you got to
rebalance your gut flora
you know get rid of all that bad
unhealthy bacteria
and and add in those nice probiotics you
know that are
going to balance out your moods you know
make it so that you're you're not
feeling depressed or anxious
or gut health is so so so important
and it goes both ways it's our first
brain
detox and then nourish it's our first
brain your gut
like and i don't know i don't
please i don't want to sound facetious
here but um
and when i was in the church realm and
stuff and it'd be we'd go to a lot of
churches and revivals and stuff and they
would be they were there were families
who were so called like prophets and
hear from god and speak as the
oracles of god but the whole family was
obese
and i never could take them seriously
like if they're trying to give me
advice spiritually or whatever it's like
like i think
one of the things that that is
communicated through
uh just mindfulness is um or even
one of the fruits of the holy spirit in
the bible is
um self-control being able to
show control over everything your food
your sex drive your emotions you're not
easily angered
even if you are angered you have to
control yourself like and don't do
something stupid
um or slam a whole row of oreos
you know um for so for me i remember
seeing that these families that were
it was one family in particular but a
lot of them you know a lot of the big
names they were like
morbidly obese they're not just heavy
people they were like morbidly obese
giving spiritual advice and and again i
don't want to sound shallow or facetious
but
that was just something that i connected
to like hey i don't know how much
advice i need to take from this person
when it comes to the gifts of the spirit
walking in the spirit which is
self-control being able to control
yourself
oh yeah 100 i think that living what you
preach
is the you know that's that's how we
become the example
i can't sit and tell i can't sit and
give somebody on advice on something
that i've never even experienced or i've
just only thought about
you know if someone comes to me and they
they look healthy you know we're having
a conversation they're
vibrant they have this energy about them
i'm gonna list them because they've got
something that i'm looking for they got
something that i want you know how did
you get there but you know if i'm
sitting in front of someone
you know i think this comes back to even
the the pharmaceutical health industry a
lot you know you go to these doctors and
and i'm and i'm not you know down
playing western medicine i think that it
plays a really important role
as well but there's still certain parts
of it you know you go to a doctor and
you're talking about certain health
things they're trying to give you health
advice but they're obese they're sick
themselves
it's like so is your medicine really
working you know how can i take advice
from you when this medicine's not even
working for you
so i think that living what you preach
you know you want to be an advocate for
health you want to be an advocate
even for spirituality i see this all the
time within the spiritual community
live what you preach you know be that
example that's the
best form of a teacher is to just be the
living embodiment of it
yeah 100 and i was real big into like um
i come out of the really deep religious
christian
realm and i was a christian minister and
kind of still am in a sense like that's
still my framework or whatever
um but like uh i remember like exposing
people and calling them out for their
their preaching bad theology or over
emphasizing money or whatever and it was
a real
i was in a bad place now i didn't i
thought i was doing god's will back then
but uh i felt this this download i felt
god speak to my spirit and say look if
you want to
combat the evil and the bad stuff that
these people are preaching even in the
church realm like
the best way to do it is not to label
these people or to attack them and make
it personal
the best way is just to show them the
right way
to do it don't name these people's names
don't call them out
if it's wrong teach it the right way and
you'll
and and it was like for some reason it
should be like you should just know that
but for me it was a deep revelation i
was like you know what
i'ma try it and things changed for me it
wasn't so personal anymore with these
preachers or these people
you know deceiving the masses you know
what i'm saying because
people people look for teachers that
that tell them what they want to hear so
you're gonna there's somebody out there
who
who you know you can find if even if
that person stopped there's another one
in their place but for me it was it
wasn't personal but i understood that
again be that example be the change that
you wish to see in the world
you know yeah yeah i mean i got
goosebumps as you're saying that because
i think that that is
such a key thing you know we live in a
world today where even
spirituality has almost become this fad
you know and people want to look a
certain way and they want to do certain
things because that's that's what's
popular right now that's what our
friends are doing and so
begin to label ourselves with all these
things but at the end of the day that's
not what it's about you know
we're not here to label ourselves we're
not here to to
to create titles you know necessarily
it's about
living and embodying our truths
you know our souls like what who who it
is we really are from our hearts
and um you know that's something that i
i've even had to work a lot of
of things through i remember
i was sitting in one of my first
ayahuasca ceremonies actually
you know and that medicine is you go in
it's like your whole ego is stripped
you know and you're sitting with all of
your stuff
and that was a big thing that came up
for me because of the the time i like to
use
words like like i'm a channeler
or um you know i'm i'm a priestess or
i'm a goddess which yeah
of course i am in my own right but these
were all these labels
and in those experiences i'm literally
being shown what those things mean and
so i came out of it like wow i got a lot
of work to do
you know um i don't i don't necessarily
feel like those are things that we
should
should just be labeling our style
ourselves you know it's like you walk
into a room and people
people know because they can feel it
from you
and that's where we're headed towards
you know that authenticity
that living embodiment of whether it's a
goddess
or a priestess or a healer or whatever
it is you know we don't need to call
ourselves these things
just become it you know like you'll
you'll feel it and just
be that living embodiment of it and yeah
everything else is
i don't know yeah my first um
experience with with psilocybin um we
took a trip to new orleans
a friend of mine had a um
float tank shop a sensory deprivation
tank
and he was going to let us come there
and and use the float tank
and and go in on psilocybin he's going
to let us spend the night there too so
it's like
really cool so we go there so we planned
this trip with a bunch of guys it was
kind of like our first little retreat
that we did so me and
and and two other guys um we got into
new orleans but
i called ahead we wanted to like make it
a ceremony kind of thing and really
prepare ourselves so
i got online and looked up a reiki
practitioner tried to find something i
called several different shops didn't
know who to
uh uh go with and talk to this one lady
and
she gave me her prices and i was like
okay well thanks so much and i'm just
gonna call around and then
two minutes later she called back and
said hey i know i said this but
i'll do the group session for that you
know it's okay
and it just felt better when she called
back so i said let's book it so i end up
booking this session we get into new
orleans and we go right to uh the reiki
session as we
come into town and we go to her shop and
everything and
she's leading us in a group reiki
session like group meditation and then
she's kind of like doing reiki on each
of us in the room it was really powerful
beautiful experience we felt really
connected it was a good way to kind of
set that intention going in
um ended up becoming really good friends
with her uh jess treagle i did a couple
shows with her but she's awesome
um we go to the float tank shop and uh
we
partake of the medicine the psilocybin
mushrooms i think i did about two grams
two and a half grams
get in the float tank and i'm having my
little experience and stuff and you're
just having these downloads and these
revelations and you're
more intuitive you're more um
introspective if you will about your
life about decisions how to move forward
let's begin to get all these downloads
about my future and my destiny and how
to step in it
and um i had this overwhelming sense of
wanting to be a healer
and a lot of it came from like having
that session with this
this lady you know and and just the
thought that she gets to wake up
and do what she loves for a living she
gets to help people work through their
trauma do energy work
and like and she gets she makes a living
off of it and she
and does what she loves and that was
something that
seemed so unattainable for me but as i
was
like communing with the universe with
god i was i'm getting these downloads
about how to do that
like this is how you do it these are the
steps that you need to take
and there's some things you need to get
out of your life there are some smoking
habits and
some some of this and using foul
language all the time you gotta you
gotta quit listening to bad music and it
was just this introspective thing
and i'm writing it down but this
overwhelming sensation of wanting to be
a healer
and wanting to wake up and do what i
love for a living which seems so far for
me
and uh and in this communion it was
downloaded to me that
you're not going to become a healer you
already
are and and then i was like given this
review of different my music
my podcast everything that i do setting
up prayer meetings and stuff for people
it's all about healing so like
god was showing me that you already are
a healer you're not there's nothing that
you're gonna become
it's already within you you're not
becoming some someone
if if anything it's already deep within
you and you have to bring it out
and there's things that you need to do
and steps you need to take and things
you need to lay down and so for me
it was profound i wrote about it in my
book it it changed my life
i followed those steps and i've got to
where i am today
and uh my my psilocybin
journeys have been powerful i've only
had a few but they've been
very uh powerful profound and
life-changing for me
what about you uh psilocybin have you
you worked with that
at all yeah yeah i've worked with uh
psilocybin
so much in yes ceremonial settings in
its own right
um but more so you know psilocybin for
me is the way to
go on my own private journeys and
connect with nature you know
i actually just did a psilocybin journey
i think like four days ago
and so yeah i really like that medicine
because it's it's
it has this gentleness to it or the spun
to it you know
it's like the the i've heard it's like
the mushroom children you know you've
got ayahuasca that's the grandmother
you've got beyotes that's the
the grandfather and then you have
mushrooms which is connected to this
like childlike energy
and so um yeah i've worked with that
medicine it's helped me to connect with
that actually quite a lot
and yeah i just feel like this uh
i don't know i feel like mushrooms for
me also has like this link to some deep
ancestral stuff you know so it's like a
really powerful way even for me to
to both connect with nature and my own
ancestral roots
and so yeah i love i love that medicine
for sure
that so that was the um the i would say
microdose but that was a small dose and
then
after that we did another one which was
i did like a little bit over five grams
and it was kind of like a hero dose and
going in and so
yeah we did it at the um
on indian land and i'm i'm native
american and so you're talking about the
ancestral roots
like that was definitely communicated
that all of your ancestors have passed
this is a rite of passage that you guys
have forgotten about
all of your ancestors your great great
grandfathers have done this and
even on this land they've done what
you're doing and
um it was a rite of passage for sure and
we were
we don't have that anymore in in the
west like the rite of passages i think
are
going to college and get hazed into a
college fraternity i don't know
but there's not really anything that
resembles some of the different
uh paths of the ancients that are in our
dna that we're longing for and we don't
even know it
until we go out on this kind of a
journey and um
you know it's it was beautiful you know
life-changing encounters man
yeah i think that that's important i
think i feel like that's something that
we really need to bring back and i think
that's
slowly slowly making its way back more
people are realizing it but
yeah the rights of passage i think
that's a big reason that even
you know a lot of men and women today
are confused about what it means to be a
man or a woman because i haven't gone
through these
these rites of passage ceremonies that
give them that that
uh i don't know that
shift i guess you could call it a shock
that all to be alive i mean that's huge
that's
you know like oh my god i think i died
and came back i don't know where i was
like you're earning you know you're
earning something
you know a lot of these things they need
to be earned and so
i that's what a right to passage
ceremony really is
you know when when i first started
working with cambo
cambo came into my life and i had to go
through a pretty intense rights of
passage ceremony
with cambo you know like and it wasn't
necessarily i didn't do it with like the
iakp or anything this is
something i would recommend really to to
too many people if to anyone
you know this is my own thing this came
into my life in this way but
the way that i worked with this medicine
and the way that i i
that the teacher that i work with with
it we did five days
on the mountain water fasting and we
work with cambo every single day
twice a day so it's like 10 ceremonies
within a five day experience
and you know you really get to know that
medicine in order to
be able to work with it in that kind of
way and so for me that was a right to
the passage you know you're going
through this
pretty intense experience you know
you're you're having to earn
your your earn this shift basically that
you go through to have that kind of
communion or that kind of understanding
um and yeah i mean i think that's so
important
i was i was working with a group of
people
in atlanta georgia actually and they do
rights of passion
passion ceremonies uh
the man that i work worked with he's
from brazil
uh and and he worked quite a lot with
ayahuasca
and so that was a big big thing you know
that he taught me a lot and rights of
passage was an
important one and so he put together all
these different rites of passage
ceremonies and people will come together
you know you're going through an
initiation you know it's not an easy
experience
you're going into the shadows you're
you're going through something that's
challenging you can you do this you know
can you show up for this thing can you
show up for yourself
and you get through that and there's a
giant shift that happens you know it's
like
there's like this empowerment that comes
from that where you've earned
this uh i don't know how to say it's
like an energy
it's like an energetic shift that takes
place but
yeah i think that's something that
really really really uh
lacks in today's society and if we could
bring that back
oh man the shifts the world would go
through you know like the
the respect that we we would have for
one another
i feel like there's a uh a universal
right of passage as well
that we go through collectively as a
people
as a nation uh and then as um
you know on an individual level as well
but i think we're we're like
inducted into what what greg brady greg
braden would call like a universal
universal mystery school where we're all
in and we're all taking these tests and
for me when it comes to tests and trials
and and
even video game terminology for me of
like you know passing the test and going
to the next levels and things like that
it makes a lot of sense um but i think
that like
uh you know dealing with the trauma and
the hurt and the loss and the gossip and
the backbiting and the judgment
all of that stuff are like tests that
you're taking
to ascend to the higher levels and the
way you pass those tests
is responding with love forgiveness
empathy
um responding from the heart up living
from the heart up that
those kind of things and so um i think
that we're all
inducted into that that we're going
through those rites of passage
but i think that a um indigenous
rite of passage prepares you to take
the the other tests that you're going to
have to go through regardless
you know it's like almost like doing
your homework kind of thing and doing
the inner work
so that you can pass these tests with
ease and grace
well i think part of it too you know for
me
it has to do with tools you know having
the tools that you need to be able to
pass these tests and
if you don't have the appropriate tools
to get there it's going to be make it
really challenging
and and so yeah like the different
initiations or rites of passages for me
were these gifts that i was given to
have the tools to be able to get through
life
you know when things would happen when
circumstances would happen you could
call what's happening in the world right
now
you know a rites of passage and the
world is going through it right now
together and some of us
are are doing it with more grace than
others but we're all going through it
right now
yeah for sure no and again for me i and
you can recognize you can recognize
those of
those those of us who have a lot of
tools and we're using our tools we've
got a lot of tools in our tool belts
whether it's
breath work and meditation or it's
working with rap bay
or you know being able to find your
center go through a process you're able
to release
because i do see the world going through
this
dark night of the soul experience
together and if you've never gone
through an experience like that you've
never been given the
the tools to be able to come out the
other side of that it can make it really
really difficult
and so um yeah i think that that's
something really important you know is
to be able to
have those tools to find those tools to
go on a mission to figure out what your
tools are
to be able to protect yourselves when
you need to protect yourself to be able
to
build the strength and the power to be
able to overcome certain obstacles in
life
to be able to recenter yourself and
reground yourself when you go through
something that's super emotional there's
a lot of turmoil going on around you
you know and so i think yeah you know
that's that's what our the beginning
whole thing with rappy is about you know
all this is is it's a tool yes it's
connected to the plant medicine world
and it's a really powerful
tool connected to nature but at the end
of the day it's it's a tool
it's a tool to help us experience
ourselves and experience our lives
in a more graceful aware way
now with with um these ceremonies and
stuff
you've been around the world where some
of the different places that you've been
in people that you've
um went on whether it's journeys with or
just sat with
different indigenous people and customs
from all over the world what's some of
the places that you've been
um so i have been my journey the first
time i ever left the states
um i went to thailand i'd always wanted
to go to
thailand thailand is what opened me up
to the pasadena meditation actually
and i learned about meditation and i had
done guided meditations you know i'd
done these different meditation
meditation things trying to figure out
what meditation was but it wasn't until
i learned about the pasta that i figured
out what meditation really is for me
you know so the pos when i went to a
vipassana meditation retreat it's
10 days of silence you're not even
making eye contact with anyone you're
in your own space and you're meditating
every day for 10 for 10 hours every day
for these 10 days you're waking up every
morning
at like 3 4 in the morning and
basically it's the awareness of reality
as it really is
and what the meditation is it's body
scanning for 10 hours a day you're going
through
every single part of your body to feel
if you can feel your body in a physical
way and as you go through the 10 days
there's this massive energetic clearing
that happens through your entire body
through your entire being
so um when i was in thailand that was a
big thing that came to my reality while
i was there
the following year after that i got the
opportunity to go to
india actually another place i'd really
really wanted to go
india was incredible you know this was
one of the most
uh eye-opening experiences that i
personally
have ever had because it's like walking
into another planet
you know way people think the way the
family structures
um the way people dress uh you know
obviously the language
the way the town the towns are it's like
it's like
walking into another planet and so when
i got there
you know i was there for six months and
i went there actually to study yoga
because i've always been super drawn to
yoga but there was something missing for
me here in the west
you know i i wanted to get to the root
of yoga i wanted to learn more about the
eastern philosophies with yoga
and so i went there actually and i
studied kundalini yoga
and i worked with i think you mentioned
her gurmukh
right you mentioned earlier yeah so
gurmukh was was my
my teacher actually that i worked with
under the golden bridge
um and we we went and did a kind of
ashram style that's how i did my
my my teacher training and it was
basically i think it was like 30 days
ostrom setting you're wearing all white
you're wearing the turban and you're
again you know you're doing yoga
many many hours every single day you're
learning about yoga philosophy
all that but it gave me this really
powerful platform
you know of self-discipline that was
another a really important key for me of
self-discipline
and so um and so we wake up every
morning three a.m and then we'd go into
our thing so that's what india gave me
india provided me this
understanding of what yoga really was
along with many other
other things as well and then
i also went to peru i was in peru just
last year
reason i went to peru plant medicine's
been been a big part of my life a big
part of my journey since
i was 23 it came into my life
and so um i've worked with a lot of
different people from all over the world
who
work with ayahuasca i mean there's a
woman in the uk that works with it from
her in her own ways and from her own
uh ancestral connections she works with
it
worked with a guy from brazil uh that
works with it in his own way
and then i when i was in peru i got to
work with it
from this chipebo lineage you know which
is
is a very specific way you work with
ikeros you work with the
the more shapibo traditional ways of
working with ayahuasca so they sing the
ichiros and the ceremonies
um and it was just
unbelievable you know it was it was
amazing it was intense it was powerful
and yeah i've been i've been a little
bit of everywhere and each place
was a soul experience
like a soul journey that i was going on
and so each place provided me with
different things you know the pasta
meditation the kundalini yoga the plant
medicine
and they all kind of have come back
together
i mean um yeah and i've lived in these
places
and there's nothing like traveling the
world
you know you really get a perspective of
what life is
when you travel the world you know
you're in a different
you're not in a schedule you know you're
not working any nine to five
you're getting to experience life you're
getting to experience yourself
and so for me i really learned what it
means to
be able to be the creator of my reality
to be able to manifest things you know
and um and so yeah i mean
yeah i've been a little bit of
everywhere i go back to peru
actually next year in february i'm going
for dieta
against people lineage but each place
has its own thing to offer
that's awesome and you know putting
yourself in other people's shoes that
really helps
too of uh you know getting out uh
from around the norm you know
uh whether it's you're visiting somebody
else so for me it was like watching
documentaries and
i remember watching fahrenheit 911 or
whatever it really had
it really imparted like this empathy for
dif
people you know in the uh east or
whatever who
um who who we we were told were our
enemies kind of thing
and i thought these are just regular
families and people like they're just
trying to do life and like
you know just having to change the
scenery and putting yourself in other
people's shoes
really helps and versus you the world
revolves around
america or the world revolves around
your state or your city or you
which is how a lot of people probably
feel even unknowingly that they feel
like that way
a reality revolves around them i mean i
went through some big
massive realizations and shifts
when i went to india actually you know
because you talk about poverty there's
different things here but when you go to
india there's a different level of
poverty that's happening there
so i remember going into these
communities when i was in india
i was in rajasthan and
we went to these these villages in these
villages i mean these people are living
on the ground
in the desert and they're living in
little straw huts
beautiful people i i connected with this
one family
and the guy played an instrument for a
living
you know gathering um any sort of tips
basically that he could get from playing
his
uh what is the name of the instrument
sitar
but yeah that's what he did for a living
making very very very little money he
had a daughter
and she only had the clothes on her back
you know didn't wear
didn't really have shoes and they're
struggling every single day for food
you know there's no proper education
there there's no there's no proper
health care of any sort there and so it
really opened my eyes and gave me
such a different understanding of
how privileged so many of us are just
being able to live in
in the states or being able to live in
the uk or live in canada in the western
world it's a very
very very different reality over there
do you think that they
understood that as poverty or that they
were struggling or had to do without or
was that just that that's their their
normal life at this point
it's how reality works for them yeah
it's just normal
you know and they were quite happy
people for the most part you know they
they definitely had
uh different things like certain health
things or
you know uh fears that we don't have to
think about but for the most part you
know they were very content with the
life that they lived they were very
happy
the really beautiful thing also about it
is there's such a
powerful communion there you know
community
family is so important the village is so
important and they all help each other
out
you know they're helping each other out
to take care of the families they're
helping each other to take
care of each other and so i think that
that's a really vital part of it too you
know that that plays a really important
role in in
the happiness but you know i also got to
see some pretty devastating stuff
too um the family that i was spending a
lot of time with while i was there
um i i get a call one day
from somebody in the village you know
and they still have cell phones they've
got these little you know crappy cell
phones but they still have cell phones
uh phone service there is like
incredibly cheap you know you're playing
like a dollar to two dollars for an
entire month of service
right so i get a call and somebody in
the village's uh
little house had just burned down so i
run to the village i go to the village
and these people are just devastated you
know they left actually for
some funeral the grandfather had died
and then they came back to the village
and their their stuff had burnt down
you know and and i just remember the
look on
the woman's face the woman's face that
you know she has a little daughter
and she is just devastated you know and
i remember hearing her she's speaking
rajasthani and i'm asking what is she
saying and
and the husband's saying she's saying
that she doesn't want to live anymore
she doesn't want to live anymore
you know she's tired she doesn't want to
live anymore and again it was just that
moment of like wow
you know the reality the reality of this
they they already have such little
and to lose that you know even their
little straw house was just
i don't know again it put things into
perspective for me for sure sure
it's um yeah perspective is key i watch
i mean i'm fascinated with it i
definitely want to go to india and um i
watch a lot of like
vloggers who go there and uh and
interact with the people and
looks really really cool have you uh do
you remember or have you seen
um it was a guy named um baba the cosmic
barber
did you ever check any of his videos on
on youtube
he's passed away now but he had like a
little van or a little
uh trailer or something and um people
would come in to get
a shave and a cut and um
he would be doing like energy work on
them while he's shaving them
it's amazing like you can it's like real
asmr because when you're watching it you
can
feel like the energy and it just looks
and feels relaxing
he's massaging them but as he massages
them he like pulls the energy and throws
it and pulls it and throws it and he's
like rubbing your head and he takes the
energy it just looks so
relaxing and refreshing but i think his
son's trying to step into his shoes but
he passed away a couple years ago but
those videos are awesome he's in
he was in india but uh yeah when you get
a chance check it out uh
baba the cosmic barber really awesome
yeah that's beautiful yeah you know that
was another thing even about india too
is that
those kinds of things those aren't
that's not taboo there you know like
like spirituality isn't just something
that people don't just talk about
spirituality that's just like
infiltrated into their culture
everywhere you walk no matter what city
you're in there's altar
set up all over the city there's small
temples set up set up all over the city
i mean it would be interesting even
going to pay for something you go and
you you pay them for something
and they do a blessing on their money
like wow thank you you know like there's
this whole action that takes place
every time they pass an altar you know
there's there's this
a moment of recognition like thank you
you know
that's just part of their culture it's
just part of the way that they live
that's awesome um let me ask you about
this too we'd like to talk to talk about
this a lot on here
what about um enlightened beings angels
aliens ufos any experience with with
those type of entities
yeah i mean yeah definitely all of them
[Laughter]
uh that was a big part of my awakening
you know um was actually that it's what
i was kind of
shaken into it when i was pretty young i
think i was when i was 19.
i mean i had experiences even before
then but at 19 as well i was really
shaken into a whole other experiences
i would wake up and sleep paralysis
every single morning i mean this
happened for
months and to the point where i can't
move
you know i'm completely paralyzed but i
could open my eyes
and i remember seeing all kinds of
beings in the room
and uh and they used to kind of [Â __Â ]
with me actually you know it's pretty
scary
in the beginning because i'm like what
the heck is going on so from that i
started reaching out you know
luckily there was the internet so i was
able to reach out and just say
start asking forums and stuff like have
you ever experienced anything like this
like what is going on like why is this
happening i mean i was scared to go to
bed at certain points before it was
happening
staged my room every single night before
i went to sleep
and luckily i started getting answers i
got in contact with this guy
actually who did a lot of astral
projection
and he started giving me a lot of tips
on things and he said
yeah you're going to sleep paralysis but
that can be a really important stage
into the astral realm or even lucid
dreaming
you know and so when these things are
happening you know be aware of that
and uh remember you know you can tell
these beings they're not allowed to be
there
because i mean i used to have things
come in and they would touch my face
yeah
they would touch my back and i'm
paralyzed it was you know say things
into my ear and weird languages that i
didn't
recognize and so i remember
one morning i woke up in sleep paralysis
you know and there's a being at the end
of my bed
and i remember this message that came to
me super loud and clear
and it said all you've got to do is send
love
send love and let it know that it's not
allowed to be there
and so i did that it was like this
embodiment that i i had to
put myself into if i i love you you're
not allowed to be here and really embody
that energy and then i watched
this entire room that i was in transform
you know went from like this
dark gloomy cloudy you know
spirit beings there to all of the sudden
the whole
room is bright and light and almost like
sparkly you know and for some reason
there's like a rainbow on the wall and
then i remember for some reason seeing
this little seahorse
i don't know why i see horse but i
remember seeing this little seahorse
just floating by me and
it was a huge shift for me because from
that point forward it was like i
realized in that experience that the
power lied with
me you know and so the beings that were
coming there
it was like i was attracting them i was
attracting them through my thoughts i
was attracting them through fear and so
when i really learned about
uh switching that energy into love
i started practicing astral projection
um i was able to actually choose if i
wanted to ask projector or go into lucid
dreaming
and so um yeah i got i i met a lot
a lot of different beings and
experienced a lot of different things
um but yeah that was a bit that was a
big part of my journey was was that
point
when all that was happening yeah a lot
of people start off with
the dark you know it's what kind of
opens the door that's
that you know something's real and if
the dark is real and these
entities are real and scary experiences
are real then why not
hire beings why not beautiful entities
why not entities and beings that want to
help you and angels why is it
demons you know it's so funny too
because like the church around where i
come from like
everybody had those experiences about
the demons and casting out demons and
seeing a demon in this and seeing a
demon there and
demons coming through the movies and
stuff well if that's possible then the
angels can do the same thing they can
come through the movies they can show up
in the middle of the night
those kind of things you know yeah you
know i think that a big part of it
is is the movies that we watch you know
like what's shared
there's so many horror movies out there
i mean there's so many movies about
extraterrestrial beings and a lot of
them are really negative
we get that in our mind then we become
really afraid of these things we become
really afraid of
these other places and if we're in that
space we're automatically
you know demonizing this these kinds of
energies and that's what we're going to
experience that's what we're going to
see you know it's what we're attracting
into our reality and so that's why
for me that that point in my experience
was so important where everything
shifted from this dark gloominess
to this beautiful experience with
rainbows and you know
all these amazing
preachers you know but it was all it was
all in my own vibration it was all in
what i was putting out
you know and so yeah
from all the crazy movies out there and
things can shift
in really beautiful ways yeah i usually
uh
tell people that you know right you know
when you tap
in the stuff that you're entertaining in
your waking hour like you're gonna see
that on the other side and
i just did a video yesterday i would say
it went viral but as far as viral as far
as i'm concerned getting
decent amount of views far of any video
i've done was a
a video where i said that uh the video
was titled that
god gave me a dream about the end of the
world america is going to be destroyed i
i named
it that to prove a point because there's
a lot of people with those videos they
go viral the fear-based stuff
but i went in to talk talk about dreams
and how dreams
what those dreams mean and it's and they
get you get your dream symbolism from
the things that
that is relevant to you and your psyche
your monster movies that you're watching
what is a demon who is a boogeyman
like to some people like your uncle's
gonna be your boogeyman
your uncle was a friend of me he comes
to me in a dream as a friend
but to you your uncle is the embodiment
of evil
you know what i'm saying so when your
uncle shows up it just it what does it
represent to you these same symbols
these same things represent different
things
to different people so understanding the
dream symbolism and
and and what it means to you is the
stuff that you're entertaining and
dealing with so
when you start letting beautiful things
in your psyche and
being fascinated with the light and this
and stuff you kind of attract those
things
and when you do tap in through
meditation through breath work through
having these different dreams and stuff
like you
position yourself to be encountered by
the higher level entities
but and also it goes into what you're
doing not just what you're watching but
what are you participating with and so
i remember when i first got into i
wouldn't say spirituality was more of
a cult and witchcraft i would call it
that and satanism even
um i was doing a lot of bad stuff
robbing people
let's say rob yeah robbing people
stealing gang activity
lying cheating whatever i could um and
then i would do rituals
to tap into the other side guess who i
saw the beings that accompanied that
type of
um um activities they were there
i got to see him and he tormented me and
scared me and
like i did a bunch of rituals and stuff
trying to make contact and none of them
worked until they all worked like at one
time
it was like a freaking portal sucking me
in and out almost lost my mind
i was a teenager and so but now on this
side
i've done the inner work i'm forgiving
myself forgiving my enemies you know and
doing
the family um ancestral cleansing i mean
any area i can to find healing and to
promote it and help people
but now when i tap in i'm assisted by
angels or or christ or whatever and it's
just a beautiful encounter i don't have
those dark encounters like that anymore
that's not my norm
my normal beautiful encounters now yeah
100 i fully agree with you yeah for me
it's like this this trust that is built
you know i had
i had to go through again it comes back
to cleansing a big cleansing of
of ideas and things that i had seen
things that i believed
in order to create that shift you know
because
i think and i think that a lot of it
comes back to what we experience
is what we think what we believe you
know it's all reflections
uh you made a point about dreams and the
boogeyman
you know and and how you interpret your
dreams as you look at it
as a symbology every single thing within
that dream
is a representation of you whether it's
night outside or it's a lie
you know during the day outside or you
encounter someone in your dream
what does that person represent for you
that's an aspect of yourself everything
is an aspect of ourselves
and so i like to look at my life that
way too
you know someone comes in or something
happens you know
it's some sort of reflection for me it's
a message that's happening there's a
symbology that's there
so it doesn't matter you know if you're
in your waking life you're in your
dreaming life or you're in the middle of
a psilocybin or ayahuasca experience
everything that's being encountered is a
reflection of us
in some way it's there to show us some
part of ourselves something to
either deep program or learn or heal
whatever it is yep yeah and
just being consciously aware again
everything's an extension of your psyche
and uh
everything you're interpreting but then
again like you said in in your waking
state it's bigger too
uh when somebody um triggers you
triggers you and brings something out of
you i still get it when people want to
debate me and
people do videos about me like i saw i
shake a little bit and i had to okay
yeah okay you still care about the
opinions of others and what people
think of you and trying to run your name
through the mud like ego gotta die like
it's gonna happen don't
you know it just depends on how you
respond that's the test
okay how you respond bro you're gonna
curse them out you're gonna try to fight
them
you're gonna share it on facebook and
you know what are you going to how are
you going to respond to that
with love pray for that person bless
that person whatever it is and so
everyone and everything is an extension
of us and
and it brings things out of us that are
unresolved you know
we have to question don't question that
person question yourself of why you give
a damn about that stuff you know
yeah exactly yeah i like to look at
triggers as a pathway
you know like it's a it's a path that's
the path to healing that's
the path to self-awareness and if we can
pay attention to those triggers and
become less reactionary to them we can
do a lot more
you know because at the end of the day
it doesn't matter what people think of
us ultimately you know it doesn't
it doesn't matter what people have to
say unless
it feels like it matters and there is
the trigger that's happening there
um because yeah otherwise it's about
them it has nothing to do with me
but if i'm triggered by it okay there's
some unresolved stuff there i gotta pay
attention to i gotta work through
why does it trigger me how does this
make me feel
you know what is this to remind me of
and there's a whole unraveling that can
happen and once you heal that trigger
life becomes a lot easier to
see from a higher space or from a space
of awareness
and balance yeah and i think that once
you
work through it and resolve it things
open up you know you have to respond to
it differently
and then then like you kind of got i
guess handle it with care
and kind of prove i guess that you can
and then
you may have to you may i mean your
relationship with that changes
you know like when it once you see it
again you don't
get scared you don't get aggressive you
don't try to run the other way you say
oh okay i see that i know what that is
yeah you know yeah show up for it show
up for it
yeah you know i had this really huge
thing that actually happened to me
uh i don't know a week or two weeks ago
so my dad left my reality he left my
life when i was 12. i haven't talked to
him in 15 years
you know and i had this whole story
going on in my mind about who he was
based off of
my childhood and i had a lot of pain i
had a lot of hatred i had a lot of anger
towards him
and there was a lot of triggers still
there for me that i wasn't paying
attention to
just another people that i would meet
that would remind me of that situation
so i had this opportunity was actually
it was the day after father's day
i had this opportunity um to resolve
these some of these things
and so rather than letting it trigger me
it was like okay
i am triggered right now now what am i
going to do about it because he had said
some things to my mother that were just
like
you know really hard for me to to not
feel triggered by
and so i decided to video call him
and so that's what i did i video called
him i talked to him i saw his face i
i heard his voice for the first time in
15 years it was a big deal
and in the beginning you know we were
both quite triggered there was a lot of
anger and stuff that was there but also
this
recognition that that was happening like
okay well we're not getting anywhere
with this
there's unresolved stuff here like uh
let's shift
what's happening and so it became more
gentle our conversations became more
gentle and by the end of it
there was this whole shift that had
happened for me in that conversation
where i saw another side of him that i
did not remember from my childhood this
gentle side
you know and also this this person too
who also has his own traumas he's got
his own stuff that he hasn't dealt with
that he hasn't resolved
right and so by the end of it it's like
all of the these stories that i had
surrounding being angry at him
him being this monster him being the
boogeyman you know if you will
i realized in that conversation like wow
this guy is just like
you know he's just like he's just like
me just like the rest of us
he has his own unresolved things and and
i
i realized wow i still really love this
man
and i had blocked myself off from that
you know it was like wow i still really
love this man
and so i've watched my life even since
that time shift
a lot it's in that one conversation that
one story that i let go of and kind of
rewrote in that moment
yeah i'm hearing that a lot i got a good
friend of mine who um
his dad left when they were younger and
him and his mom had
abusive relationship or something like
that and um and then his mom
like when the kids were little always
painted him to be the boogeyman
if he shows up at your school don't go
with him he's going to try to kill you
and
he's going to try to kidnap you like all
these weird things so like their whole
childhood they were
terrified he was the boogeyman if dad
ever shows up you know this kind of
stuff and so
they had no communication with them no
talk with them and now
my friend is a adult he's 30 something
years old and
he talked to us a friend on facebook who
said
hey i work with your dad man i haven't
seen you in years back in another state
and uh
you want you want his phone number he's
like yeah i ain't talking to my dad give
me his phone number so he's like
he secretly called his dad and uh
without his mom or
sisters or brothers knowing and then he
uh he's got a kid of his own now and so
um he went and met with his dad and for
he you gotta unders
just like you like how scared and how
nervous he was to go and face the
boogeyman and
to go have lunch with his dad and nobody
knew about it
and he's like it changed his life he was
like man
my mom was lying to us or just or just
not lying but projecting her
fear of who he is onto us and no he's
not perfect yeah he's
messed up and and done stupid stuff but
um we can learn and we can move on from
this but
he um man just to see how that even
as he told his mom and they're all
adults now you went and seen dad
what you know and there's still that
trauma yeah he's
he's not like mom said he's nothing like
that he wasn't trying to kill me
he didn't want to kidnap me he didn't
want to fight me you know
and he's just a hurting man just like
all of us trying to figure this stuff
out
so showing that grace and that
compassion i mean that's how you heal
your family tree
that's how you cleanse your dna that's
the ancestral work
what like if you have to heal and that's
the biggest thing and
it's a fear but it's a healthy fear i
think that we we're out here trying to
save the world
win the world cleanse the world and heal
the world but yet our own families and
our own
you know my my daughter my wife my
brother
my sister like these people fall to the
wayside but we did a good job at saving
other people's
families i think that we have to do the
inner work and it starts at home
as well if it's not powerful for your
family and for your siblings like
what is it you know yeah 100 i think
ultimately you know that's that's what
we're here for is is that
that family healing and it happens
for everyone in so many different ways
you know there's no
one story that's gonna work for all but
yeah showing up in that work
i think that that comes back to even the
triggers it doesn't matter if you're
talking with family you're not talking
with family and we tend to be
most triggered when we're with our
families you know but when we
heal that you know there's there's
things that are happening it's not just
this generation we're healing
line after line there's like seven
generations back that you're healing in
your own journey and your whole own
uh healing experience and when you heal
that
you're passing along new habits you're
passing along new patterns
and for seven other generations and
ahead of you
as well so it's just you know that's the
work that is what's so important
more important than i think anything
yeah generational curses has been
something big i've had some people in my
community reach out and say hey man i
want to know more about generational
curses and i thought it's pretty easy to
identify it's not real deep and complex
but uh
it can be healed it can be it can be uh
cleansed and um
but i remember when i when i first heard
about it and i kind of was doing the
inner work and being led through
some different christian counseling on
it and stuff and just identifying some
of the stuff
i could see it in my life and even now
you can sometimes feel it trying to come
back like
a temptation or a fear or whatever but i
really seen it
i've seen it in my life but i really
seen it in my sister
um because my grandmother
was a bartender staying out late nights
at the bars and
and getting into bad relationships
fighting the husbands and
not boyfriends and divorced and all not
being able to hold a man
like get a man that they were compatible
with my grandmother my mom
and then my sister they're all working
at bar rooms all having the same types
of relationships with
with men and they would even like nag
adam
like anytime my my sister would get a
boy that she liked
my grandmother would oh he's just gonna
do this he's gonna do that
my mom would do the same thing he don't
love you he just wants you because
you're making good money
and it's like they were like feeding
passing their [Â __Â ] down to my sister
it's subconscious you don't even know it
it's just this is how we do life
gossiping and backbiting and working in
the ballrooms
my mom grandmother and my sister and i
think my sister man she
she wised up and uh and took her life
into her own hands and uh
i'm seeing her thrive right now got in
the gym and got a good
uh guy in her life that she loves and
they they're just in love and
it's awesome to see it and um but you
can see it like
it was like they're spinning images of
each other you know what i'm saying of
their life
their life story being hurt being
cheated on being molested being hurt
being cheated on being molested being
hurt being cheated on being molested hey
it stops with me damn it stops with me
exactly
you're not doing that to my kids i'm i'm
i'm i'm where it stops mama bear is
angry it's not happening no more
and we all have to we have to do that
and doing the inner work and the soul
work and uh
that's how we cleanse our family tree
and make it stop it was a curse until it
ran
into you yeah no exactly you
know i think that's what we're all here
to do is exactly what you just said is
that
you know uh because if we continue
perpetuating and passing it down
it's just i think you know it makes me
think about even some of the stuff
that's going on right now
you know we have the the all the riots
and all the stuff that's happening
and um something that i really was
pulled toward was
toward was ancestral healing you know
you talk about
uh racism you know and that that can be
quite a big thing for
everyone and everyone everyone's lives
in some way or another
and for me it was a
looking at myself looking at my own life
looking at where my family came from
realizing okay well each of us has
ancestral stuff
regardless of where we came from that
we've got to look at um
and this goes and it doesn't just go for
that it goes for a lot of different
things you know fixing our vocabularies
what are we talking about what are the
words that we're using
you know uh what kinds of people are
have we surrounded ourselves or have we
been taught to surround ourselves in our
day-to-day lives you know
have we traveled the world how we
experienced other cultures
you know have we expanded our minds
enough to to be able to do that and for
me
i had to realize that there was a lot of
fear in my family
um around around a lot of different
things and so i'm really grateful for
traveling traveling
really expanded my mind when it came to
culture you know
and and it really helped me deprogram a
lot of things
and so um yeah again you know these
things
they have to happen first for ourselves
and when those shifts
happen for ourselves they automatically
shift out to our families
and unless they're shipped out to our
families they shift out to our
communities and when they shift out to
our communities we begin to shift it out
into the rest of the world
so everything you know regardless of
where we're at or what we're paying
attention to
we've got to just focus on ourselves how
can we heal ourselves
pay attention to yourself be aware of
yourself what are you saying what are
you thinking how are you
acting how are you showing up in the
world you know and if something's out of
alignment
you know really paying attention to that
and bringing it back into alignment
that's where where that's where i think
that the biggest healing can happen for
all of us
yeah 100 and we're going through it uh
very and we can see it on the news and
all that kind of stuff
as something exoteric but i guess if you
if you're doing the inner work
long enough it's going to manifest
itself in the physical as well for
for the collective you know enough
people are becoming conscious and
changing our narrative and all that kind
of stuff and so it's coming out
um i remember it was several years ago
now but one of the churches i used to go
two years ago
um they had a new pastor come in and
he's like kind of like cleaning the
slate wiping them you know out with the
odin with the new kind of thing
and um he's going through the paperwork
and the church deeds and the title of
the d
of the church and how they got their
land and stuff
and there was a damn document that he
found
he didn't and he was new and he brought
it to the front of the church and so
there was a deed that was signed that
the the land that the church was on
was donated to the church as long as
they wouldn't let
any black people in the congregation
that was like a stipulation that i don't
know when it was there like
in the 40s or 50s or something it's
pretty old but they
signed this church over and i guess the
person was racist didn't like black
people
and they said okay we'll take your we'll
take the land why not and so
you wonder why like the churches are
segregated and so
um there was a couple of black people
that started coming to the church
and uh and the dude the new pastor like
he brought it up say hey this is the
deed he told everybody look
i found this this is not of god this is
we're burning it right and they burnt it
in front of everybody and so
now like the church is you know i'm
saying multicultural
but it was like you even spiritually you
know what i'm saying that this was the
thing i don't even know that it was
something that
they you know were um adhering to like
up can't come in like that kind of stuff
but still it's lingering over the spirit
of the place you know
right 100 yeah again i think it also
goes back to that whole generational
thing if that's
that's the foundation in which it was
built and that's what continues to get
passed down whether
it's a conscious thing that's getting
past down or a subconscious thing that's
getting passed down it's still getting
passed down
so i think that it's really cool what
you said you know where he literally
showed the piece of paper to everyone
and did it in front of everyone it was
like that at that moment of awareness
like okay we're done with this
we're done with this you know that's
like that's a huge release in itself
i mean i think that's what i think
that's what so many of us need
on so many levels right now is is that
moment you know
that recognition that moment of
awareness to say
uh you know i i just didn't know better
or i didn't know this existed i haven't
consciously been
been uh abiding by this contract that's
been there for generations but now
i'm aware of it and i'm going to burn it
i'm done with it we're going to pass
down new new things we're going to open
up we're going to be multicultural
and i just think about the world and if
we could just have respect for one
another we could have respect for one
another's cultures one another's
differences the things that we could
learn from one another
you know i think about my traveling
experiences and how much they've added
to my life and they've given me so much
more appreciation for
people they've given me so much more
appreciation for different traditions
for where
where people come from from the way that
they live their life the way that
they're connected to the earth the way
that they're connected to their selves
you know we've all all these traditions
and cultures they have their own way of
doing it
and for me it's like all these puzzle
pieces these puzzle pieces to life
really
so we can just take a moment to to move
into that appreciation to
listen and to learn right now you know
again it's that dark night of the soul
there's
massive healing that's happening for a
lot of people different people are
really ashamed
different people are really angry you
know and this is off
i see it as this is a part of the
healing that that needs to take place
right now
you know as this awareness happens but i
think that's exactly
what we're moving towards is is that
moment that you just talked about where
that paper got burned
yeah beautiful times and again as
everybody's doing the inner work and it
comes out through different ways and
it's birthing pain but it's not always
nice again
like purging like we're purging people
are throwing you know throwing up we're
as
as a collective like we're doing it
individually but as a collective people
are purging
we're getting rid of [Â __Â ] that we didn't
need that didn't serve us
taking it to the curb you know we don't
need to be here we don't need this
anymore
yeah it's beautiful you know i think
that what's happening right now even
though
it can seem really chaotic or really
scary or really
you know uncertain even i've heard that
word a lot it's actually a really really
beautiful thing that's happening
i'm i'm seeing some massive shifts
happen
in my home in my communities all across
the world
my friends you know this awareness
that's taken place and we're finally in
a space where i'm seeing people
begin to hold each other more
accountable
you know far less things are just
getting swept under the rug like we're
starting to really
pay attention and say we need to address
this
you know whether it's sexual abuse
that's been a big one that i've been
seeing come up
or racism or even our own health
you know there's all these different
things that are really coming to the
surf and it's like
okay it's time to pay attention to this
it's time to take care
to take care of ourselves and to take
care of each other
i'm with it we're part of it we're
facilitating it
it's all coming to pass angela i
appreciate this talk man i really
enjoyed hanging out with you
let people know where they can go to
check out your work where's the best
place to go if they want to buy some
some hop a if they wanted to uh look
into more of the stuff that you make and
stuff like that your sessions and all
that kind of stuff where can they go to
check that stuff out
yes you can find me on instagram
i just look up third eye underscore
indigo and there there'll be actually a
bunch of links that i'll point you to my
shop where you can buy a handmade
jewelry
you can also find uh my kitty base
and tepees i've actually got quite a few
uh different pieces that i've made this
is again comes back to working with
grappe
um i'm gonna i'm gonna have to get one
from you
like i said i just bought one of those
before
just before we practice in this talk
yeah
yeah so um i've been hand making these
and if you're interested in something
like this again just reach out to me in
a message
either through facebook or through
instagram you can find me angela coonsk
on facebook and just reach out and talk
you know i like to
to be a bit more personal and talk to
people get to know people
but yeah if you're interested in
something like this you're not
necessarily going to find this in my
shop you'll have to reach out and talk
to me one-on-one
um but yeah find me on instagram uh
third eye underscore indigo or find me
on facebook
angela coons really quick before we go i
guess something that's a good to address
legal status
of let's just say the two that we
mentioned they're in the title the
um and the cambo legal status in the u.s
what is what is that
yeah they're legal camouflaged both of
there's no restrictions on either of
them they're both uh legal medicines
all over the world actually there's no
restrictions anywhere what about
have you um for our father to go to have
you have
any um experience with uh amanita
muscaria
i haven't i i'm familiar with it but
i've never had any experiences with it
it's legal too and you can order them
from different sellers online and
we we've just been uh experimenting with
it a little bit kind of saying hello and
introducing ourselves and
really interesting a lot of people using
using it as a sleep aid
oh interesting that's not i would i say
it's not psychoactive but if you take
enough it does it puts you in
a different place but it's definitely
not psilocybin but
it's interesting so i wanted to put that
i'll have to look into that actually
that's the that's the that's the red
mushroom with the white dots on it
yeah okay yeah we uh we had a
our first men's retreat we went we were
really deep with it so
um yeah some weird side effects but look
it up do the research and
um yeah yeah we work yeah i'm gonna have
to
all right my friend thanks so much we'll
do it again yeah thank you as well yeah
enjoy the rest of your day you too yeah
bye-bye
bye angela coons ladies and gentlemen
um good stuff man working with the
plants plant teachers
golden teachers even um posted that the
other day
my golden teachers t-shirt that i have
um
available at trueseeker.com uh man
if it calls to you follow it listen
say what's up i hear you check it out
and i think for for many people um you
know you
you've had experiences so a lot of a lot
of uh talks like these
um help you out they um
confirm things for you i think it's the
best word the current they it's
confirmation for things that you've
experienced or
working with it and again if you don't
talk about it then nobody learns and
it becomes we continue to demonize it we
continue to
stigmatize it and uh and that's
definitely not the way that we need to
be going we need to
you know be in the light being open and
talk about this stuff and without the
fear of rejection or the fear of
what if um you know and show you the
healthy ways to use it
you know and uh how we're working with
the plants and um
medicines and taking care of our bodies
and doing the inner work
i champion that stuff i love it whatever
whatever fashion you're doing it in
to take care of yourself to take care of
the others to take care of the planet
to leave this place a little bit less
off
than you found it if that's possible
but to try for sure situation
circumstances people leave that person
with a smile on their face
you know bless them with something
whatever it is so
shout out shout out to everybody hanging

etymology
past age the past age
or past the sage passage
passage past the stage i like that good
stuff
and rights of passage r-i-g-h-t a right
it's your right to take this rite of
passage in a right as a magical right
r-i-t-e the right let's perform
this right of passage as we go in
with the sage in the cambo and the uh
whatever it is that calls to you the
medicine
