Brian “Head” Welch responds to critics, both Christian and Secular for taking his sentence out of context. Brian “Head” Welch of the band KoRn joined Rob Flynn for a discussion on his podcast No Fu%#@ Regrets about his faith and new record with the band Love and Death. During the interview Welch says something along the lines of “I took Christianity too Far”. This phrase was taken out of context and made headlines all over the interview gaining coverage from the top Christian Blog sites too secular Metal and Rock Feeds from around the world. The secular world seemed to write into the narrative that Welch no longer believed in God and many extremest Christian YouTube heresy hunter groups found this out of context statement fair play to demonize Welch and even declare that he was never a Christian to begin with. During this interview on The TruthSeekah Podcast Brian Welch clarified what he really meant and how both sides used his words against him. Welch stated that he is still a Christian and more passionate about his faith than ever, just now less judgmental, dogmatic or a know-it-all.
