I I I love it. I love it. I love it. Uh,
I got a comment the other day somebody

I'm just ready to share some good
information. Yeah, we had a blast, dude.
Had a blast. Enjoyed it.
And today we're riding out a storm
together. Yeah. For sure, for sure.
Welcome to the show, bro.
Thank you.
Yeah, man. So, we're going to talk about
astrology. That's what you do. You hit
me up, you sent me an email while back
and I get so many emails and sometimes
they they're flooded and and I don't
respond to them all and or for some
reason I check it out. It could be a
headspace that I'm in. You know, I want
to change up the people that I'm
interviewing or something like that, but
I remember cuz when we met, you said,
"Hey man, I sent you an email." I was
like, "Oh, really? Let's make it
happen." I'm sorry. So, here we are.
We're doing it, man. So, we we connected
on the trip and we we it was cool
because we got to hang out and go go do
dinner the night before, which was
really cool, too. So, really love your
spirit, man, and I love what you bring
to the table with your your work and
your art and how how down-to-earth you
are and how engulfed you are in it
because it I think it's
you understand that what you do for
astrology
affects every area of your life. And so,
and you make it practical, too. And that
was that's one of the things that, you
know, we talked about some of the other
people who's come on here and and did it
the astrology stuff. And some of it's
just like it's so over your head that,
you know, it take a lifetime of devotion
and study for the average person. And
there's they just can't do it. You know,
there's so much going on. So, I I like
what you do and you make it practical.
So, we're going to talk about the
astrology,
connecting it with nature, and uh and
and everything that you bring to the
table. So, go ahead and uh I guess do a
quick introduction, man. Let people know
who you are, what you do on that end,
and bring to the table. We'll get
started with that.
Yeah, my name is Forrest, and I've been
a professional astrologer for about 3
years just doing this full-time. Before
that, I was studying it for a decade or
more, and um learned so much and had
some different teachers. I've come from
uh modern astrology background, really
looking at it as far as uh how to apply
it into the personal life, into your
personal life, understanding yourself,
understanding your relationships,
understanding um you know, how how you
are designed or made or built. And I
look at it in a very mechanical way. And
you're right, you know, as people learn,
there's a lot of mathematics involved.
There's a lot of new language and new
symbols, and it does get confusing um at
first, you know, as you're learning. Um
and that's why it's my job to translate
everything and put it together and and
um and make it uh
you know, use it towards healing,
healing uh people, and showing them a
reflection of who they are in this
interesting picture that is just as like
a circle with lines. And it you know, it
has this um reflection of the sky in it
when you took your first breath when you
were born. There was this this uh
architectural design, or maybe like a
map that is just for you, a personal map
that you can use. And I'm like a
like a guide that helps you by giving
you um
your own map to navigate life with, to
navigate through. And astrology is
studying time and the way time is
unraveling and cause and effect. And so,
it's just layered with symbolism,
layered with an interesting conversation
that you're having with God and the
meaning of life.
Um it's very personalized. It's very
intimate to work, you know, with an
astrologer one-on-one. And
you know, you can ask any question and
there's there's
something there's something to explore
in this map.
Um
So, I'll talk to you a little bit about
how I got to where I am
as a healer, as an astrologer.
And just the nature my unique nature,
it's you've met me in person and you
know that there's something kind of
quiet and observant about me.
For sure. For sure.
Yeah. And and I really pay attention and
I realized I've been doing that for a
long time. And that's something that a
lot of people that have high levels of
empathy, they're very in tune with
others, the energy of others, the
feelings in the room, the unspoken, you
know, dynamics and the energy. I mean,
energy is is something that can be
categorized and actually that's
something that I learned through
astrology is how
everything in life can be kind of
categorized and order ordered.
And
and and and there's a kind of clarity
that comes from from understanding that.
And what I'll go into that in a minute.
What I'll just say, the way that I
started out life, I was reflecting on it
last night. Uh my parents, they they
selected a place to live because they
wanted to live somewhere close to the
water that wasn't too hot or too cold.
So, my family decided to live in a place
where we didn't have any roots there
on the it was in the northwest coast in
the Pacific Northwest. And they worked
for the airlines. So, my dad was a
pilot, my mom was a flight attendant,
and they met in the sky. And like, they
went to work in the sky. My parents
worked in the sky. That's pretty That's
remarkable. And so, I I've taken some of
that connection. My dad is a pilot.
Uh, you know, he was a pilot. He passed
away. But that was his life. His life
was planes
and and
just being in the sky and loving that
feeling of, you know,
the probably some of the adrenaline
that's involved and some of that quiet
and that peace that you find in the sky.
And it's just so clear out there. Is a
pilot astrology an ode to that?
It is. Yeah. It is. It's kind of like a
connection, especially, you know, after
he passed away, I I feel like it's it's
like a little keeps us close, you know.
Yeah, that's awesome. And and also, we
were so different as people. Um, I I
never really got into planes as much as,
you know, he he loved them. And and he
never really
didn't have a strong resonance or
connection to the spiritual interests
that I had and to the esoteric and the
big questions.
You know, as
as just much more exploring this inner
universe and this extra cosmic
questions. Anyway, so we were different
in that way, but I think there's a
there's a link through what I do that
connects me to him because it has to do
with the sky as well,
you know. And
um, but
they they and my mom, she was from
another country in Europe. So, when I
was growing up, and this is all relevant
because when I was growing up, I was in
a place where we were not from, you
know, and I was growing up, I was being
raised in
a location that I connected with like
this is my home. This is my house. This
is my place. Um but my mom, she spoke
another language. And if we went to the
grocery store and she told me to get
bananas but in another language, people
would look at us all of a sudden, you
know, and and and and and I'd notice I'd
be like, "Oh, people are watching us."
And I could feel energy change when my
mom like went to the, you know, checkout
line and we had just spoken another
language and then the checkout person
would get kind of like worried like,
"Oh, no, is the is the
is this person going to understand me?
Do I need to talk louder and slower?" Or
um and then and at the same time, this
feeling that was attached to me like we
are being seen as not from around here.
Like we're not from around here.
Um and and and really having to sit with
that like even though I am from around
here,
we're still
seen as these strangers and it
causes some big questions. The other
thing that's interesting about learning
two languages when you're born is it
expands your brain. It It gives you this
whole new channel to explore thoughts
with in another language that's got
these different words and ways of
connecting words. And this gave me this
uh this this kind of expansion expansion
in my mind. And I thought as a child it
was weird that I could understand
something that to other people sounded
like
you know, like that we
that we are surrounded by all these
languages and some of them just sound
like gibberish to us but if you can hear
and understand them all, then everything
makes sense and there's this rich
enjoyment of know- knowledge and
crossing over into these different
worlds.
Secrecy.
Yes.
Yeah, we made up some languages that as
a kid I was my my cousins and I I
learned by just listening listening and
listening and and and I I learned how to
do it speaking gibberish and it just
some some weird form that they did and
and just listening to it over and over I
can kind of hear what they were doing
with the words and then eventually I
could do it and then you know me and my
wife will do it. She's not as good but
I'll say some things to her in front of
my daughter and my daughter has no idea
what we're talking about so I can speak
it right in front of her. That's so
fascinating and and you it's like you
were learning to hear the patterns and
recognize the patterns and putting it
together. And there's this other layer
to language and when you don't know it
you know if you go to a land and you
don't speak the language you have to pay
a lot of attention to how people are
moving or what they're trying to say and
there's this other level of language
that happens
that that requires even more attention.
Growing up because they work for the
airlines we would go back and forth
um
you know for summer vacation like some
people were going on road trips within
the state but I was flying to Europe
or other countries and it was it was
just part of the
the benefit of you know having parents
working for the airlines. So I would go
to another country to visit my relatives
which were my kin and we were connected
and we were related but there also I was
like the kid from you know the states
and I was and I could speak the language
and I could understand everything and I
could blend in kind of but also there
was this clear like oh you're not from
around here like in my family. So I was
having it in my hometown in my family
abroad you know trying to find my tribe
my people and everybody was like, "Yeah,
you know, like, it's you're cool, but
you don't understand cuz you're not from
here." And
that really isn't true. I don't think
you need to be from somewhere or in
something in order to understand it. I
think that there's something beautiful
that happens when you go places and when
you explore and when you connect with
other people and you exchange stories.
And I know that's something that you're
doing in general. You're collecting
these stories and exploring these
stories and learning these different
worlds. And that takes us back to
astrology is like we each of us are this
different world inside, this unique
world with our own landscape and these
mountains, these struggles that we
climbed and that we look, you know,
certain mountains we climb so high up
and we're like looking from the top and
we can see so far. And then
and and then there's, you know, the
really lush areas of of a person's world
and the really dark areas where we don't
go there.
But but the map exists to see all the
parts. And
and sometimes you do have to revisit or
rework some things or, you know, make
some boundaries around
certain areas or
and and and it's just fun to explore
these different worlds with people. So
even before I was doing astrology, I was
very interested in connecting with
others, especially the really open
energy people that wanted to connect.
Because for some reason, not for some
reason, there is a reason.
Everybody is just
giving this different energy of like
being open or being closed or like how
thick are the boundaries. And talking
now about the signs, the 12 signs of the
zodiac, they're organized in a number of
ways and one of the ways they're
organized is by element. You know, there
are fire people, and you can imagine
they're pretty lit up and passionate.
And then there's the air energy, which
is very intellectual and um deep into
ideas and interested in talking and
exchanging and trying to imagine, you
know, imagine things. It's a very
theoretical energy.
And then there are the earth signs,
which are grounded. And this earth
energy, some some signs like uh
Capricorn or Taurus will have stronger
boundaries where they're not as
interested, you know, to just dive right
in or or um depending depending on other
things, right? There's always exceptions
because we are not just one sign. We're
a blend of many things working together
like a machine. But um so anyway, you
know, some people are just more focused
uh in getting something done. So they
have these thicker walls. They don't
have time to be open. And then there are
the water signs, which
uh
you know, is energy that goes with the
flow. And just like water,
they can be very sensitive and have
thinner boundaries because if you try to
like make a line in the water, it's just
not going to work. And that same sort of
boundary issue exists for people that
have strong water in their constitution.
So that's just one place that I could
endlessly,
you know, just philosophize about how we
are made up of these different uh
uh
element elemental energies and how you
can feel them and how you can see them
and how you can sense them in people and
how you can feel, you know,
fi- like when someone has that fire and
that intense passion, you can you can
like feel the heat. It's like
contagious. Just like a fire burns a
landscape, um people that that have this
burning inside, they will put push it
on, you know, push it onto their
environment and it can be, yeah. So,
being being this is just crazy. Um like
being an empath and being able to read
people and just even pick up on people.
Like we can read the energy, but are you
saying that that energy is probably
linked to somewhere where you can map it
back to astrology of what you're
actually feeling on them or what they're
going through at that moment? Like
that's their astrology that that you're
picking up on? Yeah, that's correct and
it really ups my game as an empath.
Yeah. It gave me like order and
patterns. And looking at how these
patterns work, like where they started,
and how to balance some of the energy
issues that people have. So, looking at
the astrology gives me a very
straightforward, you know, looking chart
and thinking of like I look at these
natal charts based on the birthday and
birth time.
And it's just like to me it feels like
I'm a doctor looking at a chart. Like,
"Ooh, I could see what's happening here.
It looks like, you know, there's a lot
of your fire is blocked and that is why
it hurts so bad. You know, that's why
you um are getting all this physical
pain in your body cuz you're trying to
hold on to fire. You're not letting it
out. You're not able to be seen or get
rid of that heat." So, um with all these
different types of energetic flows and
energetic balances, um there are
tips and tricks you can use to adjust
the balance.
And um
Yeah. So, it's so this is great, right?
And and not only is the
So, that's one system is looking at the
four elements. Then there is um
looking at energy in three forms, which
is uh the initiating energy, the
cardinal signs of Aries, Cancer, Libra,
and Capricorn. These signs are actually
very initiating, trying to do things,
trying to start things. So, that energy
is like a a big push to start something
and it's it's it's a catalyst. And then
there are the fixed signs and these are
the ones that get in their zone and
commit and stay focused and fixed and um
those are Taurus, Leo,
Scorpio, and Aquarius. These signs um
one once they're going, they're going,
but to get them to start, they need a
little push sometimes. They get really
comfortable or you know, to get them to
change, it it's it's takes a little
extra energy for them. They're not
There's a
sort of a um
a and you can imagine how that's very
practical in some situations to just,
you know, keep rolling, endure, stay
steady,
but then when it's time to change or
time to leave or time, you know, then
you then they need a little a little
lesson from the other type of energy.
And then there are the mutable signs and
these are the changing signs, the
adapting signs, the ones that can see
when the process is over from initiating
to like doing it and to completing it,
um to letting go, to moving on to the
next thing. Um the mutable signs are
My dog is sleeping and having a barking
nightmare in the background. I love
that. My dog I love it when my dog does
Yeah, I was Giddy boy, giddy boy, giddy,
bite him, bite him.
How about you don't sleep in this room
while I'm doing something important?
Um but yes, the the mutable signs are
Gemini,
uh
Virgo,
Pisces, and Sagittarius. So, so each of
these signs, they have these categories
that they fit into and then
subcategories and these and and it comes
with emotion. You know, there are
everything such as like hot and cold.
This is energy. Energy has a
temperature. Energy has a speed.
The different signs work at different
speeds and it reminds me of like
you know, I know you like I know you
like gaming
video games and stuff and you get these
if you're doing like a racing game or
something or whatever. You have
the the different
pros and cons of each car.
Yeah. And so each natal chart has these
pros and cons for different
avenues that you know,
so for example, people will ask me like
I want to change my career. I'm not
comfortable. I don't like this. What's
happening? What should I do that would
make me more fulfilled? And so I will
look at a chart and I could see
um
the reason that it's frustrating to do
your job is because you're stuck in an
office, but that is not something that
could contain you. You're too big for
that. Too big for an office and you're
too big to be micromanaged. That would
drive you crazy. Whereas other people
prefer to have that structure.
Exactly. And you know, and then and they
pass on that as bosses, they pass on
that same structure. It is not a
one-size-fits-all
for everybody. And just to have that
validation like you're not made for
that. You're not meant for that. Have
you considered doing something like
this?
That is that just opens whole new doors
for people because we get these programs
set in
um
one pattern that I think is really
interesting that I see a lot is people
who had to you can see in the in the
astrology someone who's had to grow up
quickly and take on a lot of
responsibility. And this causes a
heaviness, a weight. And that's another
form of energy is weight, you know. So
some people they are carrying this
weight that they don't even know because
they started doing it so young.
Yeah. That's a lot of us. Yeah. Yes. So
and and it and as a child it feels like
the right thing to do to balance
something out. You know, if the parents
are really busy and over whelmed and
stressed or they're just working so hard
themselves, they don't have enough time,
and the kid is going to take on a heavy
load. Like, okay, well, I'll do this.
Okay, you're not here for me to like
support me emotionally, so I'll take
care of my emotions myself. I'll do
this. And so, people get into this in
that sort of structure you can see in
the chart. And And what that gives a
person is a gift in work ethic. Work
ethic. They will take on a lot of work.
They will find success. They will move
towards success. They have this idea
that they have to succeed in order to
find um
their joy or to get to that place where
they can relax, you know? And they're
just working so hard, doing everything,
doing everything alone, thinking they
have to do it by themselves. And then
they get into these relationships, which
mirror this pattern of having to take
care of everything like they did for
their parents. And because they are so
responsible, they'll attract people who
see that and are like, "Wow, that
person's really stable. I'm not. I've
got to like hook up with this person. I
guess they can show me and help me and
and like, wow, every time I'm with them,
they they seem to like like the
refrigerator's always full of food.
Like, I don't have to buy food. And And
they just They're They're so
stand-alone. I don't need to do
anything. I'll just relax and not grow
as a person."
And then a relationship will become like
imbalanced, and the person who's always
got this pressure to do everything will
start getting resentful towards this
person doing nothing. But really, it's
like this this agreement that they made
without even knowing. Like, they didn't
know they were making that agreement
when they came together. And And so,
that's something that very quickly
appears in astrology. So, within 3
seconds, I can see if someone's doing
that, and I can point it out, and
they'll be like, "Whoa, what like I
Like, now what do I do? Okay, I guess I
was doing too much. Now what?" And it's
like, "Well, you you to start getting
softer. You have to start recognizing
that you don't have to do everything.
You don't have to be fully responsible
for every person in your life, you know,
for every other person. You have to be,
you know, come back to yourself, nourish
yourself, um make sure that you are
connecting with your own uh person, your
own your own identity, that you know who
you are, and that you're able to um
to ask for what you need, to ask for
help, to ask for your partner to step
up, level up, Yeah. you know, grow.
Yeah, that's good, man.
Uh I got a couple questions for you
about what I wanted to ask you. So, uh
it seems like the way that you're
breaking it down on at least one way to
interpret and read the astrology is just
the placement of how they're placed and
and what they represent in that
placement, which is interesting. I've
never really heard that, but it makes
sense, right? Um what about the uh the
myth of of the astrology or the myth of
the zodiac? Is that something of
actually knowing the stories and and
and, you know, what what these different
constellations did or these gods did or
whatever that have the placements in in
the stars? Is that a part of it? Do you
have to learn that? And if so, which
which myth is it going back to the
Greek?
I like this. Um
so going back to astrology and the the
history of it, it's got these Eastern
traditions and the Western traditions,
and they do pull in the story of the
gods and goddesses, and each planet
is representing a god, and those stories
are relevant, and they are rich, and
they are fun, and some people dedicate
themselves to really going deep into
mythology, because what's happened is
that
just it it before or after or for those
who don't have writing or can't read,
these stories were written into the sky
like a book, like a guide book.
And so, the 12 signs of the zodiac and
these 12 constellations that made
cyclical appearances,
you know, that could be correlated to
the year. So, there's this whole story
of the And this kind of for me, instead
of focusing on the gods and goddesses,
it takes me back
to
some of the
um some of the reflections in nature.
And I'll I kind of explain what I mean
because it's such a
It's interesting you say that cuz just
as you're talking, I just want to throw
this out there. It seems like cuz I see
where you're going to, right? Everybody
uses these stars. It's almost like these
stars are literal Hollywood stars or
actors that play different roles in
different movies. So, when you There's a
Chinese role that they play, there's a
Tibetan role, there's a Greek role,
there's a new astrology role. So, it's
these personifications that appear
in every film or every every uh
you know,
Yeah.
uh circle. It's interesting. But, go
ahead, man. I like what you're saying.
This is great.
recurring cast.
So, the planets themselves, they have
these personalities and these traits and
these physical traits. And some of them
you can just see by looking. For
example, right now, Mars the planet Mars
is doing something unusual. It's extra
close to the Earth and it's If you were
looking at the sky every night, you
would notice like, "Oh, it looks like
this planet is changing directions like
in the sky." Because the constellations
are fixed and there's this fixed picture
of these constellations going by. Um
but, the planets, they're moving through
the constellations. And people looking
at that initially thought that was
weird. They're like, "Wow, some stars
move in a strange way." Those are the
wandering stars. They call them the
wandering stars. So, yeah. So, but Mars
right now is extra close. And so, you
can see with your naked eye how red that
planet is. And red has, you know, as a
connotation, as a color, it's it's um
it's got a lot of meaning. It's got it's
anger.
It's frustration. It's fire. It's the
flame. It's the blood. It's um
it's it's got this vibe. So, Mars and
people picked up on that vibe and it's
reflects the story of the god of war.
This planet is the god of war and the
god of war right now is close to the
earth, like speaking to us. And there is
attention in the air that we can feel.
Right now, this Mars transit is
happening through a certain time period
um into November and the feeling uh
around how the current planets are
positioned is that we as a people are in
feeling the increasing tension and
restlessness and anger within ourselves.
So, there's this reflection and you can
look at it in this mythological way of
the the god of war is like hanging out,
or you can look at it just like this red
like spotlight is on us looking down.
Like it's almost like a
very um there's this physical connection
and reflection in everything. This
physical connection and reflection with
what the planets are representing in
astrology and with what they're
representing in a person and with what
they're representing as in the mythol-
mythology. So, um
I'm trying to remember in the in the uh
geotech uh the the Vedic the yeah,
sidereal astrology, you know, studied in
India, um what they had as the god of
for Mars, you know, because they had
their own um god, but it was also like a
young warrior, like a young fresh we got
to
push the you know, front line and
advance the war. So, um
and in the sky right now, this this
planet of energy and power and go um is
being challenged by a much more mature
energy of Saturn. And Saturn
we used to talk about for just a moment
because it's another great planet that
has a look to it, it has a vibe to it,
and it has a placement in the sky. So,
because Saturn was the furthest planet
that the people could see with their
eyes, um, initially before the advanced
telescope technology,
Saturn was representing the bounds of
our realm. Like it was the ultimate, um,
representation of boundaries, of
limitations, of constraint. And so, in a
person's map, where a person has Saturn,
is showing an area where they feel a
little intimidated or they feel like
they have to that's a boundary in their
life. They have to understand that
boundary. They have to understand that
limitation. They have to stand up to,
um, mature to that level.
Basically, it's Interesting that, Yeah.
um, you know,
Saturn is represented in a lot of
allegory as Satan. The Satan figure is
Saturn, right? And it's interesting
because the word Satan means adversary.
And it just means exactly what you're
explaining. The the what is going
against what you're trying to do. The,
you know what I'm saying, the
boundaries, like you can't get past this
cuz it's once you go that far it's
pushing back at you. So, it's the
adversary.
I'm going to remember that because that
is so relevant. And and that's another
that's looking at symbolism symbolism in
these different layers and that's where
things get so rich and so delicious and
so interesting. Like you're eating
something you're like, "Mm, this is
pretty good. It's getting better.
I got to go."
I want to keep going. But, uh, so Saturn
out there is showing this, um, boundary
of our of our, uh,
understanding. And then in addition,
it's got these rings around it, which
are also kind of an enclosure
showing a type of boundary and a type of
um
yeah, enclosure. So, what's
funny to think about is that this planet
of Saturn is in astrology showing
something about understanding time and
how time works and relating to, you
know, um
karma in the sense that everything you
do has has a result a result. That's
very neutral. It's not like everything
you do
Mhm.
leads to something good or bad. It's
like has a result. So,
so it's it's
uh to have a strong Saturn in your own
astrology shows a person that you have a
strong understanding of time,
commitment, duty, and responsibility.
And the rings around Saturn are what we
are using as a symbol for the rings that
we use for marriage. Like the marri- the
wedding bands are the bands of Saturn.
Isn't that interesting?
Yeah. Yeah, the rings, yep. Mhm. It's so
funny, too, cuz like I'll I'll That's
That's one to go back to when it comes
down to uh
you know, a lot of people trying to stay
away from paganism and stuff like that,
but the ring the actual ring that that
you give someone when whenever you marry
them comes from Saturn, the rings of
Saturn.
You know.
Yeah. I always like to point that out.
It's funny.
Yeah.
And the And the And the symbology behind
that it just it all is comes together so
beautifully.
So,
then
the the each planet and its placement
gives it a certain speed, you know,
because Mercury is so close to the sun,
it just has this very quick rotation,
and it is energetically representing us
uh it it
uh speedy part of a person.
Something something um
that is close to the sun. So, Mercury is
always the sun is also in our birth
chart. And when we think of our signs,
you know, of the birth date that we
have, we are just learning this one
sign, which is where the sun was
appearing in the constellations. So, and
this is a very bright part of who you
are, this conscious egoic part. Um and
then next to that next to that bright
part of you is Mercury, which is the
planet of the messenger, and it's the
it's showing someone's voice. It's
giving the message of your sun, and it's
showing um how your mind is structured,
your mental structure. And because and
then there's another lay layer of
symbology for the planet Mercury, which
is um
that it is it can be siblings, because
you are the sun and then very close to
you in life are your siblings. And and
so Mercury represents siblings in the
natal chart, and it represents friends.
Um
and uh and then
you know, the planet Venus has this this
uh connection to love and beauty, and
the mythology around that is about
uh
such a beautiful person, all about that
love and that ease and the the good
life. And and um and that planet, what
it's doing on a physical level is uh
they have done these maps where they tr-
track the the travels of Venus, and it
creates this beautiful five-pointed
star.
Um
in in in in the sacred geometry of it is
is something that's worth looking up,
the path of Venus. And so there's
something just bright and balanced about
that um energy. And when you see that
star in the sky, it's a very bright
white light compared to the like Mars
red fire.
I've got it pulled up now. Yeah.
Yeah. Oh, man, show that cuz it's so
beautiful.
And each planet has these these little
paths that it takes
um
and based on the time of the
travel around the Sun, based on the time
that these planets are taking, they
have
shorter or longer visits that they give
to each of us in a personal way.
And that's something that's something
where
as you start to notice the way the solar
system is moving, it's like this giant
clock of creation.
It's really cool. Uh speaking of Venus,
did you uh happen to can catch the
transit of Venus a couple years ago?
Yeah, which one do you mean? Uh when
Venus uh moved across the uh Sun.
Oh, well, I guess technically
I don't know if I was watching, but what
did you? Yeah. Yeah, it was cool. That's
amazing. Yeah, I know.
See 2012 I've seen it definitely been
2012, I think it happened. Okay, 2012.
Uh June 5th, 2012. Yeah, it was uh you
seen the the the dot just move
right across the Sun. It was cool.
Woah, cool. Did you have to wear some
special glasses, huh?
Uh we didn't.
Not for that. We We did for the eclipse,
but but not for that we didn't. I mean,
you couldn't sit there and stare at it,
but you could look up and and see the
little dot and it it was pretty quick. I
mean, just a
just a few minutes. Um but yeah, you can
find the I think you can find videos of
it. It was really really cool to see.
Yeah.
Amazing. Transit of Venus.
Uh it and so yeah, each of these
planets, they have these personalities.
And then Jup-
Jupiter is this very large um
expansive planet. It's the biggest one
that we have in our solar
It's just
it's big and it just um it glows and
there's something bright and expansive
and curious about it. It is In
astrology, it shows a kind of spiritual
place in the chart, uh an energy that
you find
like whatever sign it's in, there's a
profound connection to the energy of
that sign. And uh it's like a guide and
a and it's called
a benefic because it can bless you in
certain places. It kind of shows a
person's talents um and and where they
are seen as a teacher
and
then um
then there are the outer planets which
were discovered later.
Uh Uranus
is a very unusual planet that I find
uh I that I have a connection with. And
I have a connection with cuz it's so
unusual. One thing that it's doing is
it's got this uh
this path that that just doesn't It
doesn't follow the the rest of the
planets. It's like woo doing its own
thing kind of like Pluto. Um and it
takes
a little bit longer time, but it it's
got this rotation that lasts 84 years,
84 Earth years for Uranus to make one
pass around the sun. And it's not doing
daytime and nighttime like Earth. It's
it it's doing it like a it's rolling on
its side. The planet is rolling on its
side like a bowling ball and it actually
because it has this
travel that takes 84 years, um 42 of
those years are spent as the day and 42
of those years are spent as the night.
And there's a reflection in a person's
life and in their natal chart that at
the age of 42
there is a significant awakening that
happens, a significant shift that
happens. Um Or midlife crisis. Yes,
exactly. That is definitely what it is.
It's exactly to buy
Mhm, explore
we're going to try some new things, go
back go back to some dreams and that's
part of what that process is. And so you
can almost you can see this these timing
releases of these things. Sometimes they
have very precise days, you know, like
this is when you're going to get the big
like
mind-blowing moment and that's that's
also um
yeah. Numbers are symbolic with that for
sure, man. Um
you know, I look at for me my my journey
and and for many others too, you know,
33 with Jesus, right? Starting his
ministry and 33 was a big one for me
where I was thrust into, you know, doing
what I'm doing now full-time and
essentially full-time ministry or
whatever just, you know, my ministry
really kicked off. So looking at the the
the dates and the and the times with
astrology in one's life and most likely
depending on your sign, right? I mean,
it's probably not for everybody. Someone
who isn't um aligned with that, they're
going to just pass through it and
nothing's going to shift, you know? So
that's the interesting thing about it
being able to to read the the astrology
for that individual.
Mhm. Yeah, and that reminds me also how
important the moon is in astrology
because the Earth and the moon they
travel very close together. There's this
and the moon is representing in
astrology, you know, someone has their
sun sign and their moon sign and this is
their inner world. Just like the moon
comes we see the moon in the night. It's
like living in the night and it kind of
lights up through the night and it's got
these cycles of there's a relevance to
what uh
you know, what the the how much light
was on the moon when you were born. So
like being born on a full moon,
it creates a certain personality versus
being born at on a new moon when you
couldn't see it in the sky. That light
has a relevance too. And the the the
moon itself is is showing us as humans
on this earth something about how the
emotional body works. You know, um
it it's uh
it it changes the way that emotions
shift and change and it it it exists the
in in emotions are inside of us. You
can't see them. You can see this uh sun
this solar part of ourselves. We're
we're kind of showing it even if we're
not trying it's glowing. Um but the moon
this is something that we know and we
feel about ourselves and we don't show
and um
and just the same way that it exists in
the night. Dealing with the moon I know
they say that uh on a full moon crime
rates go up. during the full moon
And symbolically what's happening is
that
Werewolf thing too, you know, when the
werewolf comes out of that person that
that primal nature, you know. Yes. And
and the reason why is because emotions
you can hide you can hide stuff. You can
hide things in the darkness.
Some things you can't.
Yeah, as it as that moon gets brighter
it is literally shining
awakening or or it's it's illuminating
hidden parts of of people. So so a lot
of people will have breakthroughs on
full moon nights. You know, they'll be
like, "Oh, wait a minute. Like I I don't
feel love anymore for this person. Like
like aha. Like I feel this clarity that
I was missing." And it is because the
moon is lighting up the darkness. It's
lighting up the darkness that is in you.
And these are some of the reflections
that I see both in nature the the nature
around us and the the amount of light
and the amount of heat and the speed of
things it's showing us something about
our own design our own system our own
system is being reflected by these
planets and by these cycles by these
cycles
and um and they're bringing distinct
messages. You know, that's another nice
thing working with one-on-one with
clients. People say like, why is this
you know, why is this happening right
now? And you can see because you can see
the way time is unraveling, sometimes
you can see echoes to things that
happened in the past. And like
you're like you're going through this
right now, but what happened in 1989?
And sometimes there's a connection or a
seed that was planted that has now
become a full-grown weed in your garden.
Yeah.
Or something like that. And and to take
these journeys to reflect on the bigger
picture of a person's life um
starts to yield meaningful answers and
and starts to show you how you're in
this this conversation.
And that you that that there's yeah,
that's a nice feeling. Yeah. Um before
we move on too far past this stuff, I'm
I'm reading the chat here and uh Adam uh
Star City he throws in there about how
when we talk about Saturn, the uh the
the uh rings of Saturn and the the one
ring to rule them all.
Yeah.
And Saturn is known as the Lord of the
Rings as well. So that's interesting to
to throw in there dealing with Saturn.
Yeah.
Now what and and and so you also
mentioned Mercury. Now what is this
thing about Mercury and retrograde?
Because I wasn't one to uh to really
believe in it until like I started
seeing what it was doing. You know, I
started seeing like friendships like
that weren't really like they were
really uh ankle deep, you know what I'm
saying? They were very shallow and so if
they if they if they weren't like you
you know what I'm saying? Real
meaningful, if they weren't deep or
whatever, they would shake. You know,
the Bible talks about everything that
can be will be shaken. And obviously
this is going through the zodiac.
There's a season in your life that
things are going to shake. And so it's
good to shake that tree and get all the
the dead limbs off of it or the dead
fruit. And uh and you know, that's still
stuck in from that tree. So, everything
will be shaken. Astrology does that.
Saturn comes around to do that, right?
We hear it in the music and in the
allegory, too. So, um
and I've seen it in my life, the
uh
Mercury in
retrograde and seeing friendships Yeah,
let's talk about go to heck. You know
what I'm saying? So, I I became a
believer, you know, and hearing that as
a cliché and then seeing the fruits of
it, you know? Mhm. Yes, Mercury as a
planet is representing the messenger.
And so, it has to do a lot with
communication, the communication of
information. And it moves very quickly.
It wants to be efficient, get things
done, move on to the next thing, you
know, um keep things in order. It is a
planet that likes to have order and um
and it rule the the planet Mercury
actually has this connection to the
signs of Virgo and Gemini. It's the
planetary ruler of these signs. Each
planet has these special duties with the
different signs. But anyway,
um Mercury is has this very specific
job. And then, sometimes it appears as
though Mercury goes backwards. And
what's happening is that your mind and
your your forward-moving action and like
desire to get things done or just say
things how you want to say it starts
getting messed up and
So, so some people really catch on to
the way that it um
affects messaging and communication. And
it also asks you to look inward. It's
like because it is a cycle and because
cyclically we want to move forward and
we want to go and grow, we have to pull
back sometimes and look inward and think
about like, wait, I think I missed
something. You know,
like I've been friends with this person,
but I'm starting to see that uh I think
they're spreading some rumors about me.
I didn't catch on to that before. But
the The
will um
bring this new awareness. This awareness
that takes a bit of reflection and pull
back. And so, it's a natural cycle that
we're all in all the time of like, yes,
go, go, go. Oh, okay, hold on. I think I
missed something. And it gives you a
chance to fix what you've what you've
missed. And a lot of times things break
because you missed it.
You missed it. You didn't pay attention.
And it it it's related sometimes to, you
know, electronics, things breaking from
because
Yeah, we Yeah, we see that, too, for
sure.
Yeah.
Now, what about what about, uh, we you
know, we talked about the moon and the
full moon, right? Now, there's another
side of the moon that is, uh, you know,
the opposite of of that that, uh,
beast that, you know what I'm saying,
primordial evil side, if you will, of
you. Uh, but the new moon, which is
looked at something as a blessing, and
I'm reading here in the comments here
and and, um, Benjamin says that even in
the scriptures, like the Israelites and
Paul, they celebrated the new moon at
the time of rest. Like each new moon
became a Sabbath for them. And so that
they would follow the cycles of the sun
and astrology and all that. And so,
every new moon they celebrated as a as a
time of of rest. I know with with
planting, uh, starting something new, I
always try to align my my album releases
on a new moon and stuff like that. And
I've seen it in my own life, but what's
the significance of the new moon?
That's exactly right. It's like a
fertile ground. Even the night itself on
a new moon, you sleep better because
there's not a big bright light shining
at you.
So, so there is this peace associated
with it. This peace for you and your
emotions to be at this very calm,
non-reactive level, where you're able to
plant seeds. So, there's this fertility
associated with it. People do these new
moon rituals or new moon release or new
moon planting because it's like the
earth in its rich, nutrient-rich state
of potential. And so, you plant your
seed then, and the the the level of the
moon growing is showing you your seed as
it's growing, and the full moon is like
the harvest, the time to harvest the
results. This is the time of really
yeah.
singing my
Yeah. And also for stargazing, like we
like we like it to be a new moon for
stargazing cuz you can see more, and you
don't have that bright moon shining in
your face. Mhm, you can see the Milky
Way with the the clearer eyes.
Now, you know, dealing with astrology,
like when did it become real for you?
Right? Because you know what I'm saying,
before you just learn this modality and
teach others, like there had to be
something where it just clicked for you
that it was truth, that there was some
substance to it. What was it when it
became real for you?
Yeah, it's it's a funny story, though.
I I was
it my mom had this astrology book at
home, and it was just it was really
focused on her sign, and since it wasn't
my sign, I didn't care about it as much,
but I I kind of looked in there, and it
had these sections like um for like the
the uh child and parent like if your
child is this sign and your parent is
this sign, you know, this is what the
dynamic is like. And I read it, and I
was like, "Oh, wow, that's interesting.
That's pretty accurate. Like how
intriguing." And then um the first like
person that the first woman I fell in
love with, she had the same sign as my
mom. What are the chances?
And I remember in the book, there was
this section of like "What does What is
this woman looking for in a
relationship? Like what does she need to
be happy and fulfilled?" And I was like,
"There is a book at my house that is a
manual for my girlfriend."
How to operate.
Yeah, exactly. That's what it felt like,
this like how to operate book. And
because I was already thinking of people
as such interesting different worlds,
then I started getting more books on
astrology and seeing all the different
worlds and how they worked and how they
work together. And there is one thing
that I want to definitely talk about a
little bit before we end, which is how
all the signs fit together and we have
all of the 12 signs in each of us. And
they are showing a cycle that is
reflected in the cycle of the year as
well. Um so I will say it became real to
me the more I started studying the
archetypes and seeing them play out in
people and seeing
a a number of different patterns showing
themselves over and over again. Patterns
patterns um in life.
There's a certain clarity that I was
starting to see just in the astrology
and how to work with the patterns, how
to get out of patterns. There were like
uh there was so much good guidance that
I could find and especially it just so
happens that the way that that I'm
designed I just uh learn a lot through
relating to others and learn so
relationships are very yeah, important
and awakening for me. Um but
uh and so I was starting to use
astrology to help me understand my
co-workers and um how to work with all
kinds of different personality types and
to give each personality a kind of honor
because each person is doing something
very specific that they need to do, you
know, each person has their own path and
their own um mission.
And and their own gifts and each each
journey is so valuable. Each story is so
rich with things to learn from that is
given to every, you know, everyone you
meet is getting these lessons from you
and vice versa. So um I love thinking
about that. Now going back to the zodiac
and how we all have the 12 signs in us,
they are also reflecting a life cycle
that begins with the first sign, which
begins in spring because spring is
showing you when life begins. Spring
Spring is a renewal of energy and just
like a baby
coming coming into the world, this is
the sign of Aries. Aries comes into the
world and is like
I you know, I survived. Like I'm ready
to live and the first moments of life
are so delicate. But you so you have to
have strength coming in and someone who
has a lot of Aries in their chart has a
lot of the strength of having just
entered the world and just entered the
room and has to go and has to live and
um
just like that in the spring, these
first plants that come out of the ground
from seeds to plants to get to get out
of the earth, they're doing something
very similar that babies are doing.
And then just as the season continues,
it's like a life story. So just one
year, looking at one year, there's a
there's a similarity to looking at even
one day. One day to night is the story
of a life and then
but the whole year, this is important,
goes from spring
where where things are abundant, you
know, Taurus is the next sign after
Aries. Taurus is like when the flowers
are starting to bloom and things are
just really beautiful. Taurus
appreciates beauty. Taurus is like a
baby crawling on the ground, um touching
everything and feeling the
the natural world and just being in it,
being firm on the ground. They love
the sign of Taurus when it's strong in
somebody loves good food and um and and
you know, fine quality textures and
stuff has this connection. Then Gemini
is the sign that follows. This is like
in a child's life when you learn
language, when you learn concepts, when
you learn that people are different from
you and you start talking to them and
you play around. Gemini has this little
bit of trickster energy
um that that is just exploring different
ideas like weighing different truths at
the same time and like
you know, can I believe two things at
once? Is this possible?
And and it's a social sign, you know?
And then Cancer is uh
working with your family, being
connected to your family and your roots,
you know, listening to your mother and
father um
and this time period in your life. So,
the people that have strong Cancerian
energy are these uh are often very
connected to their parents, to their
siblings, to you know, they're here to
work with their family and treat others
like family, take care of things, take
care of people, be emotionally present.
That's my wife. That's my wife, man.
They're all beautiful. Yeah. And um
and Leo is the next in the cycle, which
is like the teenage years of like, "Oh,
wow, like I'm starting to feel kind of
cool and it's summer time. The sun is
shining on me." Um
and so Leo has this like this energy of
the sun, this confidence, this crazy uh
confidence of the teenager that just
wants to play and and like like, "I'm
growing up. I'm I know everything."
And then this is followed in the cycle
of the seasons as well uh with Virgo,
which is the cycle that comes after the
confidence and the games and the fun.
You have to get serious again, you have
to get focused, you have to plan for um
you know, plan for the winter because
winter is coming. And then that starts
to turn into fall and Libra arrives at
the at the uh
the equinox where the day and night
become the same about the same time. And
then so the the sign of the balance,
Libra is this balance like, "Okay, now
we are maturing from this whole story of
childhood and growing up and we are
becoming adults. We need to meet people,
we need to establish partnerships, find
a partner, get married, and um as soon
as you start doing this in your life
cycle, as soon as you start connecting
to others, you learn the lessons of
Scorpio, which is that other people
really influence and affect one of one
another. There's this whole power
dynamic between two people that you have
to learn that can be really scary and
and you there's this depth that Scorpio
has that takes you into the it it it's a
very intimate sign that's looking at
like how far do people go like woah the
this tunnel of going like really deep in
and getting fixed on the human
connection and how much vulnerability is
there and um what betrayal is and kind
of learning some of these hard lessons
of life and then Sagittarius is coming
out of that and going into a place of
like I have looked into the hard places.
Now I am coming up and I want to maybe
learn from a spiritual person like
Sagittarius is the the sign of the
seeker. In fact, truth seeker is is one
of the it's it's a kind of a keyword for
Sagittarius, but um
then the So, this sign is about
exploring, learning from teachers,
becoming a teacher, higher learning,
spiritual opening and expansion and you
know, and and taking it upon yourself
not just to learn about God, but to know
to touch God, like to keep to keep
finding the truth through your own
experience, through your own thing. And
then the sign of Capricorn, this is when
it starts to get serious in life.
That's you, exactly. And I was I
remember that just based on something
you had said um
when you had the birthday podcast or
whatever, but your wife and you are
these
signs that are actually the opposite
signs of the zodiac and that that kind
of
So, Cancer and Capricorn are the
opposite signs of the zodiac. These
create a beautiful balance that really
resonates and for many reasons, but so
so it doesn't surprise me, but um
Capricorn is the winter. It is when it
starts getting serious in that sense of
like, okay, you know, what have I
accomplished during this year? This is
when you start taking into account of
all the work that you've done in the
year and how is the you know, how is the
harvest looking? How like have I done
enough to make it to next spring? Um can
I help other people?
Uh
it is the it is this a very um powerful
time of the year and and powerful sign
in the zodiac that
that has to do with your professional
standing in life and that period of life
where you have come into your maturity
and come into your professional standing
and then it is followed by the sign of
Aquarius, which is the time of year
where um there's a little bit less of
material things to think about. You
don't have to think as much about food
stuff because you're just kind of eating
what is left of your harvest of the year
and um
and this is when you are beyond your at
retirement. You're this old person just
in your mind connecting to ideas and
thinking about the future and the future
generations and what needs to be passed
on as far as information and then the
sign of Pisces is the end of the life
cycle. It's a it's a very mature energy
that is ready to let go of this world
and move into the next world.
Um
and and it so within the year this is
the time of year when you may have run
out of your food supply when in that
part that's the coldest part of winter
where you're like, I am so tired of
winter. All I can do is just uh
you know, wait for the snow to melt um
and that same feeling exists in a
lifespan where you get to be so old,
you're like, man, life is draining. So,
this is funny because it's Pisces energy
is like, wow, life is overwhelming.
There's
and I've learned so much during the
course of my life that now I'm thinking
about the next world and I'm like
connect I'm starting to connect with the
next world and it's so it's
um sort of the end of the life and then
it goes back to the beginning.
So, each year is teaching us about our
own life and each sign is specialized in
a certain part of life and doing
something very
um
yeah, relevant to that.
That's awesome. Um that's one thing I
was uh talking with my friend here
Gothic Mystic and he was saying you're
just hitting you're just like confirming
a lot of stuff that he's just kind of
I don't think he's done a lot of study
on it, but he just like internally
knowing that, listen, I'm playing all of
these roles at different points in my
life and even throughout the year. Um
but the interesting thing is that those
it's different for everybody. We all go
through it. Like there's that shaking
phase, there's that brave phase in your
life or even in life or in your year as
well, right? We're doing it maybe on a a
small level every year, but then you
step out to the um macro, we're doing it
uh in our lifetime as well on like a
much larger scale, which is very
interesting.
Cycles within cycles. Yeah. Um man, for
me, I know we we didn't really touch on
it, but I'm big into um the
astrotheology when it comes to the Bible
and dealing with the zodiac and how
much, you know, reference that the
scriptures have to astrology and even
whether it's the allegory in the Bible
or the fact that the Hebraic people
followed the signs of the zodiac and
followed what they called the Mazzaroth
in in in the in the Hebrew, which is the
zodiac and getting into the wheel within
the wheel, right? This Ezekiel's wheel
and we like to fantasize that it's a UFO
or something, but the wheel in the wheel
is the sun making its way through the
houses of the zodiac, the 12 houses.
Then we get to the New Testament and see
Jesus, who is the son of God, making his
way
to call the 12 disciples. And even there
is this one, and you probably know, I
think it's I can't think of the name of
it, but there was a 13th
um
uh uh
not 13th planet, but it's a uh yeah,
13th constellation that was kind of like
booted out or didn't quite make the cut.
or does it not?
just like Judas. That's Judas.
He had to be replaced or whatever for
the the 12. So,
very interesting when it comes to
relating back religion and the allegory,
and I'm I'm convinced, man, that from
Genesis to Revelation that it's it's all
about like all of those stories, and
even how you were mentioning how like
there's certain ways to to cope and to
overcome your
um adversaries, or even your adversaries
within, right? Not even external, but
what you're you're going through
yourself. And so, following the the
children of God, if you will, throughout
the Bible and how they faced oppositions
and how they overcame, and how they had
to defeat those enemies, that's like
this
um um exoteric thing but has a deeper
meaning about us and our inner dialogue
and the in the in the psychos that we
all must go through. So, for me, I love
relating the um
astrology back to the scriptures and and
and seeing it. And obviously, you know,
Jordan Maxwell, that's you know, I love
him, and Santos Bonacci, who are really
really key on on teaching that stuff and
and and showing you where it fits in the
Bible. And you also talked about um the
four fixed signs of the zodiac, and that
is, when it comes to the Bible, that is
the uh the four living creatures.
Mhm. The And and they they guard or or
govern
govern the four seasons.
Wow. That is so cool.
Yeah. The four and it tells you what
they are. It's what they the the head of
a man, the head of a an eagle, an ox,
and um a lion, I think it is. Yeah.
Yeah, that's literally the what the Yep.
Those signs that those constellations
are of.
It's talking about these beasts or
whatever, but it's using allegory. It's
using a story. And it's That's how you
That's how we remember. We We have
stories and and you know, they there's
so much deep
allegory or deep meaning that we get.
When we go back and read like, you know
what I'm saying, Mother Goose nursery
rhymes and all that stuff, go back now
as a conscious individual and read that
stuff.
There's like some really deep truths
that are imparted in those stories. The
Ugly Duckling and all that those little
There's some deep Those Those stories
are deep, man. Yes, these patterns
within stories, this resonance that
exists when we hear the truth, when we
see the reflection in a story of
ourselves and I'm like, "Whoa. How is
that speaking
You're watching a Hollywood movie.
Watching that Hollywood movie and you're
like, "Oh God. This is me."
Yeah. Yeah.
They're telling my story.
It's like an out-of-body experience.
Like, "Hold on. This is true myself,
man. What's going on?" You know?
You're like, "That's how it is." Then
what's going to happen? Then what's
going
Hey. I love Balance your energy or
you're getting that area, right?
Yeah. I like watching people as if
they're movies or even just my own life,
kind of sitting back and being like,
"What is this story? What is this
like amazing movie I'm in?" And and
that's that's where it gets so trippy,
too, is this interactive world that
we're in that um that is bringing us
these messages in these different ways,
you know, all the synchronicities, all
the same people we Sometimes we meet the
same people over and over again in these
different forms. That's pretty wild.
Yeah, synchronicities have been insane
the last couple days. Yesterday, me and
my wife are just she's watching
Jeopardy. And she guessed an answer
like
for something and then it it was the it
was the answer for the next question.
Like just back-to-back. And and then I
had I said to Oh,
I know what it was. Um she she was
naming off these kids just random No,
no, no, it was on TV.
We was watching TV and they was like
they named Joseph, Johnny, and Julia.
That's all of my kids It was it was on
Jeopardy. And it said, "Yeah, I want to
say hey to my kids, Joseph, Johnny, and
Julia." And I just jokingly said,
"Where's Jasper?" Like come on, where's
the rest of the J? And she on her phone
she scrolled and her friend's kid Jasper
was was on the phone. And I just made it
up. "Where's Ja You know, Jo- Jacob,
Johnny, Julian, what what about Jasper?
Where's he at?" And she's like, "Here he
is."
Cuz she is like and then right after
that was the question little things like
that, bro, where the TV works and it's
saying what you're thinking and it just
it's weird, but it's it's breadcrumbs,
man, from the universe.
It shows how everything is connected.
Everything is interactive. And it's so
special like in your situations where
like you have a witness to when it's
happening versus when nobody knows Yeah,
I know. We We and we get it all My
daughter's like she's getting it too and
just kind of just weird like what's
happening and we point them out, you
know, it's so cool. I love it. I feel
like I'm in sync when they when they're
happening. When I'm out of whack and I'm
not conscious of that stuff or I just
don't see it.
I don't know if I'm not conscious of it.
They just it just seems like they're not
happening to where you feel like you're
in the flow and then the synchronicities
are just everywhere as a joke with you
and God and the universe like "Hey, I'm
consciousness and I'm with you and I'm a
I'm a make you laugh and I'm going to
show you like it is really interesting.
It's encouraging, too. You know, when
when you see it as something
encouraging, you know?
Yeah, and it it and what you're
definitely describing is this uh the
when you're conscious versus
unconscious, when you're present versus
somewhere deep within where you're, you
know, getting into your own egoic story,
but then coming back out and being that
witness to like and having that openness
for like, I would like to see something,
you know, to learn I would like to learn
now. Teacher.
Yeah. Cuz you could play with it, right?
Exactly.
it and you put it out there in the
consciousness and
it's uh it's scary how how real it is
and how much of a a mind game it is and
how much our mind is is connected with
our reality, you know?
Yeah. It it's cool though once we're
conscious of it because then we can
start interacting with it.
Mhm.
And it's interesting
uh learning any field like the field of
astrology, there's so much uh
translation of symbols and symbols that
overlap that are interesting to think
about.
Um I guess just thinking again on the
planet Mercury how it represents
information, it represents
communication, it represents friendship
or friends and it represents um you
know, siblings. I mean those those are
all sharing one
funnel of symbols. Like what connects
all those things? What is the thread
that holds that together? Like why are
those lumped together within one symbol?
So for example, if you see something, I
mean, we think of a symbol of an eagle
and an eagle is just it's
able to fly, it's able to see things, it
has this special vision, you know, each
animal has these symbols with it or
everything in nature is is this layer of
information and they're giving us these
lessons
um that we can apply to our to our own
like puzzles.
Yeah, if you if you listen in,
everything
is connected. You can learn from
everything. And the scriptures say that.
The scriptures says to listen to the the
birds. Listen to the beast, you know?
Cuz they they have a song. They have
something to share if you can see
Christ in it. You see God in it. You see
consciousness in it. And then you see it
as a mirror. Or you see yourself in it,
you know? And not everybody can do that.
I think you learn to do that. And you
have to play with it a little bit, you
know? Uh, first of all, recognize it
that that is something that happened and
then you can explore it. There's so much
that uh, we've forgotten, you know? And
everybody wants this all the new stuff
and stepping into the next stage and
what's coming next. And it's like, it's
a return to the old old things that
we've lost that were so powerful. And
trying to, you know, we talked about
this, too. Just having your feet in in
in in the sand. Have your feet on the
ground, but have your head in the clouds
because technology and where we're
moving and Neuralink and we're we can't
stop it. We talked about this on the
retreat. It's fun to to explore these
subjects, but
we're cuz it's it's inevitable. So,
that's why I think nature and astrology
and the ancient path is like is is more
potent now than ever, calling us back
home as we are just maybe like your
story. You were a foreigner in a strange
land and you were calling it your home.
Um, you have two homes, right? Our our
place is amongst the stars. It is in the
future. It is technology. That's where
we're headed, buddy. I mean, we're
talking about, you know, if you believe
in aliens or
uh, you know, different civilizations
that have maybe even left the Earth or
visiting us from afar. They've already
reached that point. So,
but I think holding onto the essence of
our spirituality of
of um,
when it comes to the Earth, the elements
again.
Uh, fire. Um, Illuminati Congo and and
he said this and it was really
interesting. He kept He would post a lot
of pictures of him with fire and this
was when the fires in and
Australia were happening and he would
say if if we had a better connection
with with fire, maybe that these these
fires wouldn't be raging like they are
that we've lost the connection with the
elements. We've lost our
connection to communicate with the
spirit of fire or the angels that travel
by way of fire. So,
explore it. I just implore everyone to
get back to your roots, man. Explore it.
Take chances. Take risk.
Be weird. Let your freak flag fly and
you'll find that there's magic in this
stuff, man.
Yes. And you know, it is coming up in
December this very notable
transit where Saturn and Jupiter are
coming together in the sign of Aquarius
creating this conjunction that, you
know, will really initiate fast-pace
into a new age is what it looks like
because it's in a kind of visionary
sign. It's happening in the sign of
Aquarius and it could be that if you
have friends or some of your personal
astrology lands into the sign of
Aquarius, you will feel activated by
this this this leveling up or whatever
it is, you know, this opening up into
this technological
step that we're taking together as a
collective because
you know, you were born with one chart,
one
one layer or one piece of a puzzle, but
that story, because of time, keeps
going, keeps going and and the current
planets, where they're moving, they
specifically
affect you and your unique imprint and
so certain times you just get woken up
or you get stirred up or all this stuff
and there's this big stirring that's
going to be so concentrated that we will
all feel it together. You know, some
people study just um for for their own
uh
uh current events, and the mundane
astrology, the daily astrology of uh
what what is affecting us as a group on
Earth, or whatever.
Yep.
Good stuff, man. Uh
Forrest, dude, if people want to connect
with you, uh you got a lot of stuff that
you offer on your website. Like, what's
the what's the best place for them if
they want to get a session from you and
look deeper into your work, man? What's
the best place for them to go?
If you're new to astrology, or you've
looked a little bit at your chart, and
you're just confused, I think getting a
natal chart reading with uh you know,
with me, I can carefully guide you
through and explain to you, or show you
how it works. Um also, I work with
clients without even using all the
complex language and planets, and just
uh
listen to what's happening, and offer
guidance, and and for me, it's like I'm
looking under the hood of someone's car,
and their little engine how it operates,
and I can go in there and repair. Yeah.
That's interesting because like, if
you're having car trouble, you go to a
mechanic, cuz I I can't I'm lost. You
can do basic stuff. I think most of us
can do basic basic stuff even with
astrology. Like, we just know the
basics, but to really say, "Hey, you
need to you need to check on these
things." We got to go see somebody. Find
somebody who's good at it, right? Versus
trying to do it ourselves and mess
something up. Yeah. Yeah, and I I did
want to offer this free um link that uh
if you sign up for, then there's I made
a video series about all four elements
and all 12 signs, just going a little
bit deeper into each one, and how they
flow together. And um so, you can get
that link if you sign up on the um
pilotastrology.com/cosmic
page. There's a little um way that, you
know, helps me stay connected, and and
now I sometimes give updates on my work.
I don't know if that's something
interested um people are interested in,
but that's that's a good thing to to
like explore. And then um on Instagram,
you know, I like to post my thoughts and
I'm very active there at @forestpilot
and um that's a good way to see to just,
you know, feel it out, see if you're
interested in learning more and
sometimes I have specials um just uh
sh you know, shorter, easier
introduction one-on-one sessions. That's
all available on Instagram or my
website.
Yeah. pilotastrology.com
Yeah, yeah.
Good stuff. Well, Forest, man, thanks
for coming on hanging out with me, man.
I'm glad we was able to do this and like
we said, even after the uh you know, the
uh retreat, we you know, we I think we
have more in common and and and I think
we're connected more too. So, it was
awesome to to set it up and you know,
thanks for believing in my work. Thanks
for partnering with me and and showing
up to the the the retreat, man. It was a
blessing to hang out with you, man and
and to to share that that special
evening with you. I enjoyed it so much.
Uh great. Thanks.
All right, brother. Thank you. And uh
we'll do it again. Shalom shalom,
brother. Peace.
Awesome. Bye.
Forest, ladies and gentlemen, with pilot
astrology. He's a real one. He's a real
one. You know, sometimes people are
iffy, you don't know what to think about
them. Uh he's real deal. Really got to
uh to hang out with him and build and it
was funny cuz when we did the last
retreat, uh me and him got up cuz he
came down a couple days early. He was uh
he got a Airbnb and stayed down here
Mobile and went to the different beaches
and stuff like that while he was down
for a little while and we got to do
dinner on that Friday night. And that's
something too, guys, if anybody who
wants to come to the retreats, we're
doing dinner at that Friday night. So,
he came down a couple days early, we got
to do dinner and we got to build and
hang out. We was getting ready to leave
and one of the other guys, who I didn't
know if he was coming or not, as we're
getting ready to leave, he shows up.
Hey, what's up, up
So, Nick comes and uh so, I said, "Okay,
I guess we're guess we're we're not
leaving. Hanging out even longer. So,
really good to build with those those
guys and it's really cool to
to meet the people who who listen to the
podcast, who resonate with the work, you
know, and and to meet people in person.
The internet is amazing. We're connected
with people literally all over the
world. Um Shirley, my our friend here is
in in chat and and and she's in Ireland,
you know, and I'm in Mobile. So, we have
people literally connected um what's
this Binnie is in Australia. And we're
all hanging out right now worldwide
listening to this, talking, connected.
And then even after this as well, uh
friendships and
um relationships continue uh to build
and and and making connections with
people
um who who look like you, believe like
you, who are open-minded. And so, to be
able to facilitate a community um of
whatever this podcast, whatever
um platform this is has evolved into,
it's just been a blessing to to be able
to facilitate that.
And um and to be able to meet people in
person is really cool. With that being
said, we had some people come down even
this this uh
uh past weekend. Um and we did we did
baptisms. Uh Ally, who's in chat, she's
she's local here. She set it up, her and
Christie, and got to baptize a few folks
and she got re-baptized again and um
there's some video on my um
um Facebook if you want to check out the
baptism videos. I may put it on YouTube,
but it's definitely on on Facebook. So,
check that out, man, but it's really
about community
and just doing life together. And uh
that's the the the really cool thing
about it and uh connections. With that
being said, like
to be able to facilitate it and I've
always been able I love to trace things
back. Y'all know I've talked about this
on many occasions of of tracing things
back, especially uh when connections are
made and then you follow them out.
Richie is in in chat and he just says
gratitude. I look at a connection there
just as you you type um you know how you
went you came on my show. We've been
friends and you built with Gothic
Mystic. You went on his show and you
guys connected because of my show or
connected because of the School of the
Mystics and it to to see that I helped
facilitate that connection. I love being
able to be conscious and cognitive and
trace those things back. So with the
retreats and with the podcast and the
Discord and all that, seeing
relationships spark from that. Um
seeing um people get getting introduced
to new minds on the podcast that I
interview that just resonates with you.
You may find somebody on on that I
interview who resonates with you
resonate with their work more than mine
and and you you know tap in with with
what they're doing or whatever and
that's cool. To to for so for me to be
able to facilitate that um again it was
so cool. One one of the other retreats
we did two guys came. They came from
Georgia.
And they were literally
30 minutes away from each other.
And they both drove 7 hours.
Side by side they drove and they met at
the retreat and said hey where are you
from? Where are you from? And they're
literally right down the road from each
other.
And then another friend who came to a
retreat before that shout out to Brandon
um he moved up there by them and he was
30 minutes away too. So we got three
truth seekers
um who've all been connected through the
podcast and through the retreats.
Literally two of them came together on
one and one was later. But now they're
hanging out. They're taking their
families to the beach together. They're
calling each other every day on the
phone and I love to be able to
facilitate that and spark that and
be just simply because it you know it's
overwhelming at times and you feel like
you're alone and you feel like nobody
understands you until
you know you have the people online.
That's huge. Trust me that's you I'm you
know online's huge, but in person
is there's something different about it.
When we hold retreats or we do
conferences or even just hangouts, we do
tribe hangouts and everybody comes down
and and just for the weekend just to say
hello and stuff like that and
cuz everybody's connected.
And that's the beautiful thing with it.
And so get connected.
Step out, man.
Meet somebody, message somebody, say
hello. You people you you're not you
know, you're not alone.
You're not too weird, right? There's you
can't blow these people's minds, you
know, they've been through it all,
they've the the lie is that you you're
the only one. So we just like to undo
that lie and attack that. So make sure
you guys are uh
attacking it as well. Don't let the
enemy get you by yourself and think that
you're different than everybody and
nobody understands you and I'm just a
different breed and no.
There's people just like you and you're
going through stuff and the reason
you're feeling you're going through it
is cuz other people are going through it
as well. And you may be the first one to
vocalize it, you may be the first one to
find a way to articulate it or even find
an answer for the type of problems that
you're dealing with, but you're not
alone. There's other people just like
you. There's like a carbon copy of you
who's going through very similar stuff.
Probably even look just like you out
there. And they're facing those ideas
and those traumas and guess what?
You know, help them.
If you if you don't embrace who you are
and you're not vocal about it and your
identity
you you can't help them. You can't you
can't even help yourself.
So once you say yes to your journey, own
who you are, help yourself, then
you can help others. That's the whole
thing with my heal the healers campaign.
Like, you know, we got to go through the
healing first and then once we
break through that
then we can help others. And um and then
we want to, right? That you can't help
you can't give somebody something that
you don't have. So I think that's why we
all do the inner work and we all are
asking the bigger questions and
introspective and
you know, doing the the the inner
healing and stuff like that because then
we can help those around us.
We won't be biased. We won't feel like
we're doing it out of obligation. Like
we really want to help and you can
because most of us are already experts
in in a field and we have something to
offer and don't even know it. So, and
people need what you have and so that's
obviously what this podcast is being
open, honest, and authentic. There's I'm
not hiding anything. It's just what you
see is what you get. Hopefully, that's
why I try to put everything out there so
that you won't be let down, right? You
don't put somebody on a pedestal, me or
any other leader or teacher or whoever
you want to call.
Um
just
you know, doing life, man, and pulling
down those facades.
We like to hide behind them.
Um but you got to tear them down cuz
you'll put somebody on a pedestal. You
think somebody is more holy or or like
higher
than they really are and you're let
down. So, and it's a fear, right? We
have fears that that people will see the
real you and they won't like the real
you and just being open and honest like,
you know, we're not better than anybody
and not more spiritual than anybody.
You're not more special than anybody
else. Everyone God is not a respecter of
persons. The playing ground is is equal.
Um universal law, all of these rules
apply to everyone.
So, start applying them to your life, do
the inner inner work, the research, get
over your obstacles, and hopefully this
podcast is helping you do that.
Hopefully, I have services and
meditations and you know, all the prayer
stuff. Like that's what it's designed to
do. To help you overcome your obstacles,
connect with God, which is love, you
know, and and and and nothing can stop
you. Greater is he that is in you than
he that is in the world. There's nothing
uh that can stand in your way of any
opposition that uh uh that has any
strength. They must bow. So, know that
that you're called to do great things,
man. There's There's greatness inside of
you. Your best days are ahead of you.
And I have people who pour into me and
and they see that in me and they call it
out. And I got to do the same. I see it
in you. We call it prophesying, right?
Being able to see the things that are
not as though they were and speak it
out. So, we all have that with our own
destinies and our own lives. And so, um
it's been, you know, I have people
pouring into me and I want to continue
to do the same. And then I have to get
filled back up by either, you know, God
uses those people, but God is the one
who fills you up. And as you get into
prayer, as you get into meditation,
allow yourself to receive more of God's
love because you've been poured out.
You've been pouring out. You've been
working hard.
But allow God to refresh you, renew you,
reset you, pour back into you so that
you can pour back into others. The
problem where you run into, you know,
the Bible says, "Don't grow weary in
well-doing." One way you do that is cuz
you you keep pouring out and you never
get filled back up.
You have to get into that quiet time.
And it's it's a It is a refreshing. It
is a resetting. Allow God to pour back
into you.
Don't just keep pouring out, pouring
out, pouring out and cuz you're going to
be dry. You got to get filled back up.
So, that's why we do the meditations.
And we're, you know, we do that every
every Thursday now and um getting in the
just conversation and rolling ideas, but
I'm I really I love,
you know, to pray. I love to to
meditate. I love to connect and see what
what God is saying. And it's usually
it's always love. And so, I just I had a
lot of people reach out to me and
uh last couple couple weeks, we did it
last 2 weeks. I went live on Facebook
doing it. It's something that we've just
kind of been doing
personally in the School of the Mystics,
you know, with our little small group.
We got anywhere from from 10 to like 18
people usually hanging out on the School
of the Mystics, but I thought I was
recording it, but I went live on
Facebook. And then we're doing this
healing session. We're tapping in
through prayer and meditation.
And then we had like a whole bunch of
people watching on YouTube that didn't
even know we were
broadcasting. And I just seen the
messages and everything and people were
just touched and moved and they they you
know, I was like, "Yeah, we got to just
I think we're going to keep doing it.
Just doing it open out there for people
cuz there's a lot of that people don't
know that we do on the back end with the
School of the Mystics. So,
making that available for everybody. But
if you want to tap in, if you want to
share in the conversation, to ask
questions, and and to uh to share, if
you want to be a part of the meditation
where you you can get activated in those
things as well and just be a part of the
community, then, you know, we'll be
we're going to continue to do that on
the back end. You You know, you're going
to get so much more uh just by becoming
a patron and being a partner. And um
just being family, man. That's what it
is.
You you you you share in this. You like
they you know, there's a something they
they call it now in the Christian realm
and people ask me how they can we used
to call it how we can sow into a
ministry or how we can give and sow, but
now they call it trade. They want to
trade into what you're doing. They want
to invest into what you're doing because
it's good ground and it's like putting
seed in there and you're going to share
in that crop. So, people want to trade
into what you're doing because they see
it as good ground and they want to
invest in it because they feel like
they're going to get a return on that
investment. Right? Whether it's you just
doing good works or that whatever
they're investing in, they're going to
get back.
Pressed down, shaken, running over,
given back to them. So, I think that's a
universal law in everything that we do.
Everything that we sow cuz everything
we're doing we're we're broadcasting.
We're planting seeds. The the
terminology for broadcasting is to to
take a handful of seeds is what a farmer
would do and just throw the seeds or
throw the um chicken feed or something,
right? You throw it and you're
broadcasting it and seeing where you
know, letting them fall where they may.
So, that's broadcasting. And so, we're
all doing that.
Um
with that being said, um
