Essential Oils

Does anyone on here have good knowledge and experiences using just essential oils for healing?

I only know the basics of a handful that I use myself. I would love to have more and test them out on different ailments I have.

Ive been given a heap of out of date essential oils. Should I just chuck them? They still smell fine. Thanks
