Thank you so much for having me. I'm great. I'm loving the music. I can't wait to download everything as soon as we log off here. It's just, it's like you said, I'm feeling it in my body ready for my lucid dreams tonight and my synchronicities, everything you said in the opening. I was like, yeah, you're all of it. Well, sir, like that comes with it. That comes with the territory. And in the so funny, some people are like, Hey, that disclaimer is not true. I didn't experience any of that. Well, you're probably like the 1%. Yeah, you got to be open to it. Yeah, yeah, and that's what we're gonna be talking about today. Obviously, this is what I bring to the table, but we're gonna be talking about what you bring to the table. But looking for that stuff, positioning yourself as well for success and growing in the spiritual experiences and how to navigate those realms intuitively. And so really excited to dive into your work and I know we're gonna have fun. So for those people who are new to you work, they don't know who you are, just kind of give us a quick overview who you are, what you bring to the table, and we'll start there. Yeah, I mean credentials and everything aside, I feel that what I bring to the table. I even had some guy recently say to me, why should we all listen to you? I said, you should listen to me because I'm listening to you and someone, you know, people ask, what do you want your legacy to be? And I say, I want people to feel less alone because of me and my work or when they read my book. And I want people to feel seen heard and acknowledged in our presence and in my presence. I think it's an epidemic in our culture, even people who love us or claim to love us, aren't willing or able to truly see us, or they want us to be a certain way or say or do things. So they feel more comfortable and at ease and not allowing us to be our weird, eccentric, full-spirited selves. And that's what my work is, the full spirit workout. It is about bringing your full spirit to everyone you meet and everything that you do. And that's your authentic truth and power, your passion, your presence. It's showing up like you mean it and you have something to say. And that's why I'm so passionate about the work that I do because everyone knows we have to exercise our physical muscles to be healthy, fit and strong in the world, live a long life. and much less attention is paid to our inner muscles, our mental, emotional spiritual muscles. And, you know, I was going about my life. Like most people placing my worth outside of myself, and I had not one, but two loved ones die by suicide and one year, and it completely changed the trajectory of my life. And I thought, you know, there has to be a way to get really fit and strong on the inside. And we've learned anything this past year and a half now. it's that sadly, the chaos and insanity and sickness of the world is sadly not going anywhere. It really is up to us to maintain our fitness on the inside. Wow, you just set a mouthful and a lot of things are going on right now that are polarizing for us not to want to speak our truth. And in a sense to choose your battles wisely, so there's like some wisdom in that too versus like, hey, this is what I believe in. I don't care whether you believe it or not, but I've definitely been seeing, obviously, the last several years have been one thing after another that's very polarizing, or you with this side, or you with that side. And it's like, once we kind of come to an understanding for one thing, there's another, and there's another, and there's another. So it could be hard to speak your truth, to own your truth, and to live it in these polarizing times, especially when you have a platform, like choose your battles wisely is huge right now too, you know? Yeah, and I was a TV news anchor and reporter for years. And I worked for years in Florida, which is a very interesting place, very gnarly place to work in news, lots of crazy stuff going on. And my biggest takeaway from my TV news career was that you don't talk down crazy. You say thank you and graciously turn around and leave. and that was my case when I'd go to get the sound bite from the person who's son was in prison or whatever the story was. And he would answer that it's like the toothless man with a shotgun that says get off my property and a stand your ground state. And I would say thank you so much and turn around and leave. And my photographer, I remember, was arguing with this guy and it's like listen, if you wanna get shot and die here over the sound bite, that's on you, but I'm leaving and driving away. And I think same with our culture is that we don't need, you don't need to talk down crazy to make your point. And I use the word crazy lightly. But I think it's just respecting that some people have different opinions from us. And, but again, it's that symptom we all wanna get all of our stuff from outside in the external. And it's really just shutting down that noise because it is noise and going within and spending that time listening to that divine wisdom that's always available to us and getting more practiced at listening. Um, some of these tools that you bring to the table for you, it was like almost like a rock bottom, like something very tragic, like dealing with a lot of trauma that helped you navigate through it. Could it have been a lot easier if you would have known these, these tools and, and steps before? Absolutely. And that's why I wrote this book because writing a book will push you beyond your limits. It's so much work. And unless you're a huge celebrity, it's not a big money maker. For me, it's just been my greatest life assignment. It was a calling that I heard. I think we're all called, not everybody listens or answers that call. And I just wanted to do it in loving memory of my friends that I lost and for everyone who struggles with mental health, which I've learned, is literally all of us. We all struggle to some degree on some days, you know, and some days everything feels great. And even you can feel great up until noon and then something happens, you know, none of us are immune to it. It's part of the human experience. And I think the more that we can embrace that and embrace the full spectrum of our emotions, the better. But certainly, I wish I had a really deep spiritual practice when I went through these tragedies. But the tragedies led me to my deep spiritual practice. And I knew there had to be, I wanted to go really deep because doing anything just on the surface level, the ego level wasn't gonna get me anywhere. I was probably not going to still be here quite frankly. And so really going deep and you're really getting to the truth of who I am and knowing that if I'm struggling, we're all struggling. And I think the more that we can just be honest about that and be truthful about that, the better. And then it's like, okay, yeah, I'm here, I'm struggling. And then what am I gonna do about it rather than, I've got it all together and, you know, none of us have it all together all the time. Yeah, and being open and authentic. I think it allows for that stuff to flow out of you too, though you're not suppressing anything. Like last week, this past month has been one of the hardest months of my life. Me and my wife got COVID together and went through that. And we're literally coaching each other on how to breathe. Like it was very scary and we lost seven people that we know and three people were really close And it was all from COVID and very hard. And one thing after another, after another, and after another, I mean, hyperventilating, not us not being able to breathe. And it coming out of COVID, like all the crying, triggering, you know, these symptoms and stuff. So it's been so hard, but having that spiritual practice, having breath work, knowing some of these things helped for sure. And I'm glad that I had like a foundation of something that I can gain power from that I'm connected to. I can gain peace. Like there's a place spiritually that we can tap into that immediately everything's okay. Like I know things are like looking really glim right now, but there's a place and it's within our hearts where everything is okay. Let's go to that place and let's manifest it on the outside of us. So I've definitely had to tap into that this past month and I was doing interviews and like I was like, Maybe I shouldn't do interviews because I'm crying. I'm speaking on this stuff and I'm just, I can't hold back tears because it's very emotional and almost felt like a near-death experience in a way. But, you know, I think I'm glad I did because it got the awareness out there of what people are really dealing with right now, you know. Wow, I just took my breath away. I'm so sorry that you experienced that and your wife and that you've lost people. It is, it's horrifying and it's scary and our health is really all we have at the end of the day. And I think as you were talking to it is that a friend of mine had COVID last year. And he's the only person I heard describe it this way. I'm curious your thoughts. He said, it is an evil spirit. So for him, it's like, yes, he was really, really physically sick. But he also felt that spiritual sickness from it. And like, it attacked his spirit. And I think that the antidote to that besides rest, but it is what I call my my sit and stare time. And it's not the same as meditation, but it is doing what it says, sitting and staring out the window for a minimum five minutes a day and checking in with yourself like you're a small child and sitting in a room quietly by yourself which horrifies a lot of people, but that's when you can listen to those divine downloads and the present moment and that present moment when like you said, you're just focusing on your breath. And you know, people use that terminology, take things day by day. I like to say, breath by breath. Yeah. And we can breathe through anything that we go through, you know? And so just focusing on the breath. And right now, you know, this last several years, but especially this is like there's been an attack on the breath. But then there's also been so much emphasis with breath work, like coming into the mainstream and Wim Hof and these things become more popular, but then there's this attack on the breath. So being able to have techniques, spiritual mindfulness, like that kind of like, hold on. Recenter, stop looking at those things. I know they're there. And you know, I think many people who listen to this show are tapped in and they would consider themselves empaths as well. So you're feeling like the stuff everybody's going through. You know, and me and my wife, we had to sit down because like it was one thing after another with people getting sick and people leaving and it was like, hold on, like we can't carry this stuff. We can't, like we mourn, we grieve, we be there for families but like there's no way because we, you know, it's bringing all those symptoms back up and like us, a heart of breathing and all that. So being able to process it and I've went through a lot of your techniques and it's a lot of stuff we do naturally. So I'm excited to go through those things with you. For me, COVID, on this side of it, this side of any traumatic situation is a blessing, right? I would never say this going through it, but on the in hindsight, it was a blessing. You know, I'm glad that I went through it and I made it out and I survived. Now that can have some, because I thought it was fake, you know, a lot of stuff. And I don't want to just keep talking about that. But my eyes were open. You know, it became real to me. And so it gave me some authority to kind of speak to that thing a little bit and kind of have a compassion for people who are going through it. But on mindfulness, spirituality, you know, is definitely what my connection with God, higher power is what got me through for sure. Yeah. And I think you also touched on something as I like to say observe don't absorb because even recently I was even had I think my first vacation day and years and just went to the beach for the day and with a friend and so everything should be great and I felt stressed and I was feeling all these things that I was like why am I feeling this everything in my life feels great but for me it's not enough that I feel great if they're suffering all around me I'm going to suffer and that was when all that stuff in Afghanistan just blew up and so I was really tapped into all of that turmoil and chaos and sadness and fear and I think it's good we certainly don't want to be naive to what's going on in the world but also being able to step back and look at something as the observer rather than because I'm so empathetic I'm sure you and a lot of your listeners are too and it's so easy to get taken out and then we think we start judging ourselves what's wrong with me or I should feel this and that's when you have to to take that pause and say, oh, this isn't mine. This is what's going around. And tune into that. And then take some action steps, see how you can donate or volunteer or get involved. But it is a spiritual practice. It's like going to the gym and doing your sit-ups. It is that practice to remove yourself energetically. And then also not just tune it out and pretend everything is right in the world, but see how you can help and get involved. take those action steps while not absorbing all of that energy. Yeah. And instead of, I guess how you came, you know, to this practice and these concepts was like, when you had to, like rock bottom. But you've designed it in such a way where it's available for people to do what they call PM, like you would do on a vehicle, preventive maintenance. Not to wait till everything is just up in the air and I'm at rock bottom. Help me, somebody help me as I hold on. There's things that I can do to maintain my health. So when something happens, when I'm triggered, no, I don't care what it is. Whatever happens, I have the strength and the peace to make it through these things without, you know, what happens, we burn bridges, we freak out, we lash out, we post stuff on Facebook. You know, there's so much stuff that we, you know, due to try to feel better. but the preventative maintenance, which I would say is a lot of the concepts, we do them daily, their daily practices, so when stuff hits you, you become like water, my friend. You just allow it to just brush off of you. Yeah, absolutely. And that's why I made these exercises fun because it is like going to the gym. If it's that daunting sweat vest and you're running and sprinting the whole time and you hate it, you never go back, it doesn't mean anything. So making the exercises fun and something that you actually want to do. And really, you're gonna start to see the results, but it is like going to the gym. You can't just show up in your cute outfit and expect to be fit. Your personal trainer can't do your sit ups and push ups for you. The work is on you, but then the results are yours. And you start to build that confidence that can weather any storm. And I did something for everybody. There's the journaling exercises. There's the Coach Kate check-ins. I know not everyone can afford to hire a personal coach. So it's asking those questions get you to the core of who you are because we really want to address things at the core and not just put a band-aid on the symptom, right? And then there's the meditations which I know you're into and then the affirmations to really ground the practice into your psyche and get really clear. So, you know, you will want to return to it again and again. I've had friends whether it's my 80 year old, you know, uncle or my 13 year old niece who say I never read books or I can never finish them and people have just whipped through my book and a couple of days because you I not to sound whatever but I didn't want to make it fun and engaging because I want people to make spiritual fitness a part of their life just like eating and sleeping. That's it. So your book is the full spirit workout and in it you detail a 10-step system to help people shed self-doubt. straighten their inner spiritual core and create a fun and fulfilling life. All of those are good words. For some people that fun and fulfilling, they don't tie that into spirituality. There's this nasty idea that kind of bleeds over of a suffering servant and traveling and seeing the world and having your bills paid like they don't that's not a part of their their journey and they don't put those two together. Is that something that we need to get clear on as well that we're not double-minded on all of these these things because people feel like they can't coexist especially with my coaching and stuff like deal with a lot of Christians when it comes to like them stepping out for the first time and charging for a session or I mean charging for music charging for anything like it's supposed to be free and so there's no compensation and things like that. Can you speak to that a little bit just owning your worth and having a fun and fulfilling life and that being spiritual as well? Yeah I mean we're here to have fun and enjoy life. I know that can be a foreign concept to people and it's gotten lost along the way but we are here because when you're vibrating in the space of joy and fun and fulfillment you're able to help more people. you're thinking about it. I mean, I bounce into the grocery store to buy groceries and I'm, you know, saying to the, hey, how's your day to the checkout clerk? And then I see that person light up or I'll just say, how are you? And people say, oh, no one's asked me that all day. And I think how sad. But when you're vibrating in that space, you're spreading that light and you're spreading that joy and you're, you're seeing people. And that has a ripple effect. Maybe that person goes home and treats their spouse or kids better. And it does have that, that effect. And I think I don't think I know God for me wants us to be in a place of fun and comfort and fulfillment because then we're in a space to use our gifts, to identify and leverage our unique gifts and strengths and to be in a place where we can help more people. And when I think of acquiring any sort of wealth monetarily, I think that's just more people I can help. There's a saying that money just makes you more who you are. So if you're generous, if you are that servant, you're going to be able to serve more people. You can make a huge donation to your church or whatever organization does good work in your eyes. You can donate to more charities. I look at it that way. The more fun and fulfillment you're experiencing, the more that you can help others. It's not about, oh, I'm just great and I can buy more things in shiny objects. No, it's I can do well and then help others do well too because as I've learned, it's not just enough for us to succeed. we really have to have the other people around us succeeding too and being part of their journey. And the days you can't show it for yourself, show up for your wife, show up for your kids, show up for a cause or organization greater than you, show up for God or your church. And when you do it in that sense, then, I mean, that's wealth in itself, but then you're able to just have an even greater impact. Yeah, that's good. There was, you know, I had some friends years ago they got into like, in the church room, they got into like the prosperity gospel thing where it was just like, that was the emphasis. It was always about money kind of stuff and they would say that, you know, they think God wants them to be millionaires and stuff and like, okay, that's cool. Like, I don't, I'm not against that. Awesome. But like, they would say, I'm going to build orphanages. I'm going to feed the homeless when I become a millionaire and or win the lottery is like, hold on. Like, there's things that you can do now to like impact the homeless and and and give to the needy, even if it's just a little bit a sandwich, like there's small things that you can do that make a great impact in someone's life or even in somebody's day. So like you said, my mindset goes to, hold on, if you're not doing it now and you're waiting for the money to come in to do it, then you're probably not going to do it if the money ever hits, you know. So just brings that out of you, like what you're already doing, like you said. 100% and that's why you see the people who were greedy or had ill intentions before they got the money and we all can see examples of that in our in our society too. And there's a lot of talk about it. But even if you can't give a sandwich, maybe you don't have a dollar to give. You have a smile to give. You have time to give. You have love to give. You can sit with that person. I think of the best things that have been given to me. It's not material item. It is that someone being there for me when I was going through a hard time. Someone listening to me, listening. You don't have to have a Harvard degree. You don't have to be a millionaire. You can sit and see and hear someone and show them that love and respect. That's what I'm talking about. Even the spiritual practices, they are free. It's something that we can all tap into. We all have that divine wisdom that's always available to us. you just have to download it into our minds and then bring it into our bodies and hearts where it lives as wisdom and then move it down into your hands and implement it. And that's getting that divine load that says, oh my gosh, I have this gift of being great with music. I'm gonna create music. It's gonna raise this vibration here. It's gonna offer peace and comfort to this audience. And then I feel like when we get it together on the inside, we naturally attract the opportunities, experiences, abundance. We don't have to try so hard. We just become the people who naturally attract that. So it isn't about, I want to be a millionaire. It's, I want to do the work. I ask how it can be of service. That's what this book is. I'm not making all this money off of it, but it's my favorite thing to talk about, connect with people like you and your beautiful audiences and just give people this perspective. And maybe today they're not into it, but they might return to it hopefully. And maybe they, as I like to say, our good intentions are not enough. Our willingness is everything. And just being willing to do some of this work or have this perspective and just put in a little bit extra, not just in service of ourselves, but really in the collective. Yes, that's so good. You've named a couple of the different practices and things in the book and some of the steps. Can you run through the list or maybe share some more with us? Sure, it's something that a lot of people are liking as the five piece of confidence because I think wherever we are in our journey, we can all use a little confidence boost and they are presence, patience, purpose, preparation, and practice. Because I love you guys, I'll give you two bonus piece and that is pause and person as in be a person. And I know we don't have time to go through all of them but patience is something that a lot of people struggle with then it makes sense, because it comes from the Latin word for suffering. So we're all suffering while we're waiting for the thing that we want. But 20 years ago, I was watching the Grammys and country singer Shelby Lynn, one best new artist. And when she accepted her award, she said, oh, best new artist, it only took me 13 years and six albums to get here. And I just, I'll never forget that. It's the only awards acceptance speech I've ever remembered. And it really speaks to, and she even said, you know, for me, it's always been all about the music and our pure intentions and knowing that it may not happen right away. But if it's something you really want to do, like building that orphanage, having the music gets to a lot of people trusting the process, trusting in a higher power, keep putting one foot in front of the other. And I think all of our lives are a testament to that. My mother could not get pregnant for nearly eight years. And obviously she did because I'm her biological child, But when I said, how are you able to get pregnant? All these health issues and things I won't bore your audience with. But she said, I gave up and it didn't mean she stopped trying. It meant that she gave it up to a higher power. And I think that took all the stress and pressure off of her body. And she got pregnant with my brother a month later. And we're only a year and a half apart. So I think it's just something good to keep in mind. Yeah, for sure. And we hear that story a lot. It's an amazing story. It's a biblical story, like the woman who was barren is like, hold on, we're gonna get a blessing from God. Like, what if that blessing from God and that answer to prayer was like, get the stress out of your life, focus on your diet. And there was like practical things that you can do. We think of supernatural God touches the womb. And now I can have a baby now. Like, what if it was like practical things that orchestrated in your life to birth, birth that thing, birth that child, Birth that book, birth that new album that's coming out, you know, so there's things that you have to let go of. You can't take it with you to the next level. You can't put the book out and still be, you have self-doubt and trust issues and all of this kind of stuff. You gotta leave those things at the door in order to be more lighter, refresh them, be able to birth that thing. So the analogy is totally there. Yeah, and that's what the full spirit is. It's your authentic truth and power. And getting more practice at listening to that voice instead of the ego that tells us we're not good enough, pretty enough, smart enough, talented enough, rich enough. And social media will take you there quick, right? It's like, oh, here she has the cuter, husband, dog, outfit, vacation, whatever. And we take ourselves out. So this is spending more time with ourselves, really getting quiet and listening and becoming more practice at listening. It is a practice like anything else. but it pays dividends. And I think remembering your why, anybody who eventually reaches their goal had a really strong why. For me, it was my friends. It was wanting to help all of us who struggle with mental health, which is a human experience. And you with your music, when you have that really strong why, it keeps you going on the days. It's hard when you wanna throw in the towel, when you feel, why am I doing all of this? So I encourage and invite everyone to to identify your why and and hold on to that when times get tough now what about deviating from that why I feel like I feel like I start to at times or I feel a certain type of way or don't like like it or what it I don't know what it could be meant you know monotony you know what I'm saying there's a lot of things where you let's do it for this reason or let's try these things you you're like, hold on. Remember the why? Because you gotta remember why you started this in the first place and why it was working or it worked at a certain point. Keep doing it. If it's not broke, don't fix it. So what about that? Should we have another why? But still, we can add to it in a sense and add another venture, but still have that core issue because it's easy to forget where you came from, you know? Yeah, and I think you can certainly come up with otherwise, but as you're speaking, what came to me is one of my bonus piece, which is the pause. I think sometimes we need to take a pause and step back from the music, the writing, whatever you're trying to create, and go do something fun. We all could stand to be more like children, be more curious, be more playful. We spend so much time in our anxious brain. Let's move it over into our curious brain and start asking ourselves more questions. And that's what this book gives you so many prompts and questions to get you really thinking and moving. And movement helps that. Take a walking meditation. I ask yourself this question. If I could do anything right now, live anywhere, have anything. What would I be doing? And don't edit, just whatever comes to mind. And as you're walking and just move through it. And when I ask myself that question, the answer I immediately got was everything I say that I don't want, which kind of breaks me out. So spending more time in that place, it does help to be moving while you're asking yourselves these questions. But I think we could all stand to take a step back, walk away from your computer, walk away from the person you're arguing with, get out of your house or even your neighborhood and take that walk or give yourself something else to look at for that fresh perspective. One of the comments here in the chat, Jennifer says, protect yourself from burnout, refreshing your spirit to keep connecting with your why. Again, this is what this entire talk is about, right? Amen, Jennifer. Yes. And I, it's so I love that. See, see, we're doing what the show opens that all the synchronicities because I'm not above, you know, with everything I have going on, I'm not above burnout or any of that. And I'm feeling that. And I just had to cancel another vacation that I had set up due to COVID, which a lot of people have. But I'm going to do a staycation. And I, this is hard, but I, because people keep trying to book meetings or appointments. And my mom last night even said, do not book anything next week. You're off. And again, the moments I can't do it for myself, because I can lean towards workaholic. I'm like, I need to do it for my spirit and do it for the people my clients so I'm going to be interacting with and to be fresh but we we need to give ourselves and our brain I my brain feels tired my heart feels tired and work aside for all of us if you've just been living this past year and a half you are exhausted I'd argue that we all have PTSD to some level we are so stressed and exhausted beyond what we even consciously or comprehending. So please take that time out without feeling guilty. I feel like at this point anything can wait. I really am going to I'm so glad I'm saying this out loud because I'm going to make myself practice exactly what I'm saying right now. Yeah, that's huge. Like doing this as a podcast and doing this with music and I listen. I sing about leaving your body and meditating for hours and breathwork and what happens when you do it and we talk about it but actually doing it. I remember the first time I had that epiphany is like man like I'm just speaking about this stuff and I'm not doing it anymore because I'm so busy. I don't have time to meditate because I'm too busy talking and teaching meditation. It's like no man you got to get back to that practice and remember your why. Like there's a reason why we're integrating this in our music and talking about it every day is because it's so beneficial and it's so euphoric and it's so refreshing to do these little simple tasks, you know? I think that's why it's so important to do the work that you're doing and Jennifer, I don't know what she does or anyone listening, but it was hilarious the other day I said something and my mom called me out and she says, well, but as you say in your book, that's why for me writing the book too has been the biggest accountability partner. And I definitely see how these exercises have really helped me hone my inner muscles, but it is a practice like anything else. Think of your favorite artist, musician, athlete. They train harder than anyone, not because they're the best, but because they're not because they're the worst, but because they're the best. So your talent merits investment and part of that investment is exercising your days off. It's the art of doing absolutely nothing. I know especially as Americans we suck at this but it is a practice and I'm inviting all of us self-included to do a little more exercising days off exercising the art of doing nothing and you're not doing nothing you're you're accomplishing inner peace you're accomplishing and achieving rejuvenation and fulfillment on some deeper level so let's all try to get rid of the shame and the blame and the pretending and the guilt and just allow ourselves to have those moments where we're completely plugged off. It's it plugged off or, yeah, plugged off to like charge down. Think of the phone. You want to plug like unplug it. Whatever the terminology is. I clearly need it. I need an unplugging myself. Well, it just depends like like we're going to unplug from that. But we're going to plug into something else, right? We got to plug into spirit. We're going to plug into grounding in nature and doing nothing, doing nothing. And here's why this is doing everything, though, because when you come back to your office, desk, studio, family, kids, whatever, you're going to achieve more and less time. You're going to be more productive. You're going to perform at a higher level. Your creativity is going to be popping off. So, may we be generous out of self-interest, which is a line from a spiritual practice, but let's be generous out of self interest and let ourselves off the hook and take some of that downtime. Yeah. So for me, when you remember that why, it's literally going back like where you were before the success. I mean, we see movies on this and pursuit of happiness. Like remember where you were before all this glitz and the glamour and money and everything came because there was a why that you had and always remembering that. And so in creating as well, coming up with new stuff and there's pressure on you. You gotta create content, you gotta have something new. It's been a while since your last album, your last book, you gotta have something new. So for me, I remember certain places of where most of that creativity and inspiration came from. It was, it wasn't in front of my computer like, hey, Trusika, time to write a song, okay. Now there was some of that that happened, right? I'm listening here and writing, but the majority of like, what we would call a download, just inspiration. Wow, those words sound good together. Wow, there's more concepts. I'm watching a movie, I'm listening to another artist, and they said this, I'm gonna take it and spin it like that, cutting the grass, you know, mowing the lawn, jogging, driving, taking a shower, like those things that you're doing when you're not supposed to create, but you are a creator. So it's just going to come to you. But I got to step away from this computer. I got to go do something else because those downloads and things are going to come versus like, okay, time to produce a song or time to do this and time to do that. And I'm wondering why I'm not productive. I got to remember where all this music and all this beautiful stuff came from. it was out there doing stuff and so now that this has kind of become my occupation it's like yeah you can get some cool stuff here but listen I got to go fill the bathtub up with hot water and like meditate and connect with the water and spend some time and get it down I got to do something different and I was one of those things when you're doing those little things that your subconscious is like it's working because your body is again cutting grass or jogging it's like I'm going to treadmill and you got all these cool thoughts of different things you can be doing. And that's where the creativity comes in. So that's huge. Yeah. And what I'm hearing too is you're in a place where there's not so much stress and pressure. You sit down and like, I got to create a song by 10 p.m. tonight. It's going to be like, oh. And I think of, you know, I was a competitive swimmer for 17 years. And I think of those big invitationals in the summer that didn't matter. heat 14 of the 400 free and I'm like like sunbathing or you know it's just like who cares? I would swim out of my mind at those meets where I'm like how did I even swim that fast? And then I'd get to nationals and swim horribly and it was because I'm at nationals. I have to it was like all that stress and pressure and we saw we saw some of that just at the Olympics with some of the best athletes in the world. And so I think we need to to release some of that stress and pressure and expectation and whatever we're doing. Being the perfect parent or spouse or friend or son or musician or author, it's too much. And again, get back into the joy of it. Why are you doing music? Why did, I mean, obviously you have a gift, but it's, and you want to create something beautiful for people to enjoy and experience and go on a journey, same with me with this book. And so getting back to basics. I think of these writing this, I mean, I wrote this book in four months. It just flew out of me in a lot. I was being channeled, but I was just in the joy of it. And yes, I was on deadline, but any article I've written, it's okay, it's coming out because I was in pain or I needed to express something. I'm like, I'm experiencing this. I know other people are too. Let me write about it and let people feel less alone. And it just flows out. I would write 1,000 words and less than an hour. But those days, like today, if you said you need to write 1,000 word article to submit tomorrow, my brain is like, no, I'm not doing that, could I do it? Yeah, but when it's time, I just want to say that, just like my mom getting pregnant, when it is time, divine time, not your time, it will just glow. You know that, you're a new, I shh. Like, there's demand on you, but it's like, hold on. Like, I'm not forcing anything. And, you know, I've went back and forth with my fans. And even on this podcast, it allows me to be open. And they're like, oh, you're just being too hard on yourself. Like, there was a beautiful, innocent place that this music and this stuff came from that you guys love for a reason. And there is like, setting the bar high with each article, with each podcast, with each meditation. Like you got a meter beat, like that's a standard. If we're going to get better in evolve, we got a meter beat. So I don't want to put out a song that's way down here. That sounds like, you know, I didn't try. So in order to create from this place of beauty, you can't force it. You know, you just can. You got to be open for the energy inspiration to flow. But when it comes, look out, look out. I just think of relationships too. Think if your wife said what she wouldn't be your wife. But think if she said to you, I need you to look this exact way where you're hair this way, smell this way. No, they're awesome. There are some wives like that. Right, but you're not in a happy marriage. What I'm saying is that a healthy relationship's even, there is that flow. And it's just I dig you, I dig your vibe, I like spending time with you versus I need you to be a certain way so I can be okay. And yes, there are plenty of those relationships and our divorce rate speaks to that. I'm just talking about think of your best relationship for the family member, friend, romantic partner, there is that sense of this person sees me, and I'm allowed to be who I am and their presence, and what does that do? It brings out the best in you, rather than that resistance of why you're trying to control me. So, same with our careers. It's like, why are you trying to control me? Let's just let it be and let it flow. Yes, yeah, and when we find that place and can get back there and navigate back there, listen, you don't have to worry about anything. whatever you need and do season like, the inspiration is always there. But, you know, life happens and you kind of get pushed away from that and that place you used to go to doesn't exist anymore. And so you got to find another one. And the beautiful thing is there's many different places for us and they're all different. You know, I think it's even kind of weird, like am I projecting when I say, you know, jogging or doing something that maybe I don't want to be doing, but I know my body's there, but my mind is somewhere else. Maybe everybody's not like that. But I think it does have something to do with the subconscious. When you're driving and you're mind's wandering, I mean, that's one of the reasons people talk about almost like blacking out and driving seven miles back to their home, a commute, they drive every day, but they don't remember the last seven miles just because it's subconscious is like, what else can we do right now? And that's where that place of getting a download comes from, I believe. Well, and then that the concern there is they're on autopilot literally and we've all experienced that. And then it's like, oh, wait, I gotta go a different way. I've got to pay attention. And I think we're all guilty of being on autopilot in certain areas of our life, be it career, family, how we're showing up for people. And we need that reset or that reboot to be like, okay, I'm not giving it my word. Just so many people are going through the motions half a sleep. I say that with love, we've all been there. And so this is about making more conscious, intentional, deliberate decisions for ourselves. And having to do some hard things, maybe it's time to leave the job, relationship, city, and it is scary. And we're stretching our comfort zone, starting that new thing. And it's unknown and uncertain, but that's where life gets really juicy. And we get to expand and grow into the people who can actually achieve our cherished goals. That's so good, so good. I won't let everybody know the phone lines are open And we all watch in the chat, so if you guys have any questions or comments for Kate or myself, be sure to type them in there or give us a call. We'll take your calls here and ask your questions. Can I share a story with you about this? You said you were on the swim team and things like that with swimming. So I wanna share this story with you. So I went to, in middle school, this small, inner city school, where one of the coaches wanted to start a swim team. And this was a school in the hood, okay? And you're like, anybody already? Yeah, I know, right? So anybody who wants to join the swim team, sign up, and we're gonna take a bus to another school by an hour away that has a pool. And so everybody signed up, I love swimming, I signed up myself and it was a bunch of other people. So we take the bus to go over to the school for the first practice, you know, all these kids. And the coach there is the inner city school. Half of the kids didn't know how to swim. So they're shining up for the, you know, for the middle school swim team. And so the lady is like teaching all the kids how to swim. We're supposed to be like training for meats and stuff. And I was too cool at the time. And they was like, okay, you guys have to wear speedos. And I'm like, no, no, I'm not wearing no speedo. Now we're from the hood. we don't wear speedos. And I would see these big old guys who were like, you know, we're wearing the little speedos. I'm like, hell no, I'm not wearing a speedo. No way, you guys are crazy. So me being the hood rat that I was, I wore Gene Shorts, Boxers, and a belt. And the swimming pool. And the swimming pool, like that's the swimming team, right? Get this. So that's how I was swimming. And I was still faster than most of the people, even though it's pulling you down and pulling you back. And I was so good at it, I was still really fast. And we went to our first, like, huge swim meet where like all the other schools, like a competition. And so we get there and everybody comes walking out and speed up and I come walking out with black jeans shorts, sagging, with boxer show and a belt on. And everybody's lined up to get rid of the jump in. And it's like, it was crazy. like I was like, there's no way I'm wearing that. They let me do it. They didn't touch, like I don't have speedos, you know, and I did it. And that was one of the weirdest experiences for the first time. It was funny, right? But it was weird because they didn't train us and practice that like when you're swimming and you go under and you come up, the head comes up and you can hear. So the weirdest thing was you go underwater and it's, whoosh, it's quiet. And when you come up, there stands of people screaming. Yeah. God. Silence. Oh my God. Up. Oh, it was the craziest experience. And I didn't know, like I was so surreal. I didn't know if I was swimming sideways or what. I was just like, oh my God. But you were in the zone two things. One, I hope you have a picture of this and it is documented of you and that get up. and two, I have been to a million swimming pools throughout my entire life. I have never seen anything like you're describing. So you are a legend. This, I really hope there's a photo of this somewhere because that is- That is nothing. It's just a blast in here right now. And thank you for sharing that, but what a testament to just do you, you willing to show up as I say, dare to suck, I'm not saying you suck, but dare to not be great first or even ever. But I just, I honor you for showing up and interested. I mean, yeah, you think of swimming. There's hardly any blackheads in the swimming world. And that's just universally in every country. And so, and I mean, I have a lot of African-American friends, grown friends who flat out say, I can't swim. So even as you're talking, and again, we're talking about service, how I can be of service. And I taught swim lessons my whole life. I'm like, maybe as an adult, I need to go and teach adults. How to swim. I mean, I want to meet you and New York City, someone like you and Gigi, let's swim. I don't care how you show up. I, because it is such a good life skill and if nothing else, all of us should dare to put ourselves out there and do things that we aren't the best at. That's how we really grow. For sure, for sure, showing up authentically and didn't care which I said, I wasn't wearing it. I'm one of the best ones on the team. You can't tell me no, you know, it's hilarious. So even that idea, right? So people swimming, you know, I know a lot of white people, you know, adults who can't swim as well. And over the years, they're more afraid of the water now than they were when they was a kid. Is it harder because now they're more comfortable of this mindset of the yard? I've just kind of made up my mind. I'm never gonna be able to swim. I'm scared of the water. it would seem harder to teach an old dog new tricks. We get set in our ways. What, you have any experience with that and even with your coaching, just showing people like what, like obviously anything is possible. You can swim, it's easy. But there's a fear of it with the older we get and just the way things are and the way things are gonna be. Absolutely, my swimming pool, for people who can't swim and there's swimming pool or the water is dance class. And I share a story openly in the book. And this chapter starts off with, let's start with failure. And the beautiful thing about starting with failure is that it gives you the freedom to just be your messy, authentic, beautifully flawed self. And I mean, I'm a horrible dancer. And I was willing to go to this dance class because my friends are professional dancer. You wanna meet it? And I go to her dance immersion. It's all dancers in this class and me. And I'm learning choreography to some usher song who's one of the best dance entrepreneurs there are. And so the whole point of the story though was that this was actually a confidence booster for me because I was willing to put myself out there. And for me, who's a recovering perfectionist and someone who's obsessed with performance, dance class is the perfect place for me to be. Because I'm never going to impress anybody. It's never gonna be about delivering this perfect, beautiful performance that leaves people in awe. For me, the perfect performance is just showing up and whatever comes out and it's awkward way is beautiful. And then people are, there's no, oh, can I do this? People struggle with the imposter syndrome. The imposter says, who the hell are you to go to this dance class? You can't dance and I'm like, watch me. Like, who do I think I am? I'm just doing it. And so in that moment of me giving this performance, I became a dancer and all these people are clapping for me. And I'm sure I looked ridiculous, but I did it. And so that's what people who are afraid of the water. It's just make friends with the water. Of course, do it in a safe way. We don't want anyone drowning here. And I didn't want to break an arm or leg in dance class. So be there with a professional. But I just invite people to show up for something and be willing to not be great at first, or even ever like me dance class. Or stick out like the ugly duckling, you know, like the sore thumbs. Like, hold on, what are you doing? That's dancing. Like, I'm gonna get good at this. I'm gonna get better. Listen, go back and listen to the early, true, single music. Like, it wasn't good. Like, you know what I'm saying? But I kept on, people told me to stop. No, I say that like, I tell you something that's been beautiful. It was almost, I say almost. It was a spiritual experience. My daughter, and I can see her stepping out, you know, really in her shell, and we got her in Taekwondo, and then eventually she got into the color guard, the flag team, dancing with the flags for the football halftime shows and stuff. And she loves it, inner element, she's open, and we would go to those competitions with the other school, all these schools would be there, and we'd see the kids doing the routines and stuff. And so mind you, I'm in the Bible Bell, I'm in Alabama. And so we would go to some of these events. And some of the other schools would have boys on the team. And so that's something where, what's that boy doing, dressed like that, you know? And what's the boy doing out there? And so there's still a stigma here for sure that, hey, he's not supposed to be out there. And I would watch some of the boys dance. It was really one, but, no, it's two. There was two guys, different schools. But they were in their freaking element. so much so that it was magical, and it was almost like an out-of-body experience, like holding back tears, like as much pushback as there is, and people staring again, hey, he shouldn't be doing that. And one was even a bigger guy doing it, but he was so blissful. Another guy was like the best one out there, and it was like, wow, like the stigma of them to like grow up and not be able to do something that their heart's desire is to do because of your boy or because of we don't do that. You need to get a job man up and get out there and change some tires with your dad kind of thing. It's like, no, this is what brought this kid joy and he's in his bliss. It was a magical to watch these kids do that. And that was a big eye opener for me to even any stigma that I've heard and had on me. You know, it's like, no, he's supposed to be doing this. Him out there fixing a car is a disservice to humanity. He was meant to do this kind of thing. You know, when you see someone in their element, thriving in the zone and in the flow, it's something spiritual and magical about it for sure. Yeah, I love that. Thank you for sharing that. I hope a big takeaway that people get from this if nothing else is just a dare to be who they are and do that thing regardless of what people think. And I promise you, when you do spend more time these practices and quietly by yourself listening to this, you know, inner wisdom. That's helpful fall away and you won't care and you'll dare to show up and you'll, you'll finally do the thing that you've been talking about and you'll have the confidence to do it. And, and as Martin Luther King Jr. says on your journey, mighty companions will join you and you'll team up with people and you'll get that intuitive hit that says, hey, why don't I call this person and collaborate or hey, why don't I try this or I hope some people who are scared of of the water will at least start dipping their toe in and just take some baby steps and overcoming these fears like I did in dance class because it was such a profound experience that I wrote about it in the book. I love to talk about it. Not because it makes me look cool in any way. It makes me look ridiculous, but that is such a confidence booster because it's just like, it completely mutes the ego and the imposter syndrome that says, who are you? It's like, well, I'm doing it. So actually, who are you? And they're like, oh, okay, we'll leave you alone. Yeah, that's a big deal. Addressing the ego. That's trying to save you. It's really trying to save you. You know they're gonna make fun of you. You remember when they made fun of you in second grade? It's gonna be the same thing. We didn't like that. Like, if you don't do this, you'll be okay. You'll save yourself from the ridicule. It's the hold on. I'm willing to give it a shot. I want it bad enough to do it. Yeah. think of your favorite entertainer and if they because they all they all speak openly about it, most of them whether it was Prince or Michael Jackson or think of so many of the legends and whatever space. Can you imagine if I'll even say I'll say Prince, can you imagine if Prince was sitting at home in Minnesota when he was 15 and oh who am I to do this or I'm too short to do this or I'm too weird to do this or people from Minnesota don't do this. Can you imagine if your favorite entertainer didn't do their job. I mean think of all the muse I'm talking to a musician and before I talk I mean I listen to music every morning when I'm getting ready and just to get and I just can't imagine if any of these musicians didn't didn't do their thing because of fear or doubt or the imposter or the ego. So again if you can't do it for yourself today or tomorrow please do it for me or do it for you or do it for that person who needs It needs your special, unique gifts and strengths. Showing people that it can be done is huge, because then it sets the bar, like, oh, if he can do it, I can do it. Yes. If he can speak his truth, if she can, then I can. And as far as authenticity and the evolution of trying to hold back or what's going to happen, we destroy those fears and those paradigms by just showing that it can be done. Richie, do we have any comments or any questions in the chat there that are um yeah you had one come through from the flying penguins wanted to do a quick thank you again to Katie for sharing that full spirit workout excellent conversation so far the chat's just flying with a lot of things but this is again from the flying penguins comment is burnout is real society sees it as a weakness when you take rest but then ridicules and looks down on folks who don't rest and then have a great to him. Whoa. Amen. That was beautiful. And so true. That's the truth. Yeah. I mean, look at, let's just throw it out there right now. Let's look at Britney Spears burn out. And, you know, get a rest. Take time off. Remember why you started. But then there's all these things that, you know, your big, it's not just you anymore. That's huge. Like you can't rest because so and so depends on you. You have to show up. Like, it has the beautiful thing I think about what you've brought to the table with the full spirit workout is the fact that, yeah, you gotta keep going. But there are ways for you to be able to tap in and rejuvenate yourself on the fly, on the fly. You don't got to take the week off. Like I can, it says powerful is taking a mindful breath even, you know? Yeah, and I think it's, we all have to get a little bit more comfortable letting other people down to care for ourselves. And I'm not saying I'm a pro at this. It is a practice for me, an ongoing practice to say no. I'm unavailable or thank you so so much for thinking of me, I'm not going to be able to make it or just whatever that is that in us. I mean, I am a high achiever, but says, no, you have to take that job or no, you have to do that interview or pack your day full. And again, stepping out of my comfort zone of that and being like, you know what, today I'm just, I'm going to take the day off and I'm going to say no, I'm unavailable. I can do it next week at this time and be willing to maybe miss out on an opportunity while you're caring for yourself. It is a practice. some people are better than others. It's setting that loving but firm boundary. No, I'm no longer gonna be able to engage in these types of conversations or it's just taking a toll on my mental health, the person like for me, taking massive breaks from social media, that mine says, you need to be posting, you need to do this, you need to promote your book and my inner child saying, I don't want to, I need a break and that being okay. That's good, that's so good. And yeah, we need to do that and own our space and even if it's the spaces in here And trust me. I've got a lot of friends and a lot of fans. They send me videos watch this video about the government Watch this when about the no stop. Hey quit sending me those videos. I'm not gonna watch him I'm not watching those you need to man. He's gonna know you need to I don't okay. I don't not watch in that I'm pretty I'm guarding my peace and and I don't need to watch that stuff. So- And thank you for that. Even as you said that I had a physical reaction because a lot of people do wanna spew all sorts of stuff and you go down this rabbit hole and it takes you out of your truth, of your power, of your sanity quite frankly. Yeah, and I just can't do it. And they worth it, you know? You watched the video and whatever cause I've watched many videos in the past and most of that stuff didn't even happen that you guys said we're gonna happen. You know, so we do have a collar here on the phone. We've got a call from Louisiana's report. Louisiana, I believe. Collar, are you there? Are you doing church cigarette a guy? Hey, how's it going? Who's speaking with? Are you doing? I got a question for you guests and I'll take my answer off there. Are you doing beautiful lady? Hi, how are you? Do you believe in UFOs? And if you do, are they demons or are they aliens? believe that they abduct people and people see them, but I believe they're demonic. They come from a drum of the demons, and where do you believe it? I'll take my response off the air. God bless both of you, praise God. Thank you. Thank you. I do believe in UFOs. I actually haven't, I don't give them a lot of thought, so I appreciate your question. It is something I'd like to think on, and maybe research, and I appreciate you sharing your thoughts on it. I'm not sure what they're here. I'm not sure what they're here for. I'm curious to hear your thoughts here too, Seager. But I really haven't. This is something I haven't given a lot of thought to. I do feel them out there. Or sometimes you can see the videos that people send you with the lights or something. But in terms of abducting people, I think I don't know if this is true or not. My brain wants to think and believe that they are here in a friendly capacity. I'm not trying to hurt us because I think if I believe they're trying to abductor hurt us, I would live in more fear. So yeah, I'm with you. I know, that's how I feel there. Angelic benevolent. I have a lot of songs about those kind of subjects and my experience and my sightings have been beautiful and spiritual and so for sure, it's something we do cover a lot on here. We have a lot of people on for even last night had a really deep interview with someone. But it is something that we cover here a lot. But I think they're good. I think that what we would call the angels from a lot of holy text and that we have friends in high places, if you will. Oh, I'd love that. I think that's what you articulated it much better. And I was, again, I was just clear and honest. But I have to believe that they, yes, like what you said and that nobody's here has come down in her house, right? What you believe shows itself to you. So if you think that there's like, you know, people trying to get you or entities trying to get you around every corner, you become a spiritual warrior and fighting a battle that you can't see, but it becomes very real to you. And there's a demon or there's an enemy behind every corner behind every book and behind every song. And I don't think it's a way to live. It's definitely something that, you know, still is your piece. But what if it helps you? But if it, you know, if you feel like it's helping you and if you're calling to point out the evil and those kind of things, listen, hey, more power to you. And there's polarities in everything. I appreciate your perspective and as you're talking because I'm trying to ask my brain what do you think on this is my and what came to me was was ET and I think I like to think of that is and that's the inner child in me is you know, whether it's the stuffed animal or the sweet ET eating his Reese's pieces. I try to, I want to think it more and that way. And you're right, my friend wrote a book on the angels and I think she would agree with you. So when you say that it offers me a lot of peace and comfort, so I want to choose to believe that as well. Speaking of ET, I actually interviewed the mom from ET on the podcast and she talked about her belief in the extraterrestrials and her, I guess, contact, you will and she is now like an energy healer and she's a coach and she does one-on-one sessions connecting people with energy and so awesome to, you know, be a little kid watching that movie and then have her on here talking about her belief in UFOs and ETs as well. So that's an interview you guys got to go back and check out if you haven't heard yet. It was really fun. And I got on tour. I was like, you scared me. When I was a kid, like a lot of the horror movies that you brought to the table, you know, she was in a lot of horror stuff, but jokingly, but that was a really fun interview. And see, just again, the open of your show really set the tone because what just happened here between us was a synchronicity. I, what you were speaking, I went to ET, you're like, well, actually, I had the mom on the show. She spoke about this. So see, it's all it comes out. And yeah, I'm going to have to go back and check out that. Were you being a news anchor would know that's a segue. Yeah. I mean, hey, segue into truth secret episode with the mom for me too, actually. And it's perfect. I love it. I love it. It's a synchronicity here. Yes. And look, I know you got to run. Thanks so much for hanging out with me. Before you go, can you talk a little bit about because I have heard you mention you were a model and some of the struggles and the things that kind of came with that and owning your worth and that kind of thing. Can you speak to that a little bit? Yes, certainly. I mean, modeling brought up every insecurity. I never even knew I had. It's people always telling you you're you're to something. And despite the fact that you're paid for what you look like, someone's always picking apart what you look like, whether it's a client, some stranger who's brought into, you know, book the talent or people on the internet who feel that they're at free rein to say really mean things about you as if you're not a person sitting at home behind and a computer yourself. And I spoke openly about being publicly body-shamed. And I'm an adult. I choose to put myself out there in a public way. But so I'm OK with that. What I'm not OK with is people, young girls and women, young boys, and men, seeing bodies, being criticized and ripped apart like that when most of our society is larger than me. And so that's what I wanted to nip in the bud and really encourage people to cultivate inner characteristics and also realize that your thoughts and opinions about yourself and your body and your appearance are the only ones that matter and doing these practices that I have outlined in the book so that you truly live from that place and that some comment from a stranger, some mean remark from mom or dad or boyfriend, girlfriend doesn't take you out, doesn't take you out of your dignity or sanity or self-worth that you're so grounded in the truth of who you are, that nothing can take you out. And if I want anyone to take something else away from this interview, it's to remind them how powerful they are. We can do whatever we decide is important enough and to keep going. And as I like to say, it's not midnight yet, but it's 11.45, you can't do it for yourself. Please do it for the betterment of the world. and really, we want to see your unique gifts and strengths brought out and shared with the people around you and you matter and I care and I believe in you. Awesome, thank you so much and we believe in the UK. Thank you for hanging out. Where's the best place for people to find your book and follow your work? We'll have to do it again, my friend. I really love it. I would love that. And I'm gonna go download all of your music now. So it's so good that we've had this conversation because when I'm hearing your voice and your music, I really will have that experience. You're gonna think about the swim team in the short sagging and yeah, that's cool. I have that image forever. Thank you. I'm ever having a stressful moment. I'm going there. Yes, yes, yes. I got more too. I got more I need to share. So yeah. Thanks so much for hanging out my friend. Enjoyed it. Thank you. Have a good one. All right, ladies and gentlemen, Kate Ackman, go to her website kekman.tv. Again, to her book, there's courses, there's plenty that she brings to the table. Make sure that you guys check that stuff out. Richie, any more questions or comments? We got a few more minutes. If anybody has any questions that they wanna run by, obviously just me at this point, me and Richie, you guys can go ahead and type those in the chat we'll pay attention to that, but are you there, Richie? Yes, there's a lot of praise, a lot of excellence found in this full spirit workout in the episode today, so people share in their different experiences from different angles got a little bit on Facebook and a little bit on YouTube. Right of it, summation seems to be that we're all here in this together and it's a stage or a place where we can kind of decide to make it into our own heaven or to make it into could be seen as something else. I'm doing something right now that you have made a, I would say a meme to remember to do a couple of things and yeah, so that's spiritually working out, taking care of your body and taking care of your energetic body as well, remembering to breathe and remembering to drink water and all of those things that you've taken it upon yourself to remember remind people and in doing so reminding yourself, right? Yeah, gratitude. I think a lot of it came from realizing that we're all kind of in the spiritual dojo together. And your, your training's only as good as the respect you have for your training partners. So if you're paying somebody for a session and they're communicating with you and saying that you're going to be accountable for some workouts, you want to make sure to be doing those workouts. And I noticed that for me, a lot of it's like hold to my breath, thinking that I could control things or run in so fast like no drink water later, no drink water later and all of a sudden when I move, I'm like a dry sponge. So a lot of respect and resonance with what Katie's bringing to the table and Kate's bringing to the table, I think that there's a lot to be said for people needing that inner support. Awesome. Yes, brother, thank you for doing that. And every time I see your memes and when you post those, remember to breathe, I usually give reminds me to take a breath Like, I literally, thank you, man. I'm just using the new age bellcraft. That's all it is. I'm just taking those words and putting them on a fun picture and sharing it with my friends. And some of those memes aren't even mine. Sometimes people send me a meme that says remember to breathe that they found somewhere else. So I think it's a, you gotta care about who you care about. You gotta do the main thing. And if the main thing's being healthy, your rising tide will help all the ships around you as well. Yeah, yeah, yeah. It's something that's coming from the collective for sure. There is a question here. I'm going to read from a blind beauty by Breeze. She says, I'm kind of new to your videos, but what's your take on Reiki? I'm definitely no expert on Reiki. I definitely believe in the laying on of hands and transferring energy and energy healing and those things. So obviously, you know, Reiki is a part of that. For sure, I'm going to try to go to, I was going to try to go to your channel to see what your take on Reiki is. If you're a Reiki practitioner or something like that, right? So I was going to try to do what you want to open up with. No worries. For sure. For sure. Am at rainbowcrystal.org is usually how people die I learned to be right now. But I don't advertise Reiki very much. I got my first Reiki at two men, probably about 15 years ago now. And I've gone through Reiki one, two, and three of a couple different seasons and sessions, whether it's Shimano Reiki or Usoi Reiki or different flavors and kinds, but any quality Reiki teacher in this will also be some recovery tips for third eye soreness of the workout looking at the chats. Reiki is two energies put together. Reiki, the word comes from Reiki, R-E-I, which is a specific kind of energy that the Japanese language is used to point to, and our AI is like that healing, love that white light that connects all living things, which is why if you see a kitten on the side of the road or you see somebody with a horseshoe, your heart goes out to it and you're like, wow, that's an animal and a person, and there's some power there. Whereas keys makes an appearance in like a hapikido, a kiddo, key is fire. And so anyone who's learning or teaching discipline of Reiki is actually learning how to channel or move their intuitive and path of healing light, but that that's come from Jesus Christ, or comes from the source of all love and light itself, traditional, whatever words you want, but that love is going through your fire circuitry. So it's going through key. And it's sort of, if you have a really good highway system, and then you put fire trucks on it, it's gonna be really good for everybody in the town because you have a really good highway system. So Reiki is using your personal key channels, your highway system to move the Rei, that healing love may be like an ambulance. So it's something that as much as laying on the hands work and distance or touching close is a discipline. And if you're going to seek that discipline, either train yourself in it and find individuals who practice it that you really trust. And if you're interested in it, find people who are practicing in it and notice if they're of your flavor. That's just because someone's there doesn't mean that they're doing it properly. Yeah. And that she, energy, Holy Spirit, you know, we, we, I tie a lot of that together, that life force energy, you know, she raky. But I would say that, you know, there's a difference there, you know, because every, you know, modality has a staple or something that kind of sets it apart. And I think the guy who created, you may know his name, but ascended it up a mountain or something and was taught symbols that they would kind of draw in little hand gestures that you can do in mantras or whatever that that would open the person up or to send energy and those things. So I'm not an expert on that. But I know it is, I know it can be simple too though. I know that you just visualizing the energy coming to you and through you out of your hands and and those kind of things connected with your faith and even connected with your speech that even if you're not trained in Reiki, you can be an energy practitioner by familiarizing yourself with the energy and sending it to people as well. So there's that too. Yeah, absolutely. And I'd say, um, you, you have, you have at least basic attunement. You got the story, right? Some disciplines say that there was a teacher teaching laying on the hands when Jesus was healing lepers. And the students said, how did you do that? And the teacher, because Japan's based in honor, he's like, what or no? And therefore, I'm no longer your teacher because I have to go find out. So he went up and he meditated on the top of the mountain and then God communicate and said, this is how works. You use your imagination mind's eye to make a fiery white light of love. And then you paint the words love and heal on top of people, and that will be enough for me to permeate the signal through. But it's just as possible as you're saying to write a bicycle without receiving training. If you see a bicycle, like, oh yeah, and you see some an hour and you kind of figure it out, you don't got to necessarily go to bicycle school. Do you know what I mean? It can be some kind of intuitive talent. So definitely possible. And I think personally, I think we're all doing it all the time. We're emanating that healing love and that healing life in all the ways. It's just a matter of like, unstopping yourself, unblocking yourself. Um, well, I've never heard that about Jesus, so they say that Jesus didn't know that Jesus didn't know the answer and went out or whoever asked him, went and found it. So some of the origin stories having to do with Usai Reiki have to do with a teacher teaching Christian students in Japan and they're discussing the Bible and it's been translated into Japanese. And so he's saying in Japanese that Jesus laid his hands on these lepers and by simply by laying his hands or bringing their physical illness in a way, their malady was healed. And so immediately because in the Japanese education system, you have an opportunity to kind of challenge your teacher. You can ask a question. It's all respectable, but it's how people can kind of earn their merit. And the question was, well, how did that happen? How actually did Jesus put his hands on this person and do it? And the teacher was saying, since I was like, I don't know. I don't have, I don't have a practical how. So because my entire honor is based in everything I I say to you as students, I have to let this go. And then there's a channeling story. I'll see if I can pull the meta, get you some more information on it because it's a lot to do with the biblical pathway. But there's other recollections of that story that say it was a different teaching in a different education. So, yeah. There's different types of Reiki. Like when we say Reiki, there's like, that's like saying church. Okay, like there's a lot of denominations and I had a friend on her friend. Exactly. I had a friend on who spoke about Holy Fire Reiki that he practices and it's a different, The only fire is a continuation of the oocyte tradition that has to do with accenting more of the power into the key space. So you make a holy fire that you then hold within yourself and then through the process of the karuna holy fire is usually the discipline. You're burning and transcending any limitations through the passionate fire of love. Versus there could be like a Rachi which would be using water or like a Rachui which would be using earth, but those are kind of ecstatic disciplines that people really have to explore. So to me, it's reiki is one of those things kind of like divination, whether you're looking into TV's or casting stones or reading tarot cards or even just praying for omens. There's all these different subtle energies that we can tap into, but we sort of have to voluntarily do so for them to be relevant to us. So not that only limited people are profits. We all have the prophetic gift, which is have to choose to start to prophesy. Yes, sir. That's it. That's it. start, you develop that muscle, you begin to get better, you know, yes, yes. So there is another caller here, it looks like the same person that just called, but let me see one of the phone lines are open, we'll take another caller, a caller from Shreveport, Louisiana. How you do it, this brother Wayne, I want to call because all those things you're talking about are not of God. Okay, you ain't got nobody to call in with the balls to tell you the truth and I'm going to tell you Okay, I'll see the things you're talking about eight of God You got no scripts for back and for any of this and I'm all exposed your brother Only because I love you the Lord test as those in whom he loves one question to her say girl. Why do you got all these? New acres on your show tell me that and I'll take the I'll take my answer off there Thank you for the call, kind of a weird, weird call, but why do I have new ages on the show? I don't know if those people would even identify with that term. I don't think that they would introduce themselves as how I am of the new age that is here to shine. I think they would say there were other more spiritual tradition and a more ancient tradition, if you will. There's nothing knew about the new age, I guess a lot of church will say that it's very old belief system or whatever, but I guess, you know, thanks for the feedback, thanks for the swift rebuke, if you will. I got scriptures for a lot of this stuff, this is what I do, so when it comes to being able to teach any of this stuff, the nuance from both sides, right, playing the devil's advocate and and showing you that this stuff wasn't just biblical, but it was in many ancient holy texts and it's including the Bible. But yeah, if possible, I'd like to throw in some from first Peter 3-8. Finally, all of you be like-minded, be sympathetic, love one another, be compassionate and humble. Yeah, but you know, some people like with the exposing thing, like I'm going to expose you true seeker, that's a, they think that is being compassionate, I guess, because like you said, like nobody's got the, you know, to tell you that you're going astray or that you're involved in things you shouldn't. Most people that just turn the other cheek. He's like, I'm gonna, I'm gonna be a thorn in your spine and tell you that you are headed to a, you know, a bad place or something. To me, that's, it's a magnetic thing, like without going too deep in the directions of my own personal practice. That, I mean, that connects to the comment that we had before, like burnout. That sounds like a language as somebody who's burnt out. It's like, okay, if you want to communicate, you have to make sure that you're giving from a right place. And if you're having a conversation, that means that you're also making yourself vulnerable. So for me to be like-minded, it has to do with opening up and making sure that you want to hear the other side rather than, I want you to talk. And unless you say exactly what I'm going to say, you're wrong. And I don't know if that's the way to do it. I mean, there's, there was a comment from Gil, I think, with the Kingdom Talk media group that brings up, what do you think about people who are passionate about fighting the negativity? Like, how can you act in that way? Because I think it's really important for people to reap what they sow, like this gentleman who just called, infinite love. I got no hate against you, but I heard in your word. As soon as you started talking, I got an agenda. I want you to either feel this way or to say this thing. And I understand that. that's a form of manipulation. And I think authentic love is beyond manipulation. And to me, if you want to have a real conversation, you have seated a table. And there's been some people that sat in my table who didn't need to be there because they weren't bringing any food. They were showing up and they were flipping other people's plates over and knocking over chairs and not being respectful. And so that's that inner workout, that's that's inner sanctity, that space. Because when somebody brings the table, which is what's going on here, gratitude, by the way, for you bringing this table that we're having this conversation. If people want to call in and share their heart, that's a space that you're only. So for that to grow, it's going to be challenged. You need people to push back a little bit. But at the same way, there's a difference between I'm going to poke you and leave versus I'm going to have a dialogue with you and then have the authentic share and change. Yeah. Again, I think it's kind of like that, you know, what I was saying a while ago with people just spam in your inbox with videos. Hey, this is truth. This is truth. This is truth. This is truth. This is truth. This is truth. Like watch this or whatever. You know, it's like unsolicited, you know, and then I say on top of that, it gets weird when I ask the people not to when they push back because this is their honorable service to humanity and to true seeker because I love you. I value you. You are a value your music. You got to know this and listen whether it's religion, whether it's politics, whether it's, you know, pandemic related stuff, or if it's, it vegans stuff. You know, I get all those comments. Hey, I'm like, hey, thank you for virtue signaling, but, uh, you know, it's just not where I'm at. And, you know, I know that I, that I ate shrimp and steak with my wife last night. And that, you know, he notes all of my, My albums and my creativity and all of the beautiful spirituality I've brought to the table. I'm definitely more spiritual on my music, you know, I think I am in my life is concentrated. I don't think it's different. Like honestly, I don't think it's different. It's the way that people perceive it because I think if individuals took the time to sit with you at a table and there was people, you know, having fried chicken, super down for a ceremony where everybody's having good food and this is food that we respect, whether We all went fishing together and we got crabs and these crab buck and we bring it back in we got lobsters We dove down for this authentically the content of the consumption. I think is less important than the frequency and the vibration and what's going through Because I know I'm not even gonna I'm not even a break it into a theory. I know you pray before you eat my friend So you pray before you eat that means that what you're eating is prayed through if you start praying for it and then something happens And then all said you don't eat that that was a very direct way for that food not to be there But for you to say that the things you're doing in the mundane regular world are less spiritual Nah, this is just another facet of the rainbow crystal that you are because you've got these these raw uncut sides where you're rolling through and you're not responding to the fear of programming and you're not taking the okay Well, that means that and that means that I can never eat this again like wait a minute Notice your body do the research do the things some people really have to have milk and cheese in their body to be neurologically okay. They can insist to be vegan and make themselves horribly sick and that's not the move. Just like other people are going to eat Burger King and McDonald's and Jack in the box and Hardys every day and that's what they do and some of them live to be happy old age because they got preservatives, keep them together like some of the 80s rock stars and they got no hate about it. It's about what you're sharing because what you're full of is what you're sharing. If I was full of right now you wouldn't be communicating with me. If you were full of inauthentic, nobody would be communicating with you either. If people who were involved start to reap what they sow, we're all going to have a much more pleasant garden coming through. There you have it. That's it. Yeah. Different strokes for different folks, man. And for sure, yeah. And my wife found out the hard way about the needing meat in your diet. She tried to go vegan. And I think the longer she went was almost three months. And she had health issues quick. She became anemic and, and then we did the research while there's certain blood types that need animal protein. Who'd have thunk it, you know? And it's, it's me, it's really off putting the people who are going to say, you have to do this unless you're a vegan, you're not healthy. Unless you're this, you're not that. It's like, whoa, that's, that's a lot of authority for you to all the sudden walk into. And what you think is what your life is made out of. What you eat is what but your body's made out of. It's pretty simple. Yeah, for sure. And yeah, let no man, the Bible even says that. Let no man look down on you, whether in food or drink and meat or drink. Don't let nobody judge you because you ate food that was prepared by a pagan. That's what they were doing back then. That was blessed to an idol and you ate it. Right? And I'm not following that God, that means nothing, it's all in here, like you said, your conscious awareness and if you believe it, so shall it be unto you, if you don't believe it, you can do things that will affect other people differently, and for other people who are more sensitive or more delicate because of their belief system, it's different for people, you know, everything is. Mm. Absolutely. I just kind of dial in the idea of like shadow work is something that I'm seeing coming out a lot, fighting darkness with darkness. I grew up in a church and I got a lot of respect for a sacred community. I don't think the church is a building. I think it's a frequency. I think it's a vibe. I think it's a matter of when you see those people in the world and the natural world, you know that they're representing a higher community that kind of bringing you up to your highest self and you're doing the same. You're bringing your own light to the table But darkness to fight darkness, shadow work, that kind of stuff, I wonder if our definitions are light and darker kind of twist, it's still because really there's like a primal force and that's all there is and if your orientation is to see that anything that intrudes on your land is bad and anything that expands your land is good, well, you've created some potentially arbitrary lines in the sand for this primal force, but I think personally I think the grand creator, the deity that we are all our fingers of that kind of omniscient force doesn't understand good and bad. It understands honor and cowardice or like lack of accountability. And so if you're being disrespectful or cowardice in your life, you're not even well before you go and move furniture for your friends. Because if you move furniture for your friends and you ate well, you're going to move furniture well. But if you're going into kind of half dragon and they're like, well, could we order pizza and like you're trying to put the weight on them? And then they have to do it. And then they didn't really like that. Everything is spiritual. There's no such thing as non-spiritual Activity and that workout is making sure that you keep the spirit with you stuff like home and check out I'm gonna go hang it with my non-spiritual friends now. We're gonna go smoke and drink and and all right I'm with my spiritual friends now. We're all gonna be fine once a week. I come here and do this like every moment of every single day Yeah, it's what happens a lot every Sunday morning You know people go with their Christian friends and having a night before of Whatever, but uh, but hey at least you're resetting least at least you know, it's giving you that energy and You know, it works for that person, you know, even if they don't see it there they're a spiritual friend to their non-spiritual friends Yeah, and their spiritual friends have some non-spiritual sides too. So It's um It's all in the breath. That's how I'm seeing it gratitude also like plug plug plug white magic white magic plug plug plug by it now On sale today white magic for the Magi. Come on guys go go by the album So hyped about this release. Yes. Yes, for sure end up calm and the what? In the book. A spirit realm. Mm hmm. Yes, that's your realms of handle on Amazon. So I'm excited to see, maybe, maybe if Kate's open to it, we can find a way to bring her into the mystic circle for some things. I think we don't like to get swole and broken that sweat, right? There's an opportunity for us to kind of have that frequency and that exchange, but I'm really excited about what's coming forward. For sure, for sure. So let's see, there's a comment here. Do you want to read it? Do you see Gavin's comment? And the two schools? Yeah. Sure. Okay. Shout out to Gavin. less less, or Gavin Gavin, however it's pronounced. I've been convinced by two schools of thought, both not being religious. One by Mr. Astortheology, that's... Santos Benacci. Yep, for sure, Benacci stuff. And then the other is the head of Krishna movement. Then outside of that, have music, like TruthSeeker, and 3, 2, 3, nice, nice, nice. Yeah, I would say that speaking of that, I woke up to, you know, scroll Facebook as most of us do and seeing my friend Laura Eisenhower, I guess Santos Benachi went on a rant, throwing her under the bus and just like, they haven't even spoken. I don't know if somebody asked him, but like he just like went on this rant for Laura Eisenhower because I read her page and she was just like, she posted what she, what somebody, they were everybody, he said something about you go listen and stuff like that. So I've been trying to get Santos back on. Santos started his own podcast and he's, he's really busy right now. And, um, but yeah, uh, I've been influenced by Santos as well, you know, but does that mean that I follow or take everything that he puts out hook line and sinker? No, you got to wade through everybody stuff. you got to wade through my stuff, you know, you got to wade through the Bible, you got to wade through anybody that is that you look up to that you've been experienced by or people who claim to be experts or even teachers, you know, like wade through it, you know, hear a little there a little and I don't think there's any anyone that is well rounded on every subject. There's a lot of subjects out there, man, like Santos does a lot of good stuff you go to him for. I say this all the time, Jordan Maxwell, a lot of good stuff that Jordan Maxwell is the corner of the market on a lot of astrotheology, a lot of maritime aromatic law, a lot of really cool stuff that Jordan Maxwell brings to the table. When it comes to healthy eating and your body being a vehicle and spirituality, how to connect with source and higher power to go within, no. G, connecting with Jesus, no, no. You know, and but you gotta know how to partake and eat from many tables, as Richie says. I think it's authentic. I think it's authentic in the sense that you know you're talking to some people about something and you're talking to some people about something else. Like for example, doing live sound and naughty engineering mixing, like yeah, I can mix a show with about 10 different people on stage for a crowd of about 600 and everybody's going to love it. But I'm definitely not going to eat the food that that person who taught me how to do that does, because they're eating like a bucket of red vines every day and getting like tons of fast food drops throughout the concert, because that's just how they stay focused as they escape into their food. Versus, now that I have those mixing skills, I try to find a way to share it so that we can all do it healthily. And yeah, there's always going to be people who are nacing and people talking smack. Oh yeah. And I think it's important to be able to contextualize like that, because if they were truly busy working building their dream of their life, they wouldn't have the bricks to start throwing crap at you. So whatever energy they're using to pitch, even even this brother Wayne, I enjoy when you're in brother Wayne characters. So it's like there's like dark brother Wayne, like there's another side of it for some reason. That kind of sharing, that kind of energetic interplay is really important because it's a genuine presence. It's a genuine moment. And I think there's a lot of people who aren't trying to have genuine old, now that person's wrong. There's There's no way you can talk to space aliens, then plea idiians are all crazy. Anybody who thinks that stuff's insane, not realizing that maybe one of those people is connected to their life. Maybe they do their loan. Maybe they're the mailman. I know one of the speakers that I listen to is in very public, but they're talking about multi-dimensional entities and moving between dimensions and getting sleepy with the gaps. They work for the post office. But I know they're not dropping off the mail. Hey, everybody, we're multi-dimensional beings like it's set and setting. they live their spiritual frequency first and they broadcast it second, like they communicate after they demonstrate it. Oh yeah, I'm well aware of the narcissism that comes with a platform and narcissism that comes with any any platform. Really, okay, look at me, it brand me, I gotta go do a photo shoot, gotta put out this new album and pose into, I look right on camera, trust me, it's part of it when you speak to it, it's there. Again, so it makes you appreciate those people who don't seek after a microphone, or a photo shoot, but they have that timeless wisdom, and they are not in town square, like the preacher is, hey, destruction is coming, believe the gospel. Listen, they're meditating on top of a mountain, and that person doesn't have to proselytize to you, like the believer, like the Christian does. But when you want what they have, you go to them. Listen, I remember just hearing that from Tohudi, from the Caliprese podcast, and I was so deep, we have to proselytize and sell our gospel and sell our spirituality, but the way it's supposed to work, it's also the way the masons do it. The masons aren't holding fundraisers telling you they're beautiful doctrines and why you need to come join. No, you have to hear you have to know a mace and see how they live their life and and want to know more. And so one of their motto was ask one to be one. Mason's aren't knocking on your door like did your hope was witness saying, Hey, we'd like to have you yet to, you know, suffer this weekend, but no, you got a one that said, Hey man, I've been doing some studying research and some really interesting things and I've seen this person's life and how they were a godless individual hooked on drugs. They became a part of your fraternity and now they're God-fearing men and respectable citizens in society. Like, I know those people and that should make you want to inquire within. And even your Christianity and your spirituality, it totally should be that. It's like, oh, I know what Christians are. You never see one like me. Well, Christians are against astrology. Well, the Bible isn't. I'm not. They had it. That's wrong. You know, I'm saying so, re-presenting whatever truth it is that you hold dear and I don't have to even plead with you or please buy my potion. It's the new album. Yeah, I'm gonna put it out there. We're gonna talk about it. But yeah, buy the album, but I don't have to like oversell the new album. Listen, when you hear it, if it resonates, boom, you know what to do. It's what it is. I do have to get it in front of you for you to hear it, but at that moment, you make an assessment. It's okay. Yeah, this is I need this my life or like, you know, I don't need that. That's ridiculous. Yeah. And I think part of that's the difference people live in as an artist because the way that I say, you're sharing this podcast, you're sharing your music, you're doing those things because that's part of who you are and you're living as an artist. You're not making like, all right, I'm going to run 10 different Facebook ads and a bunch of different Instagram things and make a commercial and be like, hey, guys, there's a new album coming out. You got to make sure to buy it. Otherwise, you're not going to be blah, blah, blah, blah. There's not any of that magnetic. It's like, I'm sharing this and you know the rules are sharing. If I just just made awesome painting and I'm like, oh yeah, here's a painting, it's kind of crap. Nobody's going to like it. But if I made a painting and it's really nice and then I start to build some hype about it and I put it into gallery with other nice paintings, now we're able to kind of share this larger collective, this larger unit. And that's to me, that's the model, that's the model, that's the mode, hey, how they move I like, they move in my, one of my new teachers, someone who I'm taking a lot of lessons from right now is talks about harmonious movement culture. How you move is how you are. So if you move in harmony, you are in harmony. So you got to find all the things that you're doing that are either towards the passion and towards the excitement of your free will and choices Or at least look at the things that you're doing a blig atorally and stuff You really don't want to do and maybe reduce some of those at the buffet don't grab as many of those because they're not good for you You know it maybe one or two maybe a little bit but like start loading up and the crowd out with the stuff that you do like That's how it's got to be yeah, well then when you do that eventually you have a table full of foods that you like and hopefully It's it's nursing foods to though. You know, it's not just like cheesecake and like pizza and stuff like it's It's good food and listen. I like broccoli. I don't like cauliflower. I like this. So everything at my table is like It took me a lifetime You know what I'm saying to taste this food make sure I like it and know where to get it from and now when it's time to eat daily we have a table that we love the things that are there and that's friendships and your life. That's, you know, job-wise, what do you do for a living to have sustenance to keep the lights on and keep your cell phone bill paid? You know, what do you do? And then there are things, listen, there are jobs that you can do, things that you can do to earn an income and the possibilities are endless where we are with technology. And have you heard the French term raison d'etre? No, I haven't. Raison d'etre raison d'etre. It's reason for debt. It's when those rare French words kind of like responsive who play RSVP. But raison d'etre, reason for debt. It's the inverse way of saying what's your life mission. Like what's your reason for debt? Your breathing air, your drinking water, your eating food. Why? What's the reason you're in debtting this from the world? What are you bringing forward from the other side to here? Yeah. Yeah, whatever they would term used by the elite, useful eaters, we've heard a consume into to be a parasite. There's nothing like, yeah, you're going to consume. We're going to share drink of my milk, but what are you giving back? Like those babies that drink of the mother's milk, they in turn go out and produce and become fruitful members of that family of that community. So you have to be given back for sure. Find your ways to give back and know that you're doing enough. Somebody else will say, yeah, it's not enough. Keep doing, keep doing this. I'm giving back for sure. I think this one thing that really took out from the conversation today was that full spirit workout rest is part of it. Because if you're doing your full spirit workout like you're at the gym all the time and you're at the gym at all the time and every single day, like you may be really mean and your body's in a good space, but you're not going to be able to think clearly. If you don't rest, if you don't rest, your muscles aren't going to heal right. So you have to have an off day, you have to, like, you cannot, it's not possible to not rest. So when I'm working out, sleep becomes even more important, because if you're not getting the proper rest, I mean, obviously sleep is important anyway, but it's like mindful. So you've got to have the proper sleep or your body's not going to heal itself. You've got to have that downtime even if it is the 789 hours that you're getting, that you should be getting around something like that per night and you're drinking water. You've got to remember all that and I'm about ready to get back at it because I've been off because I was like, dude, I lost almost 20 pounds man and feeling good and looking better and feelings amazing. When COVID hit or whatever, I haven't been back yet. I'm just now feeling like where I can do it. Literally three days ago, me and my wife were like, okay, I think it was the best I felt since. I'm about ready to go in there and sanitize this stuff, wipe it down. But do some little stuff, nothing too crazy. Just going to ease back into it. Nice. Good maintenance. This is like the long runway for 22 22 next year's coming in. So it's going to be a different year. No doubt. Yeah. Hopefully for sure. I think it will. There's no choice. Physics like it will be a different year. We know this for a fact. So super grateful for the conversation. Grad be able to help support all the broadcasts and moving things forward. Many thanks for sure for sure. Anything you want to plug, man? This is not going on. Mystic Circle. Mystic Circle is super dope. I'm really excited about this. We got EFT tapping. If you're not already educated on what tapping is about, I've been again doing that for probably five or six years. I think it's a really wonderful discipline practice. Stephanie with the tapping heart brings a lot to the table. Trying to get other musical performances in and no sign on fires. Got some cool things to bring in through. Got the mystics. Plugging in more of his podcasts and we'll see if we can get maybe Adam star seed connected with a few things. But I'll cool that. I'm just moving and grooving for sure. Absolutely super grateful for the opportunities to collaborate. I definitely had Adam star seated in mind when we built that platform. Nice. Good things. You know that. With that, guys, thank you all for hanging out, being a part of this movement and what we're bringing to the table. This is a collective. There's a bunch of people in our circles and on our discord, for sure, the links are in the description to join that. There's different perks that you get by being a patron. But for free, you could join, join the community. If people always want to hang out and talk, listen, a lot of people send me their phone numbers and they just inbox me. Hey, call me. I need to talk to you, truth secret. Like I don't do as much of that anymore. But if you jump in discord and send me a message or jump in Patreon and you want to chat that way, that's the easiest way to get to get in touch with me. Obviously through my patrons like you send me a message. I'm writing you back. But as far as on all the social media platforms, I try to respond to everything, but to actually sit down and like have a, you know, So a 30-minute or an hour conversation with random people throughout the day is very hard. So the platforms that make it easy, Discord and Patreon definitely check those out if you guys are wanting to connect with me and other people in the community. There's people that are that rich is helping and rich is helping me. You know a lot and picking up slack that I need help with and helping me with technical stuff. So many thanks to Richie and many thanks to the Gothic Mystic and everybody else out there holding it down. I see Chris Garner in the chat. He's a day one guy. He says, hi guys. I got to catch the end for sure. Brother, good to see you. And you need to watch the episode that we did last night, Chris, talk to me about that one with Elena Denon, which was really interesting. So check that one out and hit me up with that guy. I'm going to say peace in Shalom. Thanks for hanging out with me on this episode of The Truth's Sega Podcast. We'll be back for more Thursday. See you guys, peace. to our Patreon page at www.patreon.com forward slash truththika
