I am Phil Gustafson, a retired Lutheran Pastor, NLP Master and Life Coach.  In my coaching I seek to help a client connect their spirituality, their faith, to life situations for a more empowered and resourceful life.  I use NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programing) to assist in this journey.  I enjoy working with people of faith to help them move from a present state, of whatever context, to a desired outcome – a more empowered, resourceful state so any challenges can be made into opportunities.
