I come from a background of gang/streets, drugs & all sorts as a youth-mid 20’s. I’m the first gen Sikh born & bred in East London… grew up with two identities Punjabi Speaking & Cockney slang… Tough upbringing with an alcoholic dad physically abusive and a mother with severe mental health issues… mentally & emotionally abusive. Being authentic gives oermission for others to open up. I use all my traumatic experiences (storytelling) to share & help others. I build up a proper trusting relationship through empathy and only then the therapeutic journey can take place, working together I’ve got a powerful testimony for Jesus and i am His vessel as He directs & guide me on the strait and narrow path.
