Stephen Weber & Katherine Plant join TruthSeekah on this episode of The TruthSeekah Podcast as they explain Stephens Near Death Experience that changed his life forever.
After an accident leaves a loving father in a coma, on the verge of life and death, he travels to another place. On the outside, he was in a hospital bed; but, on the inside he was in place he calls, “The Place Between Here and There.” It was a place where time did not exist; where people were spirits; and where he learned the wisdom of the universe.

So without further ado, that's all my stuff. We're going to go ahead and jump into today's episode. I'm joined by my friend, Steven Weber. Steven, welcome to the TruStika podcast, my friend. How are you? Thank you. I'm doing great. It's an honor to be here on your show and I thank you for sharing your community with me for this important conversation. Thanks for sharing, man. I've listened to several of your interviews and check out your book and raving reviews on your story in the way that you articulated and more than anything that you overemphasize the message of the book and the message that you've brought back and you're sharing through podcast and through interviews and through you know many different forms of your work. And so we're going to get into that message. You had a near-death experience and it changed your life and you came back, a different person, quite frankly. That's so true and I didn't expect it. Most of my life, I've been a biker, a Harley rider, the full compliment to tattoos and just, it's the way I spent my life since a very young kid and I really never thought about spiritual matters beforehand. I was mostly involved with my four walls and the things that I could pile life so much. And it wasn't until that experience, even though that I am profoundly injured to this day, I have many, many broken bones and plates and screws on my kurogo's teeth now. But I wouldn't go back to the day before the accident for anything and not have and have that experience. The only regret is I have is the sorrow that I caused people close to me. But other than that, it was the most meaningful experience and I am humbled and I accept it with grace and humility. What exactly was it that happened? Well, I was driving out. He's a beautiful Sunday afternoon. Back I guess in 2015 and we live on Long Island. So when I say East, that's the eastern part of Long Island. It's like a rural community. If you live in New York, you can go from cows and farms to the Empire State Building in just about an hour. And so I was driving out of these, then I was stuck in traffic, and the line was backed up from miles. People started to go on the shoulder of the road to make a right hand turn off their head to get out of traffic. So we have to sit in there for a while. I decided to do the same thing. Very foolish, I do admit, but listen, I stand by them on the stage and go there. And so I drove on the side of the road, and then when I got to the intersection, Somebody had let open a space, or somebody coming in the opposite direction can make a left hand turn. And just as I was going to a new dissection, it was a truck, they smashed right into the side of me. And the lights went out. And so you were rushed to the emergency room were you pronounced dead or what happened from that point? Well, at that point is that the next thing is I remember as I was laying on the road and there were emergency workers all around me and I realized at that time that something had happened, like this day was never gonna be like any other day in my life. And I couldn't move. And I was really, I didn't know what was going on. And the next thing is I remember, is I remember soaring through the air and this wasn't an out-of-body experience. I was actually in a helicopter. Yeah, yeah. And I was just dumb luck. Well, Kathy says it was grace, but it was dumb luck that we were right next to a school and they could land at helicopter. And if they wouldn't have done that, things would have turned out very differently. And then the next things I remember being up in the air and then I saw a tarmac and a big bullseye on the ground. And I knew exactly where I was. I was at Stony Brook Hospital to University Hospital. one of the premier trauma centers in the world. Anywhere else, I think it's very likely unlikely that I would have survived. And wow, those people and miracle workers. I had a fraction spine. I had a shattered hip. I had multiple internal injuries that were immediately life threatening. I put the list as just down, you know, so many things. And so they did these emergency surgeries, put me back together, and then for the next three weeks, I was in a coma and I was on a verge of life and death for such a long time for all that three weeks. It really was touch and go, there were many crises where I came so very close to passing and then they just, they just saved me. There wasn't for those machines which has a lot to do with the story as well, but they saved me and so for the next three weeks, I was in my hospital bed to the rest of the world. But in myself, I was in this other place, a place I fold between here and there. And in your intro, you really summed it up perfectly. It's not totally spirit, but it's not totally physical. It's like in this in-between place, where I think you're being prepared to pass. And it was just because of the machines that I stayed alive and to come back to tell this story. And the fact that also I came back with all my cognitive abilities. So the science had so much to do with it because not only were they able to save my life, but they're able to save my life in a way that I'm still me. But that experience has made me so much more than I was. And that's the theme of the book, the place between here and there. And you talk about it in this place where you, when the lights went out, you pretty much went to school. Yes, so true. And it was, there were three big experiences that I had in that place. The first was that I did what I call learn the language of the universe. But really what I later learned to be was that I was sinking with the Akashik record. And that means that I was sharing all the things that I have learned in my life with the universal consciousness. And then I was receiving the knowledge of the universe. Then once I received that knowledge, I did what is commonly referred to with many NDE as a life review, where now I would use all that new knowledge that I had in my cast experience to review the events of my life. And once I reviewed the events in my life, I had the benefit of having lived at once before and now having this knowledge, and I learned so much more from my experiences. And then when I was done is I relived my life again and this went over, over, over again. Close it to infinity then to one. I couldn't say how many times, but the need to learn and the more that I learned from my experiences drove the process. I didn't feel like there was a consciousness beyond beyond myself saying, Stevie, there's still more to learn, but do you have to learn more? It was almost like an automatic process for these from my perception. And then finally, once I performed my life reviews and I had the syncing of Akashik record, I was later tested on my knowledge. Once again, at the time as I didn't realize it was a test, I just thought it was just part of the experience. At this time, I said, I didn't know anything had happened. I just thought, I don't know, I just thought it was like a regular part of life. I guess it's kind of like one of those movies that was out many years ago with Bruce Willis and he didn't know he had passed and he was still interacting in a real way and that's what it was like is that although some strange things had happened it just didn't occur to me. So when you say I went to school I certainly did and I was certainly starting kindergarten on a spiritual level and it's so true is that I synced with I did my life review and then I was tested on that knowledge and so that was a spirituality 101 for me. Wow, I mean, I have so many questions in that, you know, I feel like we're tested when we go to sleep. You know, I feel like when we put our heads on our pillow, we're tested like the intentions of our heart, the things that we've done throughout the day, like we have to kind of give an account when we go to sleep. I even feel like some of the places that we go in our dream and the scenarios of stuff going on, like even though you're 24 hours that you have in your day, you will pass a test, but in the dream state, it's in between where nobody's there, you won't be judged or whatever. I feel like you're tested there. So I feel like sometimes I feel like I can pass stuff when I'm awake, but when I dream, there's things that happen. And I feel bad about it. man, I wish I wouldn't have did that. I want to get to the place that when I'm in my dream, I pass that test as well. So I feel like, you know, I feel like there's some similarities there with those who are like more cognitive in the dream state or lucid dreaming, if you will. We feel like we go somewhere else when we die. Like, for you, when that happened, did it seem like, You said it seemed like real life, were there buildings, were there houses, were there regular people and stuff like that, you're just going through these memories, what exactly did it feel like when you were being tested and people and things were teaching you? I'd like to answer that, but I also like to answer what you mentioned about the dream because that's very important to me in the experiences for a long time, for a long time afterwards having this experience is that I thought it was a dream. I really did. I thought it was the drugs that they gave me to sedate me and stuff, but there were some really key differences. One of the key differences is that you mentioned lucidity in your dreams and people have different levels of lucidity in your dreams. This was extremely lucid, meaning that I really had control over not always happening, but what I did and my involvement. And when I dream now and I experience things very similar to what you're saying is that I experience things in my day, maybe I'm tested in my dream, maybe I pick up things that I really didn't pick up in my day. You know, the dreaming is almost like a healing effect and a schooling, very similar that I went to that place, a schooling, dreams are often like that, especially if you remember your dreams or you put effort into doing that. But this was different in a sense that it was a continuation of events. Usually dreams you'll have a dream and then then maybe a few months later you'll have the same dream or a similar dream. This was like that. It was like it was like life. That's what I mean is that is that everything continued on. It wasn't that it was picking up or picking up where I left Thorv. It was really I was interacting with my environment and and really it set every bit of life. It didn't seem like a dream in that case. But I want to say that because that in sharing this experience, everyone has to draw their own conclusions from it. And it was quite a long time before I, with the help of my dear friend Kathy, that I was ill to come to terms with a lot of these things. And so then to answer your second question about what it was like, is that I would say it was more like a play or a stage, is that I didn't move from place to place. And I didn't take notice of the clouds. I didn't drive home. I didn't eat. I didn't sleep. I didn't have a choice of where I would go or what I would do. I was just there. I went from situation to situation and I just found myself there and then I was interacting. I had free will once I got into the situation but I didn't have free will in what I was choosing to do or any meaning behind it and as part of the schooling nobody was teaching me like telling me this is the way it was. Yeah, teacher or something. Yeah, it was, it was on the moment of Dave Namo. It's a teacher inside of you. It was by seeing those experiences and internalizing it and contemplating on it and meditating it on it and seeing new experiences that I really got that school. So, so there wasn't a home I went to. There wasn't a drive. It was just going from experience to experiences. And although it was in my hospital bed for three weeks in this other place, I was there for what's sent like an eternity and what I need by it by that is not like time passes like a clock, time is really measured by your experiences. Like you could see your growth where you were and where you are and what transpired to enable that growth. And that was really the passions of time there. And so in many ways, it's sent so, so like my world, but in other ways it was different. Why I didn't make this connection until the very ends of the experience, I don't know. But it was a very blissful experience, no matter what, that knowledge boy, wow. I knew every experience I had, especially with the life review was gonna be a tough one, but I knew by the end of that experience, I would feel blissful. And the desire for the bliss drove my fortitude to get the most out of this experience. Yeah, that's awesome. So you are being taught, but you're being taught not by words, but through actually living through things and Doing that review going through experience being a taught through experiences Yes, all of nocis even right? Yes knowledge through experience like come into to terms with with with things that you've done or things that people have said And you're just playing them over and over kind of thing until you pass the test right You know, no, no, that's it. That's exactly it. And I'll give you an example. It's okay. It's one of the first things I, one of the first lessons that I learned was how to see spirit in everybody and everything. That's good. So now somebody didn't sit down and say, oh, Stevie, everything has a spirit. Can't you feel it? Feel the love. Although I could death life with it with that. No problem. But it wasn't like that. First, I was in like a work-like setting. You keep in mind is that, you know, I'm a computer guy, so when teaching me these lessons, they would appeal to me in a way that I feel comfortable with. But perhaps if you were born in Brazil and you were a musician or you were born someplace else and you had a different life experience, what you would be presented would be different, but I suspect the lessons would be the similar ones or the same. So, um, so the way that I was taught to see spirit is first I was in a work like setting and I was interacting with people. First it was people from my life right now and then I saw them as I I remember them. I saw you yesterday. Uh, I see the truth. I see you there. You look the same everything's comfortable. And then I started to see people I haven't seen in years and but they look exactly the way I remember them even though 30 years didn't. Yeah. Wow. It was like, whoa. But then I would see those same people now, and they would have aged, but I still recognize them. Then I sort of people as I know now, as middle aged people, I would see them as infants, or as toddlers, or as women, or as men, as different nationalities, all different sizes and shapes. And what, after a period of time, I began to see is that regardless of their form, is that I knew it was them. And what I was being taught is how to see spirit, how to see that part of us, which is always existed, which wasn't born, never dies, no matter how many times you're incarnated, that is your spirit, your infinite self is your true identity. And that's what I was being able to taught is once I was able to sense that spirit, I didn't need to see it anymore, I could feel it when someone was in my presence, I could feel the energy and I could feel where where they are. And then once I felt that and I internalized that with my own internal teacher, then I start to see everything, everything had a spirit, plants, animals, you know, the rocks that planets, everything has a spirit. And that was when I came to the realization that all of us are connected. All of us are connected. We all share the same spirit. We're all individuals, but we're all part of the Holy Spirit. And that was one of the first lessons that I learned. And that's how I was taught. That's awesome. I think I know the answer to this question, but how did you pass the tests? Like what's considered passing a test? When you take the test and life review and go on through these experiences, what's considered a passing grade? Well, I would love to tell you, but I can't, because I failed. I didn't pass, but I could give you the circumstances And then the audience, our community could perhaps internalize that themselves, is that I found myself, and once again, I did not know as being tested. I just wasn't seen, it wasn't so afterwards. Really, I didn't. I didn't know at this point, I was very blissful. I've had these wonderful experiences and these very intense experiences. And especially during the life review, one of the toughest things I learned in the life review was that some of the worst experiences in my life, were the ones that I got the most bliss from and the most knowledge from, really. It was awful, but living through that again, but having lived through it again, it's just like, wow, I felt so good about it. I just, the bliss was incredible. Having the feeling of not having any guilt or animosity towards myself or others, it was just like, that's what true bliss is. But so now having all those experiences, I found myself, excuse me, I found myself in a situation where I was in a work-like setting and I was teaching a group of young adults a task. And I was trying to get the young adults to listen to me and we would have these meetings and then when they were trying to do what they needed to do, they would scatter. And I wouldn't, they would not listen to me at all. And I had to report back every time is no matter what I did, no matter what manipulation tactic I tried, no matter which way I tried to influence them or positively get them to do the task, I failed, no matter what I just couldn't do it. I don't know why they didn't listen to me. Sometimes I felt like I connected with them, like, hey, I'm here, you're here. Do you hear me? And I would thought that I would connect with them, but no, no, I didn't. And then finally, when I approached who I later learned was my higher cell with my trials and my tribulations here, without saying a word like, I felt an aura and I felt an awareness in my higher cell. I couldn't tell what my higher cell had been through, but I could tell the awareness and what they knew. And by standing before my higher cell and being able to intune with that awareness, I became aware of what my true situation was and what my true situation was is that this had nothing to do with preparing the kids for a task. Really what I was doing was I was preparing these spirits for their very first human incarnation. Right. And what I failed at is I was taught to see spirit. I was taught all of these things about the universe and when I was given the first opportunity to use that to shepherd these young spirits into their first human incarnation, All I did was see them as kids. I didn't turn into their spirit. I didn't see their spirit. And that was what I learned. And then so instead of using the spirit, I used what you use on earth, like all the little different tricks or even enticements to get people to do things. No, I didn't see their spirit. Once I saw their spirit and I got in touch with it with that, then I was up to mentor them and prepare them for their human incarnation. From that experience, as I learned, that spirits grow and develop through different incarnations, through, through the spiritual evolution. And it was that task which I failed that. I was successful at it because I had help, but clearly I was not in a situation I believe to go on to spirit and to take the next spiritual evolution. You mentioned the ethers and I perhaps they are the same ethers that I experienced. We'll talk about that a little bit more when you think it's appropriate, but no, no, I failed that test and I think that's why I had an opportunity to either return to my body because it was still alive, or perhaps I would have had another incarnation as a human, but if I would have passed, I'm certain I would have went on to spirit either temporarily or permanently, that would have been a beautiful thing. Wow. So, you came back here to learn even more, if you think, or if there should be tested on what you've already learned when you had this experience? I think, and once again, this is the University of Court of the Steve, you know, this, this is just what I interpret from my experience, because sometimes time goes on, I look at things, I learn more things, and then I take a look and at first what I thought was so, I later say, no, I don't think that was so, but this is the way that I feel about it now, is that it said, yes, I wasn't brought back, I didn't return not because that I still have work to do. Well, I'm a spiritual leader and I'm out there praying, you know, why I've learned these? No. What it was is that is that I wasn't ready to be in spirit because I didn't feel that lesson. I hadn't evolved enough in my incarnations. This wasn't going to be my lasting incarnation, and although I may be in spirit for a while in the future, but there are things that I need to learn to get me to the spiritual point where I can be a spirit guide or perhaps be an ascended master or eventually it perhaps be at one of the consciousness of the creation of all that is. Those are the different steps through the ether, and I just wasn't ready for it. That's all, and so now I'm here, I'm going to make the best of this. I especially when it comes to the children, especially some of the challenges that children face, and not the least of which is being seen as individuals, as real people, just as valuable as adults and with spirit and a life path. And so at least that's the way I'm focusing on my life now. And so I'm grateful to be back and have this opportunity to learn, but I would have been grateful, at least at that time to stay in spirit because it was a beautiful, a wonderful, blissful existence. Now, you know, you talk about seeing that the children as individuals and as, you know, maybe even adults or, you know, that they have a journey ahead of them and all those things or even having wisdom versus like, oh, you're a little kid, you don't know anything yet. that now, do you feel like that's the same with the opposite? Like looking at the elderly as some people we would say, like, you know, they're their best years of behind them. They're old. They don't know what they're talking about. You know, that kind of thing. Like looking at the old people, like we look at children, like this was once or not even that thought they once were. They still are inside of them, this young, vibrant child, a creator, beautiful being kind of thing. Is it vice versa with that do you think? Absolutely and I'll share this one story that my mother told me once. She's in a mid 80s and last time I saw her she said that she looks at the world with the eyes of the 20-year-old, her own 20-year-old eyes. And that was very telling, you know, examine that on many levels. And one of the levels is that, you know, we're all in spirit. We're all part of the, all have the same perceptions. You know, your perceptions are guided by where you are in your current incarnation, but it also has to do with your other past life paths and where you are. So somebody may be 10 years old now, but they could be a completely evolved spirit and other people, vice versa, the older people. Everyone has their own path where they are. I don't know. I mean, it's tough for me to say, but everyone has their path. reporting like the life review, so much of it was reviewing your experiences and your experiences and your awareness of your experiences, drive your new experiences. And so yes, no, everybody, whether it has to do with age or ethnicity or religion or culture, everybody has a path. And you don't know. You don't know. And that's what when we get back to judging, you also mentioned that as well in your intro is that is that that's why we don't judge not because we're so highly evolved and oh I don't judge because I am spiritual. No because that it's not the way it is. Everyone has a life path in the same way that I learned there by experience nobody taught me everyone has to have their experience and even when you're in spirit you can examine your experiences but really spirit, at least in my opinion, if I was to summarize it, it's more like book learning. And it's important to know theories and everything else, but it's not until you come down into an eyes-down figuratively. I just, I just remember when you come into incarnation that you're giving an opportunity to experience and learn really what it means and to build upon that. And you may not remember your past lives, but you have something inside of you. people often call it intuition. I'm not sure if that's the real verb, but everybody has that. Some people call it instinct, but it's the benefit of your past experiences. So where you are here? I don't know, but it's your life path, and I'm here. We're all here to share with each other, but not to take over someone's life path. They have to do it themselves, and that's the beauty of it. And that's why, you know, cultures or that have very rigid life paths and very rigid rules. I could see how in some ways that may be very encompassed among people because it doesn't give them the leeway to make mistakes and to learn from them and such. And so yes, life is about experiencing learning and growing and listen, everyone has their own way. So old people, young people, Everybody, it's a value in the worth beyond themselves. I agree. It's awesome. Um, so you have a co-author, Kathy, where does she come into the story? Because she's a part of the story as well. This, this is very important because that after a first talk when I was in that place, when I was half when I was being tested, there was a lady who was praying there. And, uh, and I didn't know what she was doing there. You know, she had no role. Like, everyone had a role there, but this person was there and they were praying. But I felt a love. You know, I really felt this intense love. And, you know, it's distracting in a way. And it kind of brought me comfort. And it was, it was very intense. I just didn't know what, what, what to make of it. And it wasn't until later on after I woke up in my hospital bed. And I could see spirit. I realized who that was. That was my friend Kathy. It was her higher self and I heard her prayers and I really thought that she was in in my hospital room praying for me so as soon as I got out of my coma I got my cell phone and I texted Kathy and I let her know that that that that I heard her prayers and thank you and that I wanted to talk to her because I wanted to tell her about this whole experience that I had and and the fact that I saw her there and that was the beginning of a journey because after that point it was Kathy who while I was recovering and while I was sure this experience was just a dream or it was just the drugs it was her that guided me and pointing out very key things about signs and synchronicities and then other things had happened that really brought things into perspective and it was Kathy that helped me to understand these things. And she was my co-author and my life partner. And if you like that, I'd like to bring her on and say hello to everybody. Great. Yes, for sure, yeah. Kathy, why don't you grab it here? Now, does this, does this have anything to do with the power of prayer and holding space for you why you were or you were there. Hello. So I want to say is that is that yes, but it means something different to at least for my experience is that I was a prayer, you know, the Catholic, I am a Catholic, I am a Catholic, I am a Christian, you know. My data, you know, it's part of my culture, but now the religion is even more intense to me because to me, it's not sound strength, but it's not a faith, it's more like a truth, but it's not the only truth. There are many truths, and that's the point, there are many truths, there are many facts, there are many lessons, but in different ways, in different destinations. But the prayer is that it did prayer because I was required to, not because I thought anything of it, except for I wanted to be nice and everything else and I just wanted to share, I would say grace or those types of things and really didn't mean anything. It wasn't like when Cathy was praying for my success, my health, and for me to live and to come back to Earth, it wasn't that it was a consciousness beyond a creator, beyond us, like the creator saying, okay, yesterday Cathy didn't pray enough, no, no, no, no, no, but today she prayed enough, I'm going to be good. It was nothing like that. It was that I felt her energy, I felt her love, and I felt it changed what I did. you know it had influence on me and so that's what I think the power of prayer is is that it's not so much even the words or somebody's judging your prayer to see if you're worthy or not it's that it's that really it's it's it's the energy it's the love it's the intense right that's awesome welcome Kathy thank you it's so good to meet you you too so so would you guys Would you guys friends before the accident? Yes, we had been friends for a gap, like 16, 17 years. A long time. We were co-mounds. I was a stay-at-home dad, and I was one of the stay-at-home moms, and we were involved in many community organizations, PTA, sports, building a blank. Yeah, and I was a Girl Scout leader, and he was so involved in the community, so I called on him all the time for different badges we needed. So we became very close, and we also scared a circle of friends that hung out together, and just over the course of that 16 years, we were, I would say, almost best friends, he's not best friends. I mean, as close as you can get to a best friend, and I mean, he's a male, but he was like one of my besties. So when I got that call that he was in the coma, It was very, very disgusting to me. I mean, I was just taken because the thought of him just not being alive anymore was unbelievable. It just seemed like what is going on because he was so much to so many people. He was the most amazing family man. He was such a pillar in the community. And I knew from my previous experience being a very spiritual person, and being one who always connected to the spirit realms, angel saints, and my past loved ones, that his body was here, but his spirit was not, and that I could communicate with him. So I would say in my head every day, I see that's Kathy. I want you to pretend that I'm in the hospital room with you, and I'm holding your hand and I'm praying the St. Giudina, which was like very important prayer for those that are helpless and hopeless and not that he was that before but he was that at that time. So I just said every day I'm going to do this so I'm going to say this prayer with you and the time just went by so slow. My day after day he was still in there and I just I just double down. I call more angels and saints. I call St. Michael. I call St. Teresa. So there's this whole repertoire and it's every day. Steve, I'm in the hospital room with you. And then three weeks later, like to the shock of everyone. He awoke and that night I got a text from him and he said hi, Kat. It's Steve. I'm okay. I want to thank you for visiting me when I was quote unquote out out if you know what I mean and I was like wow yeah I know what you mean I said I test it back I said I what did you how do you know this and he said let's just say I've been to a place where I've learned that everyone is connected but that you and I have a connection that goes on beyond this earth and I learned a lot of things that I want to talk to you about it. And what was really significant in that is prior to that experience, like, I always had a tremendous spirituality. And he almost made fun on that one. He was just like, he was a good guy, a really good soulful guy, but not really spiritual whatsoever. So when he sent that message, it was just like wow. I mean I always knew that the communication was possible but he didn't and it just it was just an experience that not only was helpful for that time but it was going to be even more helpful for what was to come which jobs amazing. It's awesome and now he's wearing mold of ice. Is that true? Is that what you're wearing mold of ice? Now he's like He was a small diva idea, a Christian. And the Marian Crystal, yeah. A lot of the vibe, bro. I had a two. Yeah, it's awesome. It was very, you know, Kathy and I were very unlikely friends. In fact, the first time I met her, she saw me walking down the path with my dog and she actually went to the other side of the street. It's not coming traffic. And I never saw her before. And I was, I ran across the street. I said, lady, you're going to get hit by your car. Come on, this side of the street, y'all. That's scary. I'm a very scary looking guy at the time, and that was the beginning of a decades long friendship that really came to pass with this because at this point is that for a long time after making that phone call I didn't talk, I talked to Kathy a little bit afterwards, but after that I let all the spirituality go, I was so wrapped up in my recovery. In fact, it was through such an intensity in Cathy helped me with that, she hiked with me. What had happened at the end of the near-death experience is that right before I came back is that I live in a town on More Island called Kings Park, and it overlooks the water and so at the end of every day the people from the town, they go down to this area and They either drink coffee or maybe beverages out of red solo cups and they watched the sunset. So many, many times when I was in that place between here and there, I would watch the sunset with two old friends of mine who were in their 80s and this would go on time and time again. And then after a little while, many after a long while that went on, they finally came to the realization. This is the first time I realized I wasn't in Kansas anymore, is that these two people, I know that they were dead. And like how could they be here? They were the first people in that whole experience that I realized were dead. I really did, I realized it. I was like, what are they doing here? And but I was afraid to ask, I don't know why I was afraid to ask what they were doing here. I think part of it is because up until that point I was so blissful, I kind of felt like I didn't want to ruin it. I just, I was aware that Gillian Johnny, where those are my friends that were here, they weren't alive, this is very strange, but as time went on, I felt like an anxiety for the first time building there that I had to know why they were here. And then I felt this in urgency about why, if I don't get to ask them now, I'll never get to ask them again. And then finally I asked them why they were here. and they said they're here to make sure that I'm okay. And that just like echoed in my mind because I didn't know anything was wrong with me. Like, why are they here? And it wasn't, and then what would happen is as the sun set, it got brighter and brighter bright until I couldn't see it. And then when I opened my eyes, I was in my hospital room and I was surrounded by my family and I was how I returned. But it wasn't until later on that Kathy was helping me rehabilitate that I started to realize what they meant by the here to make sure I'm okay. It's not there. It was on earth when I returned. They were going to be my spirit guys. It just so happens. Joe, he had a broken neck all of his life. He got it when he was a little kid and he lived his whole life eventually as an 80 year old man. He got hit by a car probably because he couldn't turn and see and he died. And John, he had an infection in his leg. He was a diabetic. And that took his life. And I was having problems with my leg. I was broken back and broken leg. And nobody was bare and suited to be a spirit guide for me. And so it wasn't that they were whispering in my ear like, go Steve, get up. That was Kathy's job. But I felt their energy in the same way like my higher self. I couldn't tell my higher self's experiences. I could tell that my higher self's wisdom and I felt my higher self's energy and I felt my higher self's awareness and I was the same thing with Joey and John. I felt the things that they've been through and that's what really drove me to get better and better and Kathy was there and she was like half-sargent slaughter and half-mother Teresa. You know she would definitely you know provide this at the time I couldn't walk it was it was really a tough fell for a while. And then, and then things were really getting better. And then what happened was my, I have 20 year old son, a beautiful young man. I'm a guitar player. My son and I would play guitars together. He played great. He was a saxophone. He played a saxophone like Dizzy Gillespie. He played this horn and Jimmy Hendrix on the guitar. He played a multitude of of instrument to championship wrestling. New York State championship wrestling used to say you can sweep your heart with the piano and beat the, you know what out of you too. So, but having said that is that he died with drug overdose and I found him. And it was the most heartbreaking, just devastating experience you could have. And that was when I really leaned on Cathy at that time because I was just so upset because, I mean, I've had so many levels, but one of the levels was, is I felt guilty. I felt like how did I fail? Like I was a biker, you know? Well, did I provide a bad, a bad influence on it? But I provided so many good things. I stayed home dad. I was on a school board, elected member of a school board. I was, I was dead. There were parts of me that were so intensely parent, but there was parts of me that was Steve the biker. And I felt guilty about that. And, you know, it wasn't me, could have done better. And it was a long period of time that Kathy and I walked together, and one day she said to me, she said, has Nick, that's my son, has he ever tried to contact you? And I said to Kat, I thought to myself, this woman's out of her mind, really did. I'm sorry to say that, but I just thought she was nuts. It's a person who I was in good friends with. I know at some time she said a little coopie things at times, but, and I was kind of pissed at the time because that I was grieving and I was like, that's like zero help. You know, what do you, I didn't say say that. I knew Kat, I was like, thank you, Kat, that's very nice, you know, that kind of stuff. But the next thing she was, she was making these shrines in the woods where we're going to put a statue of Saint Teresa there and then we would put a pen and rocks there and people would write prayers on it. And so all of a sudden we have all these shrines in the woods and people are writing prayers and she would make me say, you know, Hail Mary's and stuff in front of it. And I would do it because I felt the love and stuff. And then a series of events happened that really opened my mind to the spirituality in a way that I felt was undeniable, that it was a real experience, that it wasn't my imagination. And it was Kathy that helped me to understand that. And then I wasn't cooking. Well, he's not about that. You were right the whole time. One thing I wanted to ask you to, sorry about that, was your Catholic, your faith, and a lot of people with near-death experiences talk about seeing a light or seeing Jesus. Did you have that encounter of seeing the light or seeing Jesus when you had this experience? No, sorry, I just didn't. I know people ask me that and I would love to tell you that I saw Jesus or Moses or Abraham or Gandhi. You know, people who I really identify with, the, you know, Nelson Mandela, you know, some of the people who I really, I didn't see any of those. The only people who I saw at the past was who was the end. I wish there was something, something more I could say about that. But no, no, no, no, no, it wasn't. Do you think it was because you didn't? place between here and there and he said when in the book I'll talk about the different stages of the passing and when you get to the next level those souls ascend to and he wasn't at the sorry to say the spiritual level I know to see those people but those that actually go into heaven and return that's a different realm. So he went to that in-between place, the life review place, the testing place. And so he probably would have seen those ascended masters had he gone further, but thankfully he didn't go further. Yeah, yeah, that's what I was wondering, awesome. So was it a sense of purgatory? We would call purgatory like this in-between, that kind of like weighing the heart against the feather kind of thing? I would say yes, definitely, and I've described it in that way before, but purgatory in the way that I was taught as a Catholic was a place of punishment, like, like, oh, you're not good enough to go into heavy effort and stuff it here for a while, then you'll, no, no, it wasn't like, but I was really a point of learning growth to prepare you who should've been incarnated, to prepare you to be in spirit, to transitions, not like a light switch that goes on and off. You have to be transitioned to be here and the same way that I was transitioning to kids to go into spirit, you have to be transitioned to go into spirit. It's kind of like a debriefing almost, but that puts it to root chakarish. It's really just an understanding of the information you're going to need in order to get the most out of what is going to be your next experience. So you were being taught, you were being conditioned to make that transition and make that journey. but the machines kept you alive and brought you back. Is that kind of, is that kind of, what happened? Yes, but but I would, I would define it a little bit different although what you're saying is accurate 100% accurate, but what I would say is that is that normally I would have died, 100% anywhere else on a planet, I'm convinced I would have died. I couldn't imagine the things that they did to keep me alive are just amazing. And they never, ever, there were so many times I could have had so many events could have happened and so on. And so no, I don't think that, let me say, the machines. Yeah, yeah. I don't think the machines, it's that- It was like cheated death, I guess, is kind of the thing. You were supposed to pass, but technology kept you alive or something. And that's right. And that's right, but it also gave me the opportunity to have this experience, because number one, obviously, if I would have died, I wouldn't have been here to talk about it, But even more is that if I would have survived and would have been in a poorly cognitive state, like my brain was damaged or I couldn't talk or I wouldn't have failed. I wouldn't have been able to have this story. After the experience, I saw a podcast by this Dr. Cole. I think his name is Dr. Parnal. He's a cardiac surgeon down at Stony Brook Hospital. I didn't have any interactions with him. But what he was saying was because of the machineries We're going to have more reports of near-death experiences, because not only will more people survive, but they'll survive in a cognitive state that enables them to relate their experiences in a way that people could understand. And I think that's it, is that really is that it enables me to be so close to death that the death process is an automatic process. It's not like a consciousness that's saying, okay, Stevie's going to die, is that an automatic process that as you die, your body prepares you to go into spirit, and my body thought I was dying. And the fact that these machines kept me alive and kept me alive to the point that I could sit here and appear by most scales, no, no, no, except my spouse sometimes questions my normality, but the exception of that, you know, that I could really relate. my brain is in damage like my brain didn't swell and so I you know so so yes there are the machines were a big part of it but it was a great part of it because it enabled me to come back and share the story. That's awesome yeah well we're glad that you did and it gives people some reassurance too because death is so scary the afterlife and what happens when we pass on and so for you to come back with this message yeah I'm sure it's helping a lot of people. One thing that that you say that that and I agree 100% death is a scary thing and not and consumed some people lives lives like even we're dealing with this health crisis in the world today and I see people are scared and and once you remove that fear of death. Chai Dev saying yeah I mentioned this gentleman in the book he's a spiritual leader. Kathy and I we practice Kundalini almost every day to take a lot of it and Chai Dev is one of the Kundalini spiritualist. And he said that the fear of death, once you release your self life is blissful and it really isn't consumes people. And putting aside that fear of death is wow it is definitely a liberating experience. And I thought you could truly live right once you overcome that fear of death because there's so many things that hold us back. I even remember for For me, at the beginning of the year, because I'm a speaker and I do music and stuff and people were trying to book me for events to fly me out. But I wouldn't make up excuses because I was scared to fly at a scared of heights, but I was scared that the plane was going to crash and I was going to die. And so I went through some NLP and some kind of inner healing stuff to get over that fear. And it released me now to be able to travel and I was able to fly to Denver and take my first flight this year. So it's not until you get over that fear of death until you can truly live. And that's why this message is so important. That's so true because that you have to enjoy life. And sometimes the fear of death actually pieces it in the sense that because you do behaviors that will put in a bad situation. You know, the way I look at life now, isn't that, you know, if I would have died before, I would have been really upset about it. Now, I'm okay in the sense that I don't want to die in a sense like, oh yeah, don't you want to go to heaven? No, not in that way. You said, I want to get as many experiences as I can for my life reviews is that I want to, I want to go skydive and I want to go mountain climbing, I want to ride on a pack of full-man shooters, I want those things I want to do. So I want to have as many life experiences and the more life experiences I have, the more distance I feel from that place in the sense like I'm fulfilling my life's goal is that you can't be all spirit here meaning that you don't need to be, you don't need to do anything, you just meditate on a mountain. You could choose to do that and that may be your life path but that is my life my path or you could choose to be all monkey minds. That means you don't care about anything, you're a pleasure maximizing unit and you don't care, you want to live, you want to do things with Lady monkeys, you know, you just, you know, but where you are in life is that spiritual path, you have to have experiences. You don't have to be old monkey, but you don't have to be old spirit. Be find out where you are in that continuum and live life to fullest. So when you have that life review, you have plenty of things to draw up on because they'll bring you bliss in this world. And so, and so what, you know, we talked about, we're losing my son and wow, that was a difficult thing. It took me a long time to address it and with Kathy's health and through several synchronousities that that was ill to come to that realization. And so when I do have my life reviewed, that will be part of it. But the fact that I was ill to grow and make some sense of it and be able to go on with life. My son is with me every day and I feel it, but now I've come to to the realization that he was in that, he's in that place, that beautiful place. I know he is, he's experiencing what I experience and someday we'll be together. It brings me bliss now, like for the first time, I got my son back because other to that time, that year between losing my son and coming to the realization that this experience was real is that I really, I know he's in that place and I know it's a good place and I know he's happy And so I got my son back in a sense like before, any time I thought of him, I thought of the pain of him passing or fighting him dead or what could I have done wrong or what could I have done? Those were were were the thoughts. Now knowing that he's in that place and it's a beautiful place, I have my son back because now when I think of him, I think of all the happy times we had. He was a character. Imagine playing guitar with his son and going to all these wrestling match and see him hold the trophies over his head and the girlfriends and everything else. I got that back. And that's the beauty of coming to terms with those types of things that the fact that we're able to communicate with Nick and to behalf that communication and that, and that I got him back really. Open your heart when it comes to losing a loved one. There's a brief process that you have to go through no matter what, but at some point that it's important about to share this one bit of thing is that is that life is good and people are good. Even when sad things happen, and that they are okay, and you miss them, but you're gonna see them again soon, and get that, we release that anger, that guilt towards yourself and everybody else, and then you'll be able to have them back because you'll think of them finally. And that's really the true objective of learning to grip with these things. And you'll get signs from them too. And Cathy, could you speak about those signs because those signs were very critical and helping me to understand that my experience was a spiritual one. Can you speak to that a little bit if you don't mind truth? For sure. It's something that it prepares you. There's this weird dichotomy, I think, to those. We get into this place where it's kind of scary because we've created now a beautiful life that you love and you don't want to pass on, right? Like you want you want to be here, but you don't want to pass. And so I could speak to like, you know, my experience of being, you know, dealing with depression, what you have in this place where like people are like infatuated with going or even in the spiritual community infatuated with passing on or whatever or or even leaving your body and traveling to the ethers versus like being present and being here, making memories that we won't get to have this part, this life, this incarnation with your family, with your spouse again. There's just weird dichotomy in between because I say the dichotomy of like, once you do, once you're there, once you do pass or you're in this place where you don't get to come back as you, maybe you get to come back like as someone else, but not as Steve or not as Kathy. It's this like grasses greener kind of scenario where like I want to be there and not want you there. You're like, wow, can I be a human again? Not Steve, you know, so just being present and being at peace and at one, the oneness that you're speaking of that you bring with you is huge. So Joe, so Joe, and I can tell you, you see things and it's very important that the way you reach out to a community, because it is important. It's about a regular part of our life, the spirituality, one point that we really, that about, you know, many things that we learned is, people believe that ethics and spirituality is a hindrance in this incarnation, like we miss out on opportunities, because rather ethics will go to the spirit. But what I've learned is that it's exactly the opposite. When you are an ethical person, and when you use your spirit and the things back that you do, you'll get riches in this world and any other world that comes to it. If I'll give you an example, like an intuitive, they'll read a room and they'll feel different energy. And maybe they'll share it. They'll do it through tower parts or crystals with other people. And that's the kind of may or may not be the center of their spirituality. But if you as a person, you're sitting in like a business meeting or with your kids or something, or like you're in a business meeting, if you try to read the room and read the people, some people you'll be able to connect with, some people you won't, but you start to feel the energy of things and you'll start to realize what path are they on. There's a physical reason for them being here, there's a spiritual reason for them to be there. So if you use your own intuition to think around to try to read their spirit and connect with their spirit or we use ethical guidelines on the way that you're gonna behave towards people and society, it all gets back to a lower retraction that you're gonna attract those things in your life. And it's so important that ethics and spirituality is not something you can do on Sundays or everything. It's part of your life. It'll bring you riches here or any place else that comes after. Yeah. There's a lot of masters who taught that, you know, Jesus definitely taught it. It's so beautiful. It's interesting that you've, like what you learned in the dream state, what you learned in the spirit realm, it is applicable here. It's not this, you know, crazy far out. It's just easy to get woo-woo, but it's practical. For even reading people's, we call it reading, they're aura, discerning, they're spirit. These are all practical things that you learn in the spirit world that is practical here and now in its abilities that everyone can tap into, right? It's everybody in the same way that they were all connected. We all have the spirit, all of our spirits are connected. It's just a question of getting to that spot. And that's really important is that everybody has it. And sometimes you're walking down the street. You might pass someone and say, wow, they have really good energy. Oh, wow. Like I want to cross the street and walk to the other spot. But I made the connection to there. I mean, I have to discern. Fearing death, fearing death. I got to stay away from this guy. But really is that you do feel it. Everyone has it and just a question of acknowledging it and start to listen to it. It's like science and synchronicities, is that the spirit world brings a science and shows us synchronicities. If we just write it all off the coincidences, then you're not open to receive the science. And so you may miss them or they may stop coming, but once you see the science, but what they are, they're beautiful divine guidance to help you to give you that guidance. So the spirit world, not only by you connecting to the spirit world and the ethical world, but the spirit world connects to you and gives new guidance as well. So all of those things, especially when I look at all the trials and tribulations going on the world today, the spiritual, the people who are of the spirit and of the ethics, you know, we can be a counterbalance to those people. You know, it's one thing to put on a TV throw your socks to the TV and say this is terrible, but what difference can you do? Well, we might not be president or run a country or what have you, but by putting this energy into the world, by using this more of a traction, by changing every aspect of your life, you change other people's lives. And it just expands and spreads out. And it's about society, but it's also about yourself. This is the great connection that we all share. and it's an asset, not a liability. It's awesome. I'm with it, man. Thank you for saying yes. Thank you for showing up and coming back and sharing this message with everybody. It is spiritual. It is, I love it. We all love it, but it's practical at the same time. That's how you measure your spirituality. It's how practical is it. Man, thank you so much for sharing your story. Steve and Kathy, let people know where they can go to check out the book and check out more about your work and would you guys bring to the table? Sure, wonderful. We have our book available on Amazon if I just to show it, this is the place between here and there. And so I'm available on Amazon and it's available in audio book, Kindle. And we've recently come out with a Spanish version of the book. And so where we're just getting that out now, putting a few final touches on it, Maya, Maya, my uncle, he was from Ecuador. I love this man. I just, he's just such a wonderful human being. I, when I was younger, I worked with him and he was such a gentle man. He died just a few weeks ago, the age of 90, 90 something. He just lived a full life and I learned from him. Like I used to think when I, he seemed like a very, I don't know, he seemed like a very living, lived kind of guy. Like I didn't get the understanding of really who he was. It wasn't until I started to talk to him like he said one time he had a cold and he says, you know, in a very heavy accent, he would say, I say cold, go away and the cold goes away. And that's the way he approached life is like everything was he had the power to manifest his own reality by the way he thought and the way he treated people. He never told anybody, even when I was working with him, he never told me how to do anything. He like set up the circumstances, how I could learn how to do it myself. And he never had any training. It was just like you just one of these people that would just intern to those types of things. So, so I attribute to my Uncle Bolia, that's why we wrote us Spanish, I was a Mexican version of the book because he just loved it and we're just looking to spread the message even more. And then I also do healing through sound and raking. Yeah, and Kathy, I mean, you have this beautiful what we call our Zen room and we have all these wonderful gongs and bowls and just wonderful things and Kathy combines the Reiki because she uses what they call a friction mallet on the gong and so after talking to somebody and getting a feel for where they are, she combines the Reiki with the crystal, with the sound and then she uses, she makes the Reiki symbols with the friction mallet the gongs that solidify it and it's just a wonderful experience and so we combine that with the sound. But a lot of it is that it's not about a book, although a book is very important, it's about the message and it's a message of love and life that's practical in today's world. And so the book is just one of the vehicles. The Spanish book is just one of the vehicles. being on the podcast with you is one of the vehicles and the sound healing is one of the vehicles it's all about the message of how we reach out to people and share this and really make a difference because this world is a good world you know like this good people are good even when sad things happen there is beautiful but here is beautiful too and we're all going to work hard to change that trajectory of the spiritual evolution, to tune to the universal consciousness of all that is and make it a better place. Yes, so good. And in light of that and essence of that, I'm just going to respond with this. Oh, we have that. Thank you. Oh, no, no, no, no, no. Oh, no, I'm going to see if I, uh, thank you guys for coming on. And we got to do some energy healing together. I would love to do a session with you guys. I'll get you guys on to do a live reading with our community and stuff and thank you for saying yes and showing up. You guys are awesome. Steve and Kathy, thanks so much. Thank you. Many blessings. Thank you. So I'm so long. All right, ladies and gentlemen, Steve and Kathy, good stuff, man. The afterlife. So many differences with different people's stories, but so many similarities, right? trying to figure it out. What's going on? What happens when we get there? Can we hack it? The dream state? Is it the same place as the dream? Do we travel there when we die? Do we travel to heaven? Do we travel to purgatory or this place that's in between? Do we travel there when we sleep? When we go to sleep? Like I'm totally in weird places in between. There's things that you start in the spirit world, in the dream state, you know, in meditation, that is answered, that is carried on when you open your eyes, a place of testing, all together, he said that he didn't feel like he passed the test. But I feel like every day when you pass the test, you respond with love and that's how you pass the test. We have it now set up where people that are on Patreon can come on, join the second half of the podcast, ask questions. I think I have my friend, Shil with me, Shil. Are you there, brother? Do you have a question or what's going on, man? How are you? Dude, I have a question for you. Good connect with you, man. Can you turn your video on? Wait, let me turn the video on. This is insane. This is like fine cream coming soon. I love you, sir. Let's see. You got to unmute yourself. So, yeah. Seal is joining us from Goa, India. I'm not in Goa anymore. Okay. And she down with my G. So I teleported here. I think you're advice flew away, you know, I just have a question for you, bro. How can I stand here? That's the question. Anyway, and also I have another question for you. What's your favorite shot from the new tool record man. Oh, the favorite track from the tool record. I'd say all the songs for sure, like every song. Wait, wait a second. I don't like the in-between stuff as much. But, um, Numa, Numa has a special place in my heart. And Numa has a special place. OK, that's why I choose that, like, you know, as, uh, yeah, as the thing for the film. So anyway, oh, I got that dude. Isn't that so crazy? Oh, yeah. Isn't that so crazy? But that doesn't have any of the in-between stuff, man. It just has the seven tracks with the seven tests. Because you know, you know what the crazy thing is. Like in a lot of hours, right? He went like Saturday in a sense. And seven is the number of Saturday in like in the college. Yeah. Right? And then 10th is like, I think he's kicking up the storm of like Saturday. And it came back around. How many years has it been? 28 years? too long. It's just like I was not 19. I don't know. But like yeah man, I've been sadder. Oh, it's so great. It's so great to be here with you, bro. Hey man, I appreciate all of your support, dude. And echoing the words that we're putting out. It means the world, bro. I'm not beautiful to connect with you. Dude, this conversation is insane. It's like, I don't know, man. It's like if you met Jesus something like that. I don't know. I don't know. I want to use experiences that I've had. I don't know who's listening to this. Can I speak to you here? Can I speak to you? Yeah. All right. So I went to like a crazy place and they've 600 half a year in a works and put on like 3, 3, 3 and a wake in the fire and they had a cookie today and I swear to God I don't know the curse of artists they're like butterflies right so you guys are to butterflies are automatically designed in such a way that they're incapable of seeing their own rings, right? So like just the eyes can't see their own wings. They're just in the floating characters. So you can tell your best, you can realize the fact that if you have your wings, you can't see the wings, that thing would happen, right? So I had to take it on a lot of it's way better for the time, it's like a build. And I'm like, oh no again, like she's just well that's all I can say and the thing is that out I don't know Jesus well like I'm more likely to chill and you could be there man so like it's one of them that it's just so much longer that it's like I'm shivering and trembling like that I knew about this so yeah basically when I see this one the next two people have to be coming out hey I'm working on it slowly but surely I mean you've you've got access to some of the other unreleased tracks on Patreon. I hope you was able to find them. I know they're MP3, but they are there. There's a couple that are there if you dig. Well, what is it? I got to have some frame. I got to like it a bit of a mix. DMT. And right now I'm in, I'm going to take the DMT. Yes, you need, yes. It's really good for sure. DMT and what is called BMT. DMT in one called breathe. You got it, those are the new unreleased tracks. Yeah. Do you want to send? Should I send you some in a minute? Oh no, I'm just kidding. The CDN and the follow CD, you know? Like anyway, I'm in this place, but now we're Steve Jobs, the market doctor, we're paying to get there, you know? We're working stuff. So I'm thinking, listen, I want to, I can, like, I have this gimbal in stuff. I can make, like, promo videos for you or something, just walking up and down. And this guy is, like, a massive fan. check it out. So this guy, he's like a big, big, big, big sign of Jesus. And you're like, my Jesus boy. So, you know, and it says this, he's blue. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. How can I stand here, Ralph? Okay. So we're, hey, man, thanks for, thanks for jumping in, dude. And I'll open these up more at the end of the podcast and, you know, even for the hangout afterwards, man, but thanks for coming on, hanging out, brother, brother, all his love, man. That's a fun talk for you. I'm here for you. I'm here for you, bro. I wish you should be like signed up as a ghost. I wish you should be an employee, you're supposed to. So yeah, like, don't fire me like I wake in my fire, please. All right, brother. Thanks for coming on, dude. Let's many blesses, bro. Shout out. You can hang out if you like. good stuff so all right let's see here we go boom that's it listen we're trying to figure out this technology Billy says that guy's a trip now shield is definitely a trip he's a beautiful soul beautiful individual and good stuff man good to finally meet with you man he's been telling a lot of people in India about my work and about my music and about my podcasts and things like that and it means the world that, you know, for people to promote and to share and, you know, word of mouth and organic exposure is the best exposure that you can get, the best publicity that you can get. The interesting thing with SHIELD is that I don't know, I had this weird thing in my mind, not just with him, but other people who've reached out to me from India, people who are into my work or into, you know, they've read my book and they listen to the music, they listen to the podcast and stuff. And I remember the first time you know, she'll reaching out and a few others. From India, just saying how much they were touched by the message and the message of Christ and liberty and all of that kind of stuff. And in my mind, I look to the east for spirituality, right? And we look to, you know, India, we look to, you know, yoga and Kundalini and all of these expressions and even Christianity coming from the Eastern, Eastern mysticism. But now they're over there in the east looking to the west, looking at us. I mean, they're even for Christianity. They're not looking at what they have because it's normal or that's played out or whatever. They're looking at Western Christianity. And it's like this back and forth, again, going back to the grasses, greener dichotomy that I spoke about about always thinking it's better on the other side. So seeing the people in India look to the west for answers and seeing people in the west look to India for answers, find a very strange and it really it really uh it really touched me and um really opened my eyes just to to truth and stuff and see how everyone uh everyone uh our seekers you know everyone is uh is on this path of this journey where they're looking, but you're not gonna find it by looking outside of yourself. You're gonna find it by looking with him. The death thing is a big thing that we're all, it's so weird because it's like an elephant that's in the room, I feel like that once you really think about it, it messes with you. You know, it's like the elephant in the room that we're not talking about, we're just trying to do whatever we can create stuff and get wealth and have relationships and love or whatever until we expire out is something that is coming so you know there's even if you did prepare for it there is no way to prepare to know exactly what it is or exactly what happens and so we listen to podcasts like these we talk to people who claim to have experiences with the other realms and the other side that can maybe alleviate your fear for a bit, you know, psychedelics plays a big part of it, breath, work, mindfulness, knowing who you are coming to grips with your own mortality, at least in the flesh. I'm not talking about it stepping into eternity as a spirit being or the essence of who you really are, which is what many people believe, that the essence of who you really are continues on. But as far as like, I mean, it's weird. I am big into this stuff. I still get freaked out as much as I've seen as much as I've studied. Maybe even that freaks me out because I still preparing for the unexpected. How do you prepare? How do you prepare for a tornado to hit your house? Like, how do you prepare? Do you take shelter? Do you get under the mattress? You know, you get in the bathtub, you get in the closet, like, how do you prepare for this? Well, it's happened before people have survived it. You know, people have come back with stories about what happens when the tornado hits and it's, you can survive it. Like, I don't know, like, it's very hard to survive and, and I don't know if you can, you know, so it's like, you're trying to prolong the inevitable and it is scary. I'd be, because again, going back to to some of the things I've said on the podcast was like, there was a point of me where I was depressed and I was sad and I hated myself and I wanted to die. And, but now I've created this life, essentially a heaven on earth. I get to wake up and do what I love for a living. I have a beautiful family. You know, there's so many things that are right and there's so many things that are good. Don't get me wrong, there are things that are bad and stuff too, but I've created this life that I love. And I don't wanna let it go. I don't want to let it go. I want it to stay like this forever. Guess what? That can't happen. That that's not going to happen. It's things are going to change. Death is inevitable, you know, we are, we're going to pass on. How do you prepare for that tornado in your mind, in your heart? The absence of breath wouldn't that fight? You take that last breath like, how does that feel? Is it scary? Does it hurt? Like we've heard a lot of stories. We're trying to make sense of it. I freak myself out by watching movies about this stuff and listening to stories and trying to alleviate my fear, but it's still there. My hope is in Christ. My hope is that I step into eternity and here well done. I good and faithful servant and I'm embraced by my family, by my friends, by Christ and the angels and the angelic. Listen, that's what I believe. That's what I've chosen to believe and I put my faith in trust in. But what if that is just me trying to make sense and buy my time for whatever happens on the other side? It's scary, it is. So for people to say I know exactly where I'm going, when I die, I'll be in sweep by and by, you don't know. You have faith, that's what faith comes in and that's why this is a faith game. If we knew what happens then, there is no room for faith because you're certain you've already, you know exactly what happens. So there is no faith or trust. How do you prepare for that tornado? That's gonna hit. How do you prepare? And even I'll say this like, of that everything is temporal. And I feel the only thing I know is eternity past from when I was a child to where I am now. And counting time and looking at the clock and really counting birthdays. I can count those birthdays and they're getting more and more and I'm stacking them up and I'm moving along. And I can count that. and look back, I have memories, great memories, beautiful memories, scary memories, memories, sad memories. People aren't here anymore, friends are dropping off. Boom, boom, boom, damn. They're not with us no more. Man, I was just here. We were just going to the same clown posse concert, saying drinking fago and singing juggle of songs, and now you're not here. I don't get the hug, I don't get the quote violin J lyrics to him no more. I don't get to tell jokes to him, no he's gone. forever he's not coming back. He's not coming back. I didn't another one, boom, boom, another one, boom, childhood friends. They're gone. Oh, what happened to them yesterday? My cousin hit me up. Hey, you remember someone? So we went to school with it? Yeah, he's gone, bro. He just died. Five years, three years past time goes on. People fall off. I'm still here. I'm still biting my time. We all are. If you're listening to this, we all are. What can we do? We can make memories, man. We can make memories, we can be in the moment. I'm scared of nostalgia because I live in those memories, again I'm thinking of my friend of riding and listening to those ICP songs and going to the concerts and telling jokes, I have to fight myself from living in those past memories to be present. That's why I'm big on mindfulness. That's why I am big on living in the now moment because it's so easily to be brought back to being here in a song and immediately I'm seven years old riding in the back seat of my mama's car. I hear another song. I'm transported to a party where I first heard that song. I hear another worship song and I remember the first time I felt the presence of Jesus and I'm just like living in all of these memories that I've made, beautiful, bad, all over the place so let's do the mindfulness stuff. the spirituality to live in the now moment. There's this weird thing, let's just travel here for a moment. Then nostalgia, that my good friend, Ritchie Breath, we did a show on it. But nostalgia of living in these memories or, you know, being reminded of the things of the past. And nostalgia is a time machine. It can take you back. You can smell a scent and automatically you're somewhere else where You first smelled that scent. There's different things, but what about this? What about? You know this nostalgia almost acts like a Time machine, but a life review what they say before you die You're gonna go through the life review when I died I seen every choice that I made and it was there before me and I seen everything happening at once and it's sped up And I've seen all of these things that I've ever done and I had a life review list and every day is like a Life review for those who are mindful for those who are doing the inner work for those who are examining themselves and their Intentions and their motives and you're haunted by the bad stuff that you've done in the past and you're trying to make peace with it Even now why you still have breath like that's a life review. We live in a state of a constant life review of Constantly trying to make things right It is just this weird notion in between where listen is weird when you know, I'm dealing with that stuff I'll always dealt with it. So is it like Am I about to die like because I'm I'm going through this life review and I'm seeing all the bad stuff I've done And I'm trying to make peace with it. Am I in that in between place am I loose it in this dream again? Some people have had to die or to lose oxygen to step into that place of this life review. We've hacked it through spirituality, through meditation, through being lucid in the dream. We're in the constant state of a perpetual life review. Deep gets interesting. So the thing that I have it all figured out, listen, we operate off of faith. Ali, my friend and chat, says that suicide is at a high right now. Death is inevitable. Talking about it helps digest the concept, weighing the self, living in purpose, talk, it helps. For sure, 100% all of it, the good, the bad, the ugly, uh, becoming one, uh, being okay in your skin, all of that good stuff. Shout out the grim, love you, bro. Just, uh, see him in chat, just kind of didn't mention you, but mentioned my flight to come see you, bro. When I said, I took that flight to, uh, to Denver, I went up there to see grim and had the, uh, opportunity to lead his wedding ceremony with him and his amazing wife, and it was so awesome, bro. Thank you for allowing me to do that. That was so awesome. And got to take my first flight and that's what it was. So may shout out to friends and into family. Again, the chat is open for a few more minutes if you want to jump in on the Zoom chat. If you are on Patreon, you should have that on your email. You can get access there in the link. I just wanted to open this up for community, to hear people's voices, connect with people for the first time, she else been promoting and sharing my work for some time. And it was so awesome to talk to you. There are universal truths that you must come to. When we're talking about passing these tests, even in the nostalgia, even in the memories of being tested, it is how do you pass it? And I don't know if I was setting them up, but I figured it would be the same thing what when I was talking to Steve was like, the way you pass it is to respond with love. You respond with love. Every, every test, every trial, you're going to have to keep taking it over and over. Same stuff. If you keep failing by responding with judgment, responding with bitterness or hatred or are being afraid or whatever, but responding with faith and responding with love is how you pass every test. And that's how you move from one level to the next. You wanna get to the next level in your spirituality, in your life, in your career, whatever it is. Respond with love, listen, love is integrity. Love is patient, love is kind. Love keeps no records of wrong, love does not boast. Love is there for you. Understand what love is. And when we say respond with love, everybody just got this, you don't know what love is. But understand what love is and respond with it to be present, to be in the moment. And that's how you get from one level to the next. And that's what we're all learning, for sure, whether you have to go in a life review, whether you have to take ayahuasca, sillasibin, or go in a near-death experience, experience it through mindfulness and meditation and prayer and worship, we all get a piece of heaven. We all get a glimpse into that realm when we close our eyes, when we focus on it. Once you close out, and this is what we're finding out, once you stop sensory input, you go into a sensory deprivation tank, where you're laying in the water that is the same temperature as your body, and the water has salt in it, so it's really dense and you're floating on this water that feels the same temperature as your body. Guess what? Because of that, you don't feel the water anymore. You don't feel sensory input, your eyes closed, and you're just there floating. You're talking about hacking the dream state and going to that place. That's what you're doing. So we found a way to do that through prayer, through meditation, through mindfulness. Religion has experienced this and they're writing the rules of engagement. How to facilitate this, how to continue it, how to go deeper in it. What do you do once you get there? We've been doing this since the beginning, trying to make peace with our death, trying to make peace with what happens. We're creating new religions, because some of the rules we don't like or some of the concepts we create a new one, we'll create a new denomination of Christianity, a new offspring or offshoot of Islam or Hinduism or whatever, that suits us, that feels more better, that we can operate in and do the things that we like and be the type of person we want to be, live the life that we want to live, but still be okay in death, still be okay in death. But I think the way that you be okay in death is to be okay in the now here, make peace with your past, make peace with your future, make peace with your presence. You are one with all things and again that's what all the great teachers are teaching. I really think that's the essence of all religions, the majority anyway, to be, okay, to be comfortable in your skin. And what, what, what hinders that sin, you know, overindulgence, escapism, that hinders, those are, those are symptoms that you're not okay. Those are symptoms that you're not okay in your skin, overindulgence, wanting to feel, wanting to escape. Listen, it's okay. You're fearfully wonderfully made. This experience is beautiful and unique unto you. Don't escape it. Don't fleet it. Be present. Yes, explore. Yes, be free. But be okay. Because guess what? This moment right now, this podcast, when you're listening to it, you're never going to get it again. It is fleeting. It is moving. That interview we just did, we're never gonna have that again. That's a memory. We're constantly in that memory. We're constantly moving forward. So bring your awareness to the breath. The one thing that connects us all. Let us conspire together. Let us breathe together. Let us share this breath together, for we all are one. We all are emanations of God. That is experiencing itself here on earth through the breath, individuality. I was trying to go back to this a while ago, but preparing for that tornado and I can measure my life through this 36 years that I've been here. I've got memories and I can go back and revisit them at will. When I go to sleep, it's like a time machine. Like I hear a song, I'm pulled out of my body. I'm having an out-of-body experience when I hear songs, when I see pictures, when I, because of my memories and my affiliation with those memories and what they represent. I'm traveling. Not when I'm asleep, but when I'm awake, it's very strange. But even your normality, the place of your dwelling that exists, you get comfortable. You don't have to talk about death, you don't have to talk about change, things have been the same. Listen, my bedroom. We've done a lot of work on the house and changed up stuff in my living room and even in this room that was once a bedroom that was once had no pictures on the wall and so this kind of went through like a little change and it's fresh but my bedroom has been the same. Like we have family portraits up in the bedroom, we have wall flags and and pictures and murals and and things up in the bedroom and we haven't really changed the layout in a long time. So there's this normality of like, okay, this is my safe space. This is constant. This bedroom is constant. It's been this way for 15 years. It's going to continue to be this way forever. There's this weird notion that I'm going to be truthful. I'm going to be Derek forever, my identity forever. This is me. I'm creating myself. But then we're getting ready to move. I'm moving into a new office, we're moving into a new house. And then we start taking down stuff off the wall in the bedroom. I say, we my wife, my wife's working her butt off on movements. Kudo sat out to my wife. She's working her butt off. We're getting rid of a lot of stuff, but just taking pictures down, wall flags down, we have like, we have, we had about Big Bob Marley, like, throw blanket and we took that down as above the behind the bed and like a backdrop and stuff and taking everything down and the room looks different and it sounds different when we talk in our room now because all the posters are off the wall and the the fabrics and stuff are taken down. So when we talk it, you still like, it's very strange. And you still like, you know, um, be condensed a little bit. But now when we talk, it's bouncing off the wall coming back and you can hear an echo in the same room. And those pictures that were there for 15 years are gone. So it's like, wow, in that instant, this place that I was comfortable in this place that that has been the same for 15 years. And I've, it's going to be the the same for 15 more years in this, you know, sense of normalcy in my bedroom in my safe place. It's changing and it's gone. And it's a very weird sense of the pictures are gone. One day, guess what, all of it's gonna be gone. My bedroom, the TV, like everything in this house is gonna be gone and you'll be in that empty house of a place where you felt normalcy. And it exists that you can touch things, then that's gonna be gone and it's gonna be moved somewhere for a period of time but a hundred years from now what happens what pictures are up what family is in that house is my family still gonna be in a house I'm gone I'm long gone except for technology and you know my music and living on through my music and living on through my podcast and things like this hopefully that that I'm eternal in this, in this realm, that way. Truths taken, not the essence of who I am, because that's gone, maybe I'm hanging around, maybe there's imprints in the ethers. That's what we explore on this podcast. But as far as me, I'm gone. Hopefully I die out as an old man, and you know, have a death where I just get to tell everybody, buy and take my last breath. Like, that's what we think is gonna happen. You're not promised tomorrow. Do what you're supposed to do now. Make amends today. Today is the only moment you have now is the only moment that exists. You're not promised tomorrow. I just find it so weird death and near death experiences and the fact that, you know, I could easily wake up on Saturday morning and tell my family, hey, I'm going to get doughnuts, I'll be right back. Even in again nostalgia and when I say that my mind goes to the movie scream Never say I'll be right back. I'll be right back. Don't never say that Because you leave out you go in you you're getting a car accident. You don't show up You know tornado hits the house while you're gone like you know To we think that we have eternity here. We don't Well, at least in this experience, this is fleeting, make the best of it, enjoy life, man, enjoy people, enjoy friends, enjoy family, enjoy your spirituality, whatever helps you to feel alive and to be a human. Don't escape it. Listen, those pressures and those pains, listen, they come and go. They come and they are not eternal. We will be gone soon, ladies and gentlemen. You got a hundred years if you're lucky, and I don't live 36 of them if I even get that. Make it 40. I don't know. I'm not promised tomorrow, but I'm mindful in this moment. That's why we do what we do. That's why we get woo-woo-woo on you, so we'll be present in the moment. To be mindful and make those memories that we can't remake, you can try to, but you can't redo it. Now is all you have. Be present, bring it to fruition, the life that you want to experience while you were here so that when you do get there, if you are encountered by Christ or God, you say, what did you do with the talents that I gave you? Man, look, I used them. I made the best of my breath. I made the best of my hands, of my feet, of my mind, of my body, of my ability to be here, to influence, to bring forth the change, to be, to step out into ingenuity, to create, to inspire others, man. Listen, I was a good faithful, Stuart, with everything that you've given me. He says, well done, my good and faithful servant. You really knew what it was to be a human, to be alive. You did not miss life. You lived it to the fullest. One of his I guess how he found me how a lot of people find me is through my song ghost and that song is about Stepping into eternity And that's one of the only songs that I wrote and I was crying when I wrote it because I'm you guys here How deep I'm getting we're trying to get on death like I wrote that song about death And this is like a goodbye not a goodbye note, but like hey, have you find this man? know that I love you, know that I live life to the fullest, know that there's beauty in God and God and Christ and the breath and that I'm gonna try to communicate with you from the other side when you feel the cool of the breeze, when you see a picture of me know that I'm there like trying to capture that stuff and so she'll you know he a lot of people find me through that song, there's something about being open and being honest with all of this stuff and to try to articulate what people are experiencing. The crazy thing is that I'm the only one that thinks this, I don't buy that for a moment. Not at all. It is crazy. Maybe I'm the only one that's vocalizing it like this or to hear, being a Christian, being one who like a follower and a devotee of Jesus like you have been given everlasting life. You're stepping on into eternity. But even if that's true light, that transition. What does it feel like? They don't go into a lot of detail when the spirit leaves the body. What does it feel like? You know what I'm saying? So there is that fear of the inevitable or fear of the unknown. It's It's okay, less of a Christian. I think I'm more of a Christian, because let me, I honestly know what y'all are trying to convince yourself out of, you know what I'm saying? And I know it's not good. It's morbid to continue thinking about death and decay and watching stuff, because even that can prevent you from being in the now moment, because you're living in the future. You're living in something that obviously it's inevitable, but you may have 40 years. You may have 50 years, 100 years, whatever it is. You may have a day, why don't you go there? Like, you know what I'm saying? Be in the moment, guys. Breathe every breath like it's your last. We're gonna miss the little things, man. There's things that the ghosts and the angels, they don't get to check out. They don't get to hug a child. They don't get to send a kid to school. They don't get to eat a bar of chocolate. They don't get to smell a fresh cake being baked fresh bread. They don't get to put their feet in the grass. Listen. Do it. Wherever you are, man, be in the moment. Get out in nature. Be mindful. Take that breath and breathe every breath like it's your last. It just might be. No, Scott, I'm trying to scare you. I'm trying to wake you. Wake you up. Wake up. Because you sleep. Those who are awake know exactly what I'm talking about. So we're good. But those of you who are asleep, you know what I mean. Here's an interesting thing. Ali says that death feels like a hard sneeze, says a scientist who studied the brain wave patterns, pretty huge feeling in the encapsulates all the senses. Yeah, I'm sure like an explosion, right? Maybe like an orgasm even, you know, everything being released. I mean, I feel like you're being, there's a release, right? Even your body functions and like maybe everything at once, maybe not just a sneeze. Man, let's just get deeper. Maybe a sneeze, maybe an orgasm, maybe, you know, you know what I'm saying? Releasing through like your bowel movements, like everything at once and exhale. Are you stepping to eternity with all of it at once? Maybe. that would feel pretty cool. You know, that would feel cool to release and to give up the ghost, to give up the ghost, and to transition. Come on, man. As I'm trying to wrap my brain around it too, no doubt. They don't really, even in near it. See, that's the thing with the near death experiences, which I love, but they don't really they've come back like you know what I'm saying so a lot of questions in it a lot of stuff but explore, explore the unknown you know explore it a few more minutes here for anybody who wants to join join in ask questions join the conversation add something to the table the link to join this conversation is on Patreon right now you get access to that we'll be doing this more often we'll be doing community chats, round table discussions, all of that. But I want to make it available to be in the moment to have this conversation and have you join in again that tomorrow, guess what? There's no opportunity, this conversation's over. We can go back and listen to it. We can share it. It's going to help a lot of people. It's going to go out to thousands of people who hear it. But we're creating it right now. Be a co-creator if you want to join in and support the work. That's one thing that you're getting access to on Patreon is that you get to join in on these conversations and even on the back end. So I'm excited to try to do that again. We wanted to do, you know, open line calls and to do that, you gotta have a live screener, you gotta be able to get the person to ask the questions and all that kind of stuff. But you got a lot of trolls. I mean, we are in the year of the troll. 2020 is the year of the troll. We're being trolled by God, we're being trolled by Trump, we're being trolled by Biden. Come on now, preach, it's the year of the troll. So when you open up a live stream like this or a prayer stream or something for random people to call in, they call in and they troll you, they call in and they curse or they call in and say I need prayer, I gotta, you know, something crazy going on and they're just making it up or they'll call in and act like they're speaking in tongues or calling and start cursing. And so I've had that happen many times on this podcast And even when I've, it's very disrespectful to do that to the guest. First of all, it's disrespectful for to me, but, you know, damn me really, but I want to set up a place for the guest. So if people want to ask the guest questions to be interactive, I want to know some random people calling in, curts it out my guest or calling them pedophiles or whatever they, you know, people are shot out. So anyway, that's one thing that you'll get. So if people want to join in, you can join in through the Patreon link. so I at least know who you are, have your email and all that kind of stuff. So, without further ado, man, I think that's about it. I think that we are gonna end this stream. Lot of cool stuff lined up, lot of cool stuff going on. I will say again to plug my program, the path of the healer, I'm having so much fun and it's beautiful to see progress. And many of my students and people who are learning under what I'm bringing to the table. And so it's really cool. So I'm blessed to be able to facilitate that and to be a part of it. We are going to launch it again in February. So for those of you who wanna be a part of that eight week program with me, training you in essentially everything that I do, I can't train you in anything else. I can't train you in and something that I've not experienced. So whatever I'm doing as far as if you wanna start a podcast, If you want to do one-on-one counseling and do it be a spiritual life coach, a spiritual entrepreneur to use the gifts that God has given you to make an income, to make a paycheck off of what you love to do, podcasting, giving life advice, blogging, YouTube videos, all of it. You can do that. I'm rolling that back out. You can register now on the website. If you go to troops to get.com, it's called the path of the healer. You can get access to that and check it out. So I'm excited. We're having so much fun. The brother, Richie Breath is coming on. I see him in chat, he's coming on. We're talking about nostalgia. I can't mention nostalgia without Richie Breath coming on, bro. What up, man? Hello, hello. How are you? I'm good, how you doing? Doing very well, thank you much. You appreciated the episode, appreciated the previous commentary on your ghost track and very much got a lot of resonance that's what you're laying down because this is a time in space where it's important for us to be connecting with people that we know we believe in them. We may not have to believe in their beliefs, but we're believing in them. And I really appreciate your platform because there's a lot of people that come through that I don't know if I would have been exposed to otherwise. So much thanks and gratitude. Did I have a question though? Sure. So I've, I don't know, if you'd be able to define it, is there much of a definition between or difference in definition between meditation and prayer to you? Or are they pretty similar? There's a difference for most people, but they, once you get deeper into it, they do blend over. You know, they definitely blend over it. I'm working on a, I'm working on a course, where I go into the deep secrets and aspects of prayer. There's many ways to pray. There's how to get your prayers heard. Approaching it from like an ancient biblical perspective of the different ways to hold your hands and how do we pray and should we open our eyes? Should we have our heads covered? We've poured the energy and essence that is coming out of our heads. There's an even to receive through the crown. So there's a lot of different things that hasn't been taught that I'm gonna define in this course, the prayer and meditation, I think it gets deep when you tap in through meditation and you're into that kind of trance state. And then you pray to petition heaven to petition God, to ask for things. I think that's how many people see prayer is that I'm gonna ask God to show up. I'm gonna ask for a raise and God's gonna meet my needs or we're going to war with another country and we're gonna ask for divine protection to go to war and then they're asking for protection from their gods. And so there's this petitioning of heaven, but I really feel that prayer moves into is in this place of like a prophetic prophesying prayer where we're speaking it into existence, where we understand the power of our words that yes, we're asking God, we're asking the universe, but that asking is also creating it, right? As we speak it, as we, you know, put it out into the universe. We are creating it to to manifest it to come into our lives. And so there's an aspect of that as well. There's many different modes and modalities as you know, which different religions and different sects practice. And I think that they're all beautiful. So to say that prayer is only this prayer is only petitioning God or asking, I think prayer is that fellowship with God, prayer is that fellowship with moving things around in your reality. Like, okay, get out of my life, I need this, I'm making room for this. It is that evaluate self evaluation to make sure that whatever I'm asking for that I have created a beautiful place for that thing to come and live. You know, so a little bit of all of it, man, we can get deep with prayer for sure. Nice, for sure. Very much appreciated gratitude, offer some clarity because I know this is like a specifically in the gratitude season that we're going into if people are spending a lot of time thinking about where their prayers are, where their energy is and where the focuses and I really appreciate and can admire the fact that you mentioned that it has more to do with like accepting where you are and then pursuing from there the direction that you want to be sharing the energy connecting with God with the intention of moving your energy with it rather than being like so can you do this for me so much appreciation gratitude gratitude for sure yeah seeing your website this morning man looks really good man you want to tell people where to go check out your your website and some of your services okay for sure absolutely website redesign and I put together as rainbowcrystal.org. It's for wellness, focusing on things like yoga, breathwork, chigong, and Tai Chi. It also gets a little more targeted and advanced for people who have specific goals, but overall it's being able to bring the ideas that we're already healthy. All we have to do is slow down and breathe and remember that. So thank you much. Yes, latest in a breath, man. Sure, absolutely. I'd say first, realize, are you full of air by now or are you empty? It's kind of like find out where your lungs are because some people start. And they're kind of default part load is really full. Whereas other people, their starting mode is very empty out of there. So as soon as you found wherever you want to be, breathing in and breathing out, go ahead and give yourself the count of three. So let's breathe in in for three. And then breathe it out for a count of three. I do that same thing three times. So if you do it again, just count on your head, breathe it out. One, two, three. The third one, so we had two sets of three. This is the third one, one, two, three. We did now, one, two, three. To me, that's like a pass code of peace. There was this crazy prince I read about in the book that said that we can all be peaceful if we just kind of remember the godliness within. So, much appreciated and thank you. Good, good, thank you, brother. Beautiful to conspire and share that breath with you, man. We'll do more. Soon, brother, thank you for all that you're doing. Talk with you, soon, man. For sure, gratitude to the school of the mystics. Thank you, everybody. Peace. Sure. So I'm so alone. All right, everybody. Thanks for hanging out with us. Really enjoyed this discussion and this mindful minute and letting me unload about coming to grips and touch with my own mortality, you know, and spirituality and mindfulness really helps that we bless this immunity that we remember to breathe and be in the moment and conspire together. It's so fun. makes us feel alive. And what I want to do is not scare you. Not be the bearer of bad news, but to remind you to hug your children, to kiss your spouse, to bless your enemy. Amen. Thank you, bro. You showed me things that I didn't see before. Don't get mad. Don't let it steal your peace. Don't let it steal your joy. Jesus had blessed some. Amen. Bless up. Thank you for all that you bring to the table, man, I respect your journey. You know, I may not agree with it, but I respect it. Thank you. God bless you, sir. Bless them that curse you.
