When understanding fallen angels within the Bible we must consider Genesis Chapter 6. Genesis 6:4 reads; There were giants in the earth in those days; and also after that, when the sons of God came in unto the daughters of men, and they bore children to them, the same became mighty men which were of old, men of renown. Dissecting this verse we see that the Bible uses the term “Sons of God” (“Bene ha Elohim”) which is continually used when speaking about the angels. The text says that the sons of God or angels “came into” (implying sexual union) the daughters of men and bore giants or mighty men, men of renown. This notion implies that the angels looked down from their heavenly habitat and saw women on the earth with such beauty that they could not control themselves. They left heaven and came down to mate with women, which was forbidden. These women bore children from these angels and the children were believed to be angel / human hybrids or giants known as the Nephilim. When the angels tried to ascend back into heaven God forbade them because they were not to defile themselves with women. God then punishes them by sending them into hell or the deep parts of the earth to be restrained in chain of darkness until judgement day where they will be judged by Yahweh and the saints of God. Hence the scripture says;

Do you not know that we will judge angels? | 1 Corinthians 6:3

Now the children of the fallen angels and women were believed to be evil. The Book of Enoch says that they were eating people and teaching mankind all types of wickedness. It was also said that the children were so big that most of the mothers died in labor. The reason that God sent the deluge or flood of Noah to wipe the Nephilim off of the face of the earth was because of their wickedness and how much of an influence they had over mankind. God sent forth a spirit upon them to cause them to be at war with one another and this is also believed to be where the Wars of the Titans arose from as well as many of the Greek and Egyptian stories. When a Nephilim died, God forbid their spirit from entering heaven and yet they were not to be on earth either so God left them stuck between the realms longing for rest and finding none. They now torment and influence mankind from the ethers. They still long to have a body and get to feel the sensations of their past life as long as they have a human host. When they entice men to murder, rob or commit any type of wickedness on their earth, they get to feel that pleasure. They miss their pervious form and the delicacies of humanity. The souls of the Nephilim are what we now consider a sect of evil spirits. This is the doctrine according to the book of Enoch that is also reiterated throughout the scriptures. Enoch was once held in high regard by the early church but Constantine and the council of Nicaea removed many of the books that were once within the Bible. The book of Jude almost did not make the cut because it contains a direct prophecy quoted from the Book of Enoch saying; And Enoch also, the seventh from Adam, prophesied of these, saying, Behold, the Lord cometh with ten thousands of his saints, To execute judgment upon all, and to convince all that are ungodly among them of all their ungodly deeds which they have ungodly committed, and of all their hard speeches which ungodly sinners have spoken against him. | Jude 1:15

The book of second peter was also up for debate because it also gives and obscure reference to the angels that left their abode:

For if God spared not the angels that sinned, but cast them down to hell, and delivered them into chains of darkness, to be reserved unto judgment; And spared not the old world, but saved Noah the eighth person, a preacher of righteousness, bringing in the flood upon the world of the ungodly; | 2 Peter 2:4-5
