Many in Christendom are now practicing what is called “Ascensions” where they leave their body and spirit travel to heavenly realms. Some within these circles make a staunt distinction between spirit travel and astral projection. Most who present themselves as authorities on this subject say that there are differences, but are there really? Are these the same thing? Is one demonic and the other holy? Does one limit you to lower realms and the other the higher? Can non Christians travel to the higher dimensions? I have heard wild theories from all over the board with people claim this or that and placing rules around spirit travel.
