Dr.Jess Tregle is an energy healer who teaches classes on meditation and leads people into inner child healing. There are many ways that we can experience healing and Jess believes that different approaches to healing therapy may work depending on and individuals own faith or belief. Meditation has many benefits and we can say for sure that there is no one correct way of practicing meditation. Some like to empty out their minds and other enjoy guided meditations with someone leading them with a soothing voice describing an enchanted walk through a forest or a journey along the seashore. Some use meditation just as a practice of mindfulness and just finding their center to bring life into perspective and not left the worries of the day run their life. Other use meditation to try and contact their guardian angels, God, their higher self as well as interdimensional beings. With that being said just know that there is not one particular right way to meditate. However the power lies within the stillness and bringing your awareness into the NOW moment. The NOW moment is where goal are set and gamplans are made to bring about manifestation into our lives. It is an attention shift, switching the knob off of autopilot and into intentional living. This is the power of meditation and its principles are universal regardless of race or creed. Many of the Holy books such as the Bible and Bhagavad Gita speak about practicing meditation and actually achieving higher states of consciousness such as trance states. Many enter this state accompanied with chanting, music and holotropic breathing techniques to bring the body and mind into unison and into a more relaxed state.
