into today's discussion, which is with
my friend
Dan, Daniel Askewpinsky. Dan, what's
going on, bro?
What up? What up, brother?
How are you, man?
Volume good?
You think so? Yeah.
Yeah, cool.
How are you, G?
We we are
here in the capital of Honduras right
now, Tegucigalpa in the background.
And uh
trying to get back to our farm in
Nicaragua, hoping today we catch the
break through and permission to go.
We've been
out of the country for about 3 months.
And uh just traveling around and and
getting some legal stuff handled and
now we're trying to make our way back to
Nicaragua, so making the best of it.
For sure, man. That's what's up. So,
sending prayers, light and love to you
guys working through that, man. That's
just crazy. But, your life that's your
life though, dog. Like, this is what
it's been, so it's like I don't think
there's nothing abnormal cuz it's like
always something with that like that.
Yeah. Yeah.
Um so,
let's talk a little bit about it, man.
We don't have to go into detail.
Um we we I don't know if you want to
one of us give the the beef or whatever
that happened. We had some disagreements
and
uh a couple of years ago, probably 4
years ago now, and uh just in different
places in our lives with with the
pendulum and and stuff like that and
ended up calling each other out and on
some stuff and and ended up beefing, and
we were really close. Like, really
really close, and then something
happened, and then it was like, "Okay,
you're dead to me." You know what I'm
saying? And uh both of us, and uh and
it's been 4 years. And so, recently
we
got invited to to the Kirby conference
and do you want to just kind of unpack
just the conference part? Just know
people know that we were like not on
speaking terms for 4 years after being
really close
and then the Kirby thing.
Yeah, well probably
probably about a year ago I'm thinking
I was home in the states and I was
working one day and you hit me up.
I was surprised cuz I don't even think I
had
I mean I didn't have your number in that
phone that I had or whatever and I got a
phone call and it was you and I was
like, "What? Oh, yo."
And we just kind of talked for a minute.
Um
we it was kind of like
let's let's move on, but we didn't
really really actually get to talk about
anything that had happened. So, it was
kind of cool, but at the same time it
was like we didn't really address
anything. Um
and then
I was
kind of in a similar place to
when we had the falling out originally
anyway, which was just being at
different
I was like, "It's been 4 years. Maybe
we've both grown, you know."
But so we we just got off another
interview right now where we were
talking about oneness and the transition
out of duality and into oneness and how
sometimes that's a sloppy process.
And it it a lot of times it comes with
back-and-forth-ness,
double-mindedness.
You start getting a new revelation on
something.
It's exciting. You start moving into it,
but it's all uncharted territory.
And then something to make you question
or doubt and you run back to familiar
territory and so just
it's always been without because
truth about me and you and why we hit it
off so good and why we were so close
because we're very similar in the fact
that
we've kind of been pioneering a lot of
this stuff for a long time. Meaning for
people who are in the organized church
culture and religion
to step out of the boundaries and to
dive deep into a lot of the stuff that
we have,
for us it was uncharted territory. We
didn't have somebody leading us into it
and discipling us in it. It was us by
faith,
jumping into the unknown because we knew
even if we didn't know what we were
doing, we knew that we were being pushed
or propelled to do it.
But, seemed like So, we we resonated big
time. We had a like the first day I ever
talked to you, by the end of the day it
was like, "Do you want to co-host my
show with me?" And then the next week
you you're in the family, we're in
Orlando, and we was hanging out at the
hotel, you know? So, it was a very quick
um
relationship and bond, but I think we
that we were still both on our own
individual journey
with that pendulum swinging here and
there, and we it was very rarely that I
felt like
that we were both in that middle point
at the same time.
Yeah. Yeah, yeah, yeah, for sure. Cuz
even even you would come down, and we
did some baptisms together, and I was
under I was still under such like guilt,
shame, and condemnation that I didn't
want to be on camera. I didn't want I
still suffer from a lot of that, you
know what I'm saying? When it comes to
the church realm and stuff. I know who I
am, but it still messes with me, but
yeah, just like we've we're both kind of
like this.
either either I would be
kind of
stepping back from what people would
call new age stuff and all that. I would
be kind of like withdrawing back from it
for a while to just just focus on Jesus,
while you would like, "I'm diving in."
And then I'd come back around like
looking into astrotheology or this or
that, and you're like,
"I'm go- I'm
And then I'm like, "Listen, bro, it's
only Jesus, man. We don't need none of
that, dude."
Yeah, so so at times we would both be
on the same place, and it would be
awesome, cuz when we would be in that
place,
we would people would the shows would
blow up. People loved the chemistry and
stuff. But then, and because also I
lived out of the country, a lot of times
I would have difficulties with even the
internet and stuff. So, it was just a
weird thing that
it was always kind of like these two
swings going the opposite direction.
And I'm I'm an extremist,
you know? Whatever I'm doing, I'm
pushing full force in that direction.
And uh so, we just
started having certain things where we
were just on opposite wavelength
sometimes. And you know,
when when you're trying to make sure
you're
in the right or you're trying to make
sure that you're
in the truth,
a lot of stuff freaks you out.
You know what I'm saying? Because you
have a sincere
love for the Lord or you have a desire
to be walking in righteousness and all
that. And so, when you don't know, like
when you have uncertainty,
a lot of times you just throw all kinds
of stuff
out or you run away from different stuff
cuz you'd rather be safe than sorry, you
know what I mean?
And uh so, just certain things like that
happened a couple times.
And uh
it would be a on it would be a sincere,
honest feeling, just something that I
was going with. But and I understand,
but like
it would offend, you know what I'm
saying? Like take offense.
Um
and
cuz it cuz it's judgment. You know what
I'm saying? You're making a judgment
call at the end of the day. You're
you're
you're making a call and you're judging.
And so, if a person's on the other end
of that judgment, especially by somebody
that you care about, you know what I'm
saying? Like somebody that I consider a
brother or a close friend,
that hurts. You know what I'm saying?
It's like
And so, it's just something that we went
through a handful of times. But then
about a year ago, when you reached out,
I was like, "Okay, cool. Um
cool, we're going to
be we're back on talking terms and
stuff. And once again, I was still I had
just recently got back into this phase
to where it was like people I talked to
somebody or two and they was getting in
my ear and saying something and
you know, just making me on that. I was
like, "I want to be safe than sorry,
dude. You know what I'm saying? Like I'm
I'm not in that place right now. I'm
seeing some of the stuff you do in
interviews and on and
and uh and I know you, it doesn't mean
that just cuz you interview all kinds of
people and are down to talk about all
kinds of things, that doesn't
necessarily bear witness to where you're
at on your journey.
And uh
so something similar happened again.
He was like
forget you, bro.
I didn't say forget you. I said
and blocked you. Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah,
yeah.
I'm trying to be nice.
I know. I know.
But yeah, man, and so
and uh
I didn't like the feeling of it, but at
the same time where I was at that time,
I was like, whatever it needs to be, you
know what I'm saying? It is what it is.
Tried to We tried to patch it up, it
didn't work, you know, it's kind of what
it seemed like.
And uh and then just recently when I was
coming home to the States, I found out
about the five-day, I was all excited. I
didn't even know how I was going to get
there, where I was going to stay. I just
paid for it.
And then I talked to Tamara, and she was
like, talk to Nico. He's going, he's
he's organizing some stuff right now.
And I was like, okay, cool. And so I hit
Nico up, and he's like, okay, awesome.
Yeah, it's going to be me, my friend
Daniel, you and Truth Seeker.
And I'm like
oh.
Okay.
And I and I know that nobody
Yeah, last time I talked to Truth
Seeker, he said, "F you." and blocked
me.
knows me just in the last few
years knows about our history and our
friendship and stuff. So I was just
like, wow, okay.
So I better tell
Truth, cuz I don't want it just to be
awkward, just show up in the room, you
know what I'm saying?
And uh so and I and I and I knew as soon
as I heard that, I was like, okay, God.
All right.
Because in all honesty, like when you
really walk in the walk in the path,
everybody knows, like if you
if you have a qualm with a brother,
leave your offering at the at the altar
and go make it right. You know what I'm
saying? Anybody who really knows the
truth in the path
Yeah.
if you have an outstanding alt with
somebody, you know it.
You know what I mean? You might have it
in the back back of your head or
something, but you know that there's a
relationship that's not in right
standing. And so, as soon as as soon as
I heard, "Oh, we're going to be in the
same space." I was like, "Okay, so
you're you're
you're forcing the hand to bring
resolve. So, I embrace that.
I I I'm accept that and let's see how it
goes.
And uh
So, I knew right off the bat. I didn't
know how it would play off, but I knew
that God was trying to put us in a space
to be able to talk.
You know, cuz like I said, the last time
we touched base, we didn't really ever
got to talk about anything. And that's
what was needed.
And it's different about talking about
it even over the phone or Zoom or
um whatever. We talked about it in
person in the same small room, you know,
with our shirts off.
Yeah. Get ready for bed.
I think like uh thing about internet and
and phone and digital communications,
you could talk to somebody and you could
have a conversation with somebody, you
but you can always control how close
you let them get or you you can kind of
control the flow.
Mhm.
You know, there's a little bit of
security in that. If you If it gets
uncomfortable, you don't like it, you
can just hang up the phone.
Yeah.
But you can't do that in a room.
block you. Yeah.
Yeah.
So.
Yeah, man, it was good, man. And uh the
first couple minutes I saw y'all, I was
like, I got this little pit in my
stomach.
tell, too. I could tell, too. He was
like, "Hey, man." And just I was like,
"Okay, man.
I don't know where we going, but we're
here." You know?
Yeah. Yeah, man, cuz it Time flies, bro.
4 years, you know what I'm saying? Like
Yeah, but then you notice how quick
Oh, yeah.
like nothing happened, you know what I'm
saying? Once we kind of
you know, work through it and stuff and
we just It was like nothing happened.
It was awesome and and the timing of
everything was perfect, too, you know?
We got to sit together at dinner the
first night and talk a little bit, just
kind of tiptoeing to stuff, but by the
end of that first night, we were able to
like talk through everything, hash it
out, and then be able to enjoy the rest
of the week together. So,
Yeah, and I'm I'm sure that had
something to do with even what we was
experiencing at the Kirby Retreat, Kirby
De Lanerolle five-day program. Um that
had to have something I mean that was a
great way to start the week, you know
what I'm saying?
Yeah, I mean cuz when you think about
it, it's like you know, when you have a
relationship somebody estranged from you
in your life or some somebody who's a a
critical role or relationship in your
life, and then that person is not there.
Even if you don't want to consciously
think about it,
you feel a void. You know what I'm
saying? And as far as on my journey, me
and you linking up and becoming friends
and and just collaborating and doing a
lot of things, but also just being able
to have a friend that you know you could
completely
talk about anything
that you're going through or that you're
thinking about or wrestling through, and
you know that they'll understand
everything you're talking about you
whether they agree with it or not.
You're not going to shock them, you're
not going to surprise them. You're going
to be able to understand like that's a
that's a a super asset and valuable uh
relationship. So,
when you have that for years and then
that person's not there,
you you subconsciously you have that
void, you know what I'm saying?
Mhm.
And so, we definitely we definitely had
a special
relationship that that
played a critical part of my journey
of being able to become comfortable in
my own skin and being able to become
Yeah.
confident being me.
Yeah.
You know, cuz you know, a lot of a lot
of the years
only a few friendships you can actually
be confident being fully who you are.
Now we could see we were both talking
about now we could see this whole wave
happening to where we was the misfits
and the outcast and it was hard to even
understand where we fit in. And now
what we talk about and believe and what
we've been walking out is just becoming
normal.
Yeah.
You know, so
Yep, it's awesome.
And uh
it's good, man. It's so It's so awesome
to see see this stuff kind of catching
on. Again, we're you're ahead of the
times and um
you know, it talks about being able to
to kind of be like a a John the Baptist
even to break up that that hard ground
so that somebody can actually plant on
it. You know, and definitely we planted
it and we watered it and we harvested.
There was a lot of that going on, but
that doing the hard work was like,
"Listen, when nobody's talking about
this." See, I get weird. I get to be
like I kind of take pride in in being
the outcast. It's just who I am. I like
different things. Like when you find a
band that nobody's heard of and like,
"That's my band." And then that band
goes mainstream and you're like, "Uh
take the band." Um the kind of the same
thing, too. So, I I have to like check
myself that I don't like abandon all of
this that we worked hard really for to
you know, to make this stuff I don't
know what to say mainstream, but to be
just so we can even have these
conversations. You know, we were people
finding out we're having these
conversations. They're blogging about us
and stay away from these guys and all
that. And now they're asking us to come
speak at their churches and want us to
be on their podcast on these Christian
shows. That's literally where we are
now. Um and it it So, I have to make
sure that I don't abandon it because now
it's popular and everybody's doing it.
Everybody's doing meditations.
Everybody's doing leaving your body
breath work in a Christo-centric
fashion. You know what I'm saying?
Um so, but I champion that work and the
hard work that we did and I don't take
it for granted. I know for sure that
we're responsible for a lot of this
stuff, for sure. And uh and if it's
wrong, then we'll be held accountable.
And I think that that's the fear, you
know, of that pendulum going back and
forth. Like, I don't want to be held
accountable for getting people into
mysticism. I don't want to be held
accountable for making people question
their faith in religion or Christ or
whatever. So that right there would
silence a lot of people and it silenced
us and it's part of the pendulum, but
it's part of the journey, you know.
But you know, I mean, the thing about
the journey and growth and all that is
it's never static.
Yeah.
It's never static and it's always going
to keep evolving along your journey and
you're always going to go from season to
season. So like one thing that I'm I'm
in right now and I see it happening with
many other people too who have been like
heavy mystics and who have been you
know, into
tapping into all these
um
you know, otherworldly or or
multi-dimensional experiences and you
have
all this transcendent kind of stuff and
then it gets to a point where you
realize
you know, you kind of polarize things or
you separate things
Yeah.
and and then from up in that high
position you're looking down and you
realize
dang like I have overlooked how
spiritual being a dad is. Like I've
overlooked how spiritual being a husband
is and then you you learn to come back
down with all of that knowledge and
wisdom and experience that you gained
and then to come down and root yourself
and to embody being here in the physical
and make that just as spiritual and just
as
Yeah.
incredible and awesome as having these
high lofty
encounters or trances or whatever.
It's like because when we first started
out coming from just this physical
um perspective without really you know,
you're on the ground level looking out
trying to figure things out. And so we
begin to try to pursue this otherness,
this other experience than what we've
known.
And it's not till then you're having
these other high uh perspectives on
things then you can look back down at
what you thought was just earthly, but
you're looking at the earthly from a new
high perspective to where now you can
look at the earthly and we were taught
in religion or just the natural realm
it's just it's like no good, you know,
we want to escape the natural we want to
and so the the
the earth is cursed and fallen and yeah.
Yeah. So, you pursue this escape and you
pursue encountering the divine as like
something in specific is the divine. So,
you're chasing after this divine and
and then you're having these experiences
but eventually the divine leads you into
oneness
where you're seeing it like it says
about Jesus that it says
it was the mysterious
um
plan and will of God that in the right
dispensation of time he would reconcile
all things unto God in Christ heaven and
earth visible and invisible all things
would become one in Christ and and
that's our journey and that has to
happen in each one of us to where all
things get reconciled unto God. All
things get reconciled unto divinity. All
things get reconciled unto glory so that
you've had now you've had this
higher experience or perspective on
things
and you're seeing that all things are
connected to God and all things are
expressions of God. So, now you can look
back at the things that you brushed off
and deemed as like unimportant, you
know, not of some high value just your
regular earthly life being a husband and
a father and
Yeah.
you know, going after whatever you want
to do with your career or your goals and
then all of a sudden all that becomes
glorified.
You know, all of a sudden all of that
becomes divine and then you don't have
to constantly chase some kind of
encounter or pursuit. You can revel at
the little things like my son's in my
lap and we're just playing and talking
and that that's equally as divine
because now you look into your kids eyes
and you see God in them. You see them as
an expression of God and so it's all a
part. It's and so just like you said
about whether it's getting bored with
certain things or everybody's on this
tip now so you want to go in another
direction.
That's just that's just part of it. You
know what I'm saying? Even if it Even if
it was nobody else
on any of it, but it was just you. Yeah.
I mean, if we just have the same
experiences every day forever, that
would be boring. So,
that's what it is. It's seasons, and
there's a time and a season and a place
for everything.
And And that's what keeps things fresh,
you know?
Yeah.
Um for sure, dude. Um I want to talk a
little bit about the five-day and just
you your experience there cuz just to
share with my audience who who
you know, haven't hasn't heard about it.
I've been turning people on to to Kirby,
and um obviously there's already an
overlap of of an audience there anyway,
but I've been trying to turn people on
to him and really
you know, I'm head over heels with with
him as far as his work and what he
brings to the table.
Um I need to plug in more with him,
honestly. But, I want to I want to hear
from your perspective cuz I I shared my
story about the gold dust that I was
freaking out. Amazing, beautiful glory
was all over me. I had given up. I
thought it was
fake that people were making up cuz
people do fake it, you know? Let's just
be honest. Um but then when it happened
to me at at the five-day was just so
awesome. And I give a shout-out to
Kirby, but I got to shout-out Nico cuz
Nico's the one who came over and
actually said, "Gold dust now. There it
is. You see it? Gold dust now. Boom,
there it is. Watch it. There's a little
piece. It's going to be more. It's going
to be more. Boom, there it is all over
your hand." So, it wasn't even Kirby. It
was actually Nico. But, being in that
that facility with all those the energy
Somebody commented on one of my posts
that, "Man, I can imagine the you know,
I see all of you guys together in one
room. I can imagine the intensity of the
energy." And that's exactly what it was.
In unity,
in squashing whatever beefs we had, and
come together for the the cause of
Christ and and love.
Place was freaking charged for a week. I
only did three days, but the place was
charged a week. Um that was my
experience, but you you had the gold
dust, too, right? Like during worship or
something? Or like was it the same time
I had it or earlier?
Same night, but in the in the warm up
worship. Yours was at the end of that
night.
Um but let me backtrack a little bit
too, because I just want to
uh
agree and expand a little bit on stuff
you're saying because
I don't even think that necessarily
Kirby
um
likes or uses the term pastor, but
obviously he is he is a pastor of a
church
Yeah.
in Sri Lanka.
Um wildlife. And in all reality, he's my
favorite pastor in the world.
Uh for somebody he's he's the first
person
pastoring a church
in 13 years since I left the organized
box of religion
that excited me
to rethink that potentially there's that
there is the potential to reform the
body of Christ and and the and the
church structure system and make it
awesome and make it cool and make it to
where I would want to be a part. I would
want to go to church. I would want to,
you know, because of the way that
they're doing their culture and their
community in Sri Lanka. And now uh
they've got these worldwide um
cell groups basically and mentor groups
and stuff.
And um I could see for the first time
cuz when I first came across Kirby 10
years ago before they were on YouTube,
um I had a friend Anthony Moise that was
kind of mentoring me a a bit. He was
living in Abu Dhabi and they had a
private website. You had to have a
You could even their church was not open
to the public. It was invite only.
Obviously, they live in a country with
less than 1% Christian.
It was a a warehouse that they had and
you had to get invited to the church.
And then they had a a website that was
password protected and they would put
the sermons up. And so if you had a
password, you could go in and listen to
the sermon. So once in a while he he
send me a link and he'd say, "Hey, go
listen to this sermon."
And
so I always thought that was kind of
cool.
Anyway, you know, the way we're doing
the way they were moving like that kind
of secretive.
And and there was always the Wild Life
World of Wonders they their whole thing
was always tons of supernatural stuff
from from healings and gold dust and all
that kind of stuff.
Um
but last year
um
last year when I was in the states I was
touring around doing a
a little tour through the states doing
house meetings and and doing events and
stuff. I wound up trying to go home. I
had some emergencies going on. I tried
to go home
and I got a a COVID a positive COVID
test. Never had a single symptom or
anything. I actually got two positive
COVID tests within a two-week period and
so I had a um
I had to quarantine for two weeks in a
hotel.
And
before I quarantined in a hotel I did a
meet in four-day event in North
Carolina.
And Andrew who just stayed with us as
well at the five-day
he he coordinated and set it all up. I
didn't know how how big into Kirby
Andrew was and same with Tamara. So we
just stayed with Tamara too. So all
three of us hung out for a week and we
kept talking about Kirby. It was like,
"Wow, okay, yeah, yo, I love him." And
we just like vibing like every night we
would talk about all this stuff.
So when I was on the quarantine I was
talking to Andrew a lot and I was like,
"Dude
like I love listening to everybody's
revelation. I listen to people from all
over the world but they got the same
stuff. Like I feel Holy Spirit is
telling me for this next season of my
life to tune out all the voices and to
focus on what Kirby is doing. Just to
pay attention to him and to to zone in
on him." And Andrew said, "Yeah, I'm I'm
hearing the same thing."
And so
that's what I started doing and and for
three days in my quarantine I just was
binge watching
Wild Life Kirby uh
uh sermons and stuff. And then that's
where I got uh my song Glorious to Me. I
wrote the song Glorious to Me.
And uh so, when we made the video, I
wind up telling the girl, "Hey, I want
you to write at the end of the video,
dedicated to Kirby and Fiona."
And I I was just When I got the
download, I saw
their church bouncing around and singing
and dancing to the song. I was like,
"Oh, that would be so awesome, you know?
Imagine that." And I was just hoping it
would get to them. I was just hoping
that they would hear the song and like
the song, and that they would maybe they
would worship to that their church or
something.
And um
so, you know, long story but string of
events, the video wind up getting to
them. They shared the video, then a
flood of their people found me. And
then, the whole thing has just kind of
been spiraling to where
when I found out there was a five-day, I
was just like, "What are the odds? I'm
only going to be in this place for two
or three weeks. What are the odds
they're going to be here from Sri Lanka?
I've got to go. I'm going to go meet
them."
And then, it just started happening so
fast that
by the time I was getting there, lots of
their people were sharing my music
videos in their
uh groups online. So, by the time I got
to the five-day,
everywhere I was going, everybody was
familiar
with my songs. Like, "Yo, I love your
songs. Yo, I've been listening to your
music." I'm like, I was like, "Whoa. Yo,
whoa, whoa." And then, uh
and then, I met a girl on my journey
over there, and she she turned out she
was in charge of leading worship and
everything. I was making my way towards
So, for me personally,
I only stayed uh one meeting longer than
you. So, three and a half days or
whatever. But, for me personally, it was
one of the highlights of my life.
Uh just the whole just the whole thing
because it's somebody that would preach
from a pulpit all the things that you
and me have talked about and journeyed
out on our own with nobody, you know,
there's just a certain thing about
having somebody with maturity and and
respectability, notoriety, um yeah,
confirming and affirming to you the
things that you had to get from the
spirit.
And trust. The things that you had to go
on faith and trust that it was God
leading you to those things.
But then for somebody else that you look
up to or honor to be preached those
things from a pulpit, it gives you this
this reconciliation or this redemption
like, "Yeah, man. I am hearing from
God." Like I knew it, but I know it.
Yeah.
And so there was just a lot of that.
Obviously, we talked about the thing
with me and you reconciling.
Um but he talked also about he walked us
through different meditations and he
talked to us about
looking back
looking back in time through your
memories, looking for like one of your
happiest moments, looking for some some
great event in your life
that that is associated with a lot of
emotion.
And going and finding that event or that
moment in time so that you can harness
that energy and that emotional energy
and then at whenever you need to, you
can call it up cuz you call that memory,
you're bringing all that energy. So
there when I performed at the five day
and I got, you know, Andrew and a couple
of different people filmed it.
And you like you said, there's a charge.
There's a energy, there's an atmosphere
and you know, you I don't I don't really
perform that much. I've made music, but
I I'm not really like put out albums and
perform, but you know, when you have
that energy, when people are feeding
back and they're singing your words with
you and it's this collective
Yeah.
And uh
and and the songs were about oneness and
like
Yeah.
we pioneered to where we coming to this
revelation and having by faith to speak
out things that was crazy people and now
you seeing them in a church singing it
back and they're agreeing and it's like
it was like reconciliation of all these
different things for me. And so now I
have this moment in time, you know, cuz
it was it was a dream materialized.
And so now I have this moment in time
that not only I can I can recall that
energy, but it's the evidence that my my
dreams and my desires materialized. So
whenever I want to focus on the next
thing coming or the next bigger thing,
all I got to do is remember that moment
and you can pull up that energy and that
experience like, "Wow." And uh and I'll
never forget when I did the last song
and I'm doing the song and I'm looking
over at Kirby and he's nodding his head
and stuff. And then when I went over to
him afterwards
uh he was like waiting to give me a hug
and he was like, "Dude,
that's good.
That That's going somewhere. That's
That's
It's just all the affirmation. You know
You know when everything is just flowing
and everything is in sync. And uh I
think it was
maybe it was
I think it was
that same
Maybe it was that same night like a
little bit before I performed or
something at the Gold Dust or maybe it
was the next
No, it was the night before. No, yeah,
night before cuz I had to go. I wasn't
able to make it.
I had the same experience too. I've
never had Gold Dust. I've been hearing
about it forever. I've just seen other
people talking about it. I questioned a
lot of that stuff because people chase
like you're saying, you know, somebody
see a little white feather on the ground
and they're running around and angels
are here and all that stuff. I'm like,
"Maybe." You know, like I don't know.
It could also just be somebody walked by
with a pillow or something.
But yeah, dude, um I had an undeniable
experience too. I was worshipping. I
seen a couple people looking at their
hands and stuff so I was like, "Hmm."
And I seen them pointing and then
somebody came to me and was like, "Look
at your hands." And I looked and sure
enough there was all over my left hand.
I was like, "Whoa."
You know, so
yeah, man, it's like Christmas, man. It
puts you back in that childlike awe and
wonder state to like, "Well, what else?
Yeah.
What What next? You know what I'm
saying? Like, "Bring it on, dude."
Yeah.
It was awesome.
That's so good, man.
We got to hang out with them, you know
what I'm saying? Go up, kick it with
them in their room and just uh
just throw a lot of love, man, and yeah.
We got We got to mention somebody's name
who's in chat hitting us with a bunch of
emojis cuz we can't mention all these
powerhouses and everybody under one roof
without mentioning
Jeffrey and Jamie Moody. We got to
mention their name.
Yeah, big blessing. Big That was our
first time meeting them as well and just
straight love, man. Just unconditional
love right off the bat. And uh
Anyway, I don't need to go into
specifics, but they definitely hooked it
up and blessed. And you know it's
awesome when
when you have a specific a very specific
need
you know, and you set intent, you
already know, okay, this is going to
happen. And then somebody just walks
right in and just bam, just meets the
need.
Yeah.
It's like
And so a lot of that, man. Just a lot of
that. It was It was just lit, man.
It really was. And so
There's a There's a comment here from
from JV on YouTube, and they say, "I
feel the energy as you recall the
moment. You can feel it." That's what
they're saying as we talk about it, you
can feel it. Um So, I don't know if I
I'm I don't know if I told you or not,
but so I did the Kirby retreat and the
fasting and all that, and then it it
tailed off into my retreat because I I
hosted a retreat in Mobile, and we had
six guys who went out to the woods
together to
have an encounter, to seek God, and to
fellowship, and just to go you know, go
at it. So, we're all hanging out, and we
do lunch, we go hiking, all that kind of
stuff. We get back to the cabin,
and we're just sitting there we're
talking, and one of the guys
used to go to Brownsville Assembly,
which is where the Brownsville Revival
happened. And so we're trading stories
because
my first introduction to a lot of this
was taking trips to Brownsville and just
the energy. So I'd hit him with a story,
he'd hit me, and we got all the guys,
and we're just trading stories back and
forth. Oh yeah, well I was going to the
bathroom, and I walked past this door,
and all these kids were in there
worshipping the Lord and screaming out
for Jesus and and it was so beautiful
you can feel the energy. Oh yeah? Well,
I was chasing the pastor and he said
fire on you and I shot up against the
wall. We're just like kind of like
building it, you know what I'm saying?
And uh and and I was thinking about it
and so we're
talking about these encounters and then
for a moment we just got quiet. And
we quit talking.
And all of a sudden the presence of the
Lord came into the room as we were
recalling
this ancient fire that we encountered 20
years ago, right? And he comes into the
room and I just start we're just talking
regular, sharing stories, we're rapping
and stuff, we're having fun. And I just
start weeping.
The weighty presence of the Lord comes
into the cabin and I just start weeping
and everybody else just starts crying,
dude. His presence is in the room.
As we're talking about him and I was
like, man, he says where two or three
are gathered, there I am in the midst,
you know? And just the idea of talking
about this and giving him glory and it
was almost like he was just waiting for
us to shut up.
And we're talking about it, remembering
it and building the faith and then once
we were quiet, like the spirit came in
and we just went for like 10 10 minutes
of just his presence being really strong
and just weeping in the room and
and after it was done
I was like, you guys can leave.
And it was early, too. I said, you guys
got what you came for. That's it. Like
he's like, no, we're going to go in deep
tonight. I said, yeah, we always kind of
joking, but it was so good, man, just to
When you was saying that
what I was what I was getting in the
spirit is
there's a difference between talking
about God
and knowing God.
You know, most people in religion
they stick about talking about. When
you're talking about, it's always
something other than it's always
something outside of or or something
that you're relating to. That's not
oneness with.
Used to be.
And so
uh whether it's the Bible, the word of
God, a testimony, whatever, all of that
talking about is only to bring your
awareness back to the fact that here he
is right now in the present moment so
that you can
encounter the omnipresent reality of
God. And so that's why it says they
overcome by the word by the blood of the
lamb and the word of their testimonies
because you continually testify and it
brings you back into the remembrance
that he's here right now. There's no way
that he's not. It's always right here
and it's always right now.
Yeah.
And um
So yeah, it's so powerful that I mean
whether it's worship music or the word
or your testimony or whatever, all of
that talking about
is a tool to get you into the here right
now
Yeah.
reality that here he is right now. He's
in us, through us, and around us.
And uh unfortunately a lot of people
in in religion
get we get stuck in the brain and we
just talk about. We talk about. We talk
about. And we think we're
intellectualizing and we learn about and
we
get details and information and diplomas
and degrees about
and don't enter into the here right now
experience and encounter
with this omnipresent living God, you
know.
Right. Yep. That the testimonies again
is not just what God did bec- did for
you and you got to see the gold dust or
you got to feel his glory that entered
your room. What he did for me, he can
also and wants to do for you because God
is not a respecter of persons. There's
no reason why I I experienced the facet
of God in that way that you can't.
There's many other ways, right? And so
that's the beautiful thing. As we
testify, it's not only what he did for
me, but what he can do for you also. But
bringing it to memory is is huge, you
know. We talk about tattoos and when we
look at tattoos, they they remind us of
something and and what it represents, a
portal even into a deeper truth. And so
um
I feel like we can go back to those
places as well. Like encounters that
we've had with the Lord, I feel like
that we know how to get back there. We
know what it takes that we can then
bring other people with us, which is
something interesting that to explore.
But when I left the Kirby uh
conference, me and Nico went to uh
the little crystal shop on the way out.
He followed me out and uh there was this
this stone here. I don't know if you
heard me talk about it or read the post
or whatever, but I but this is the first
thing that caught our eye in there. And
I went over there and picked up and
looked at it and said, "Oh, that's dope
because it's got these gold It's got
gold flakes all over it."
And I picked it up. I was like, "You
know what? I need to buy that so every
time I bought it in Destin and it's
going to remind me of this 5-day and
this experience that I had and the whole
week the whole week um it's going to
remind me of it. So I bought the the
crystal and or it's a stone and it's
called a lilac jasper.
I ended up looking up lilac jasper and
and you know what it what it means. And
it actually said biblically, it said it
represents the glory of God. And so and
healing and a couple other things. But I
thought it was interesting that it had
the uh the gold glitter on it, the gold
dust.
And another name for the gold dust, they
call it the glory dust. They call it
glory dust. So when the glory of God
comes, there's this gold dust that shows
up and this specific stone symbolizes
the glory of God. So I thought it was a
cool little token that every time I see
this, it will remind me.
So another cool thing about that stone,
I heard you guys talk about it when you
guys went out and you came back with it
and he had one as well.
And then
he wound up giving me a ride home the
next day. We drove like 7 hours or
whatever. He took me home.
So in the night, when we got to my
house, I had a bunch of stuff in the
back of his car and he was helping me to
grab all my stuff and brought it into my
house and stuff.
And uh
when he left about 15 minutes later he
left, I walked in the bedroom and on the
bed with my stuff was the little bag
with his stone in it.
Mhm.
And I was like, "Yo, did I accidentally
grab that? Like it was on his seat with
my stuff or did he leave that there for
me?" And I hit him up and I sent him a
picture. I'm like, "Yo, bro, I don't
know if I accidentally grabbed this, but
that that stone or whatever is on my
bed." And he's like,
"Oh yeah, you know what? Well, probably
you're supposed to have it because you
and Derek
you guys got back together and you both
had that experience with the gold dust
stuff. So, you must be supposed to have
that stone, too. So, I got one, too,
bro."
Heck yeah, man. That's awesome. And the
thing about it like my it gets you it
just gets your mind wondering, right?
Like, you know, in the scriptures when
they had
a triumph, when God showed up and did
something in their midst, they they
built a monument.
Monument.
And a lot of times those monuments were
stones on top of each other. What if it
what was
these stones, man? I don't know.
Um but I find it very interesting,
you know?
I want I want to uh share one quick
thing, something else you were saying
when we were just talking about
testimonies and and about um
about being able to recall and bring
back forth those
remembrances of what you where you've
been and stuff, bring it to the now. Um
two different two different things in
particular, you know,
we have something that that
Holy Spirit is maturing me in and as I'm
maturing as a son of God, the way that
you function it changes.
Right? When you're when you're a baby
Christian,
um a new believer, you're you're kind of
hungry and you're going after
experiences.
You're going after new experiences, want
to keep touching and tapping into things
you don't know, you want to learn. And
so, it's more about receiving.
Whatever you receive, you have the
capacity to give.
Remember it says, "We love because we
were first loved." So, like
you you can't tell nobody or do
something that you don't know.
But once you know, then you have the
capacity to tell.
And so,
for instance, one of the things about
God through through the scriptures, it
has all these different names: Jehovah
Jireh, Jehovah Nissi, Jehovah Rapha. So,
all these aspects of God, they're words.
My healer, my provision, uh my
protector.
So, as you're learning these words that
that reveal something about the God
that's inside of you, at a moment's
notice you can call that name
and you're calling up that aspect. Same
thing with I am peace, I am love, I am
joy. Uh you don't know what the fruits
of the Holy Spirit is. You don't even
know that there is fruits of the Holy
Spirit until you learn these words. And
then now you're given name, love, joy,
peace, patience. You're finding the
things that are inside of you. You have
a word, you can call it up at a moment's
notice. You have the power to you can
call that word forth. It's in you, you
can radiate that thing out. And so, the
same thing also with our experiences,
we're we're
bringing in information and recalling
pictures and images and things that it's
it's in us. Everything we've
experienced, every memory, it's in us.
So, once it's in us, at a moment's
notice if we want to, we can call it
forth. And so, what he's teaching me
about being a son of God, S O N and S U
N,
is as you're maturing, it's not so much
about receiving. It's not so much about
getting and drawing into you, it's about
radiating out. It's about all that
you've brought into you and all that
you've experienced and all that you've
obtained and you built up inside of you,
you now you're walking on a daily basis,
you're radiating out. You're not you're
you're open and you're and you're loving
when you experience new things with God,
but you're not chasing that because
you're radiating out
all the experience that you're
accumulating inside of you, you're
you're shining, you're glorifying the
world, you're you're constant And so,
when you have these experiences and you
have these moments, you learn the skill
and the art of
holding it.
Pick You know as Paul says, "Fix your
mind above on heavenly things, good,
just, holy, of good report." You're
learning how
to
lay hold of all the best. You're
learning how to lay hold of all the
glory and all the divine and all the
excitement and all the stuff and not let
it just come and go as an experience and
then you're waiting for the next one.
You're learning how to hold
those things and to walk in those
things. Like I A lot of people hit me up
now,
uh where I'm at in my journey now, that
I encourage them or I excitement of the
way that I live, the way that I shine
and that I'm
motivating or inspiring is because I'm
learning how to My my ability to do that
doesn't depend on me having some crazy
encounter today. I've had enough to
where I can live from that place and
keep on radiating radiating that stuff
out and help other people come into
that. And I just see it as a new uh you
know, it's a certain stage in the
maturing of who we are as sons and
that's what we all want to do. We want
to mature. It says, "Until we're until
we come to the full stature of Christ."
You know, and so Christ is walking
continually in that
intimacy of glory and into that intimacy
of It's always awesome and it's always
right now and it's always powerful and
that's a choice.
When we realize that we That's the
choice that we get to make. We get to
decide that it's always awesome. It's
always glorious. It's always on point
right now.
Yeah.
And uh
Yeah, man. This That's just where I'm at
right now and and you were saying some
things that
is triggering me up that whatever it is,
it's your experiences, your testimonies,
the word, all that stuff
that you build up inside of us the
ability to live constantly
in that.
Something Something happened with your
audio. It sounds like you're in a a tin
can or something. Now, it just just
happened.
It's
the phone. It's It's the phone. It's a
setting on the phone.
Maybe try turn the audio off and back
on.
It's the same.
I know sometimes it does that with when
your connection gets weak or something.
On Zoom.
Maybe maybe try to leave leave and come
back so to reset.
You better do that.
I don't think so.
Uh shout out to everybody in the chat. I
see JV. Lawrence talks about practicing
the presence of God.
And Deuteronomy 6:4 Shema Yisrael. Love
the Lord your God. These words I shall
keep shall keep you in your heart and
talk to your kids. Yep.
Kevin says, "Love you guys. Keep up the
great work." True seeker.
Hey man, shout out to everybody holding
us down in in chat. I see Christie and
Jeffrey and
Fam Fam Laurie.
All right. Daniel's back.
How about now?
Great. Fixed it. Yeah.
So uh well, let's talk about this, man.
This is something that
you know, it has been something big for
me going back and forth of when we're
talking about being so heavily minded,
you know, earthly good or everything is
spiritual, everything is free. We're
talking about money.
Let's talk about um charging
for time, charging for a session, for a
consultations, for one-on-one, for
coaching, you know, all of for programs,
charging for meditations.
Um
cuz you you you're kind of coming around
to this and you know, it takes finances
for you to travel back and forth and for
you to pay for a hotel. Like it takes
money. And uh and and people people sow
into your bosom, right? People give, but
um charging for stuff or or
giving people opportunity to give,
right? If even if it is for a meditation
or for a one-on-one. And and you're
hiring coaches and and and those kind of
things and they're really helping you,
you know what I'm saying, progress to on
your journey and learn things that you
didn't know.
Um same thing with me, you know, I
I I for me it started I'll say that it
started with verses doing music. Started
with charging for verses on the fact
that I was reaching out to people who
had big names and big platforms and I
wanted them on my
my song. They didn't know who I was. I
was a corny Christian rapper. A lot of
these spiritual esoteric dudes so they
say, "Hey, 100 bucks, 200 bucks, 300
bucks, I'll I'll get on the verse." And
these guys are struggling artists, so
that helps them, you know, they got
families and stuff. So I give them 300
bucks, they get on the verse. And then I
get a name for myself, you know, from
being with these people and and getting
fans. And now fans hit me up and say,
"Hey, TruSeeker, man, let me get a
verse." And back in the day it was like,
"Sure, everybody gets a verse. You get a
verse. You get a verse. You get a verse.
Who wants a verse?" Now it's like
there's no way cuz I'll do a verse and
people quit rapping the next next week.
"Oh, I'm not going to release it." I've
been doing interviews and people not
even airing the interviews that I'm
doing. Like, you know what I'm saying?
They just people change the pendulum,
whatever.
Um so now because I paid for verses,
when people want to get me on a song,
you know, you got to pay you got to pay.
It's not a lot, 200 bucks,
100 bucks, whatever. Just show me that,
you know, you care about this and you're
going to promote it cuz I'll give you
some really good stuff and you don't
even release it. "Oh, yeah, I chose not
to put it on the album." Well, at least
I made 200 bucks off of it.
And so
me paying for verses
gave me the confidence to start
charging.
I I I coach people. I do one-on-one
sessions. Having a great amazing time.
All of this stuff is stuff that I would
do for free. Started out doing for free.
But now there's a price tag on it.
There's an exchange of energy, of time.
Um
I I hired a coach that's pretty
expensive who poured into me and helped
me like design my course and and
somebody who's already doing it that I
needed to learn from and it cost. And
it's It guy wasn't cheap, but I knew
that he had some things to impart to me
that I would get from him. And now
people are you know doing sessions with
me, hiring me as a coach, going through
my programs and it works vice versa. I
was definitely ahead of you in that, but
it seems that you're coming around now
to like, yeah, I got to pay out of
pocket because I feel like I need to
pick this guy's brain for more than just
an hour a week or whatever the case is.
And so you're starting to hire coaches.
Where are you at with that because it
was taboo?
Um
somebody who's tried to I'm not going to
say any names, but somebody who's tried
tried to trying to add me right now on
Facebook. I deleted them. I thought I
blocked them years ago because they
inboxed me about my sessions and they
were asking me questions about the
sessions and I said, yeah, man, I just
started doing one-on-ones with people
and it's going good. I love it. I feel
like I'm I was born to do this, blah
blah blah. They screenshotted it and
shared it in all of these groups where
all of these Christians were making fun
of me for charging for prayer and those
kind of things. And when I seen it, it
was like a punch in the gut and I took
down all my services. And uh and that
person is now in my inbox like
I don't remember who the person was, but
I do remember that happened to you.
Yeah. But uh but where are you at with
that cuz it's not easy, right? You
Everything supposed to be for free.
Freely receive, freely give, you know.
Yeah. Yeah.
Like I should be able to talk to you
anytime. You need to call me. Like every
And if you did do that, everybody wants
to wants your time and including your
wife and kids.
Yeah. Well, I can't remember. I mean it
was a big It was a big uh
inspiration. I remember very
specifically
the week I think I was at your house the
week before
you made the leap. I remember what we
were talking about and you was
praying about that that
that year you was going to be able to
leave your job
and go full-time into doing the podcast
and your music and that you'd be able to
sustain yourself. And the next week and
I left, I think we prayed about it. Uh
maybe a little group of us we were
talking about it. And the next week I
don't know if you got fired or laid off
or or whatever happened and it was like
you got thrust into it. It was like here
we go.
Now or never.
And you really got the um the Patreon
going.
And you know, I'm sure it wasn't easy
right off the rip to get to the place
where you was comfortable saying, "Hey,
this is what I do full-time. This is my
This is my livelihood."
Mhm.
But um so it was a big inspiration
watching you
do it by faith because
it is whatever you say it is. At the end
of the day, that's what it comes down
to. It's whatever you say it is.
Yeah.
And it's our own doubt and unbelief is
our biggest thing.
The biggest enemy that you have to stop
you from prospering, to stop you from
having whatever you want, whatever
A little child can have the faith to
believe huge. And as we get older and
older, we start listening to the world
and everybody else's expectations and
letting that doubt and unbelief come in
and start robbing us of all that God is
willing to let us have. And um
the first thing I would say is like to
me um
because you've been doing music a lot
longer than me,
music is a lot easier for me to see you
making the shift because yo,
that's the difference between you being
a professional music artist or not. It's
are you getting paid or not?
Yeah.
And that's the difference is is this a
hobby or is this what you are?
Yeah.
The moment that you have the faith to
say, "No, I'm charging for something."
and the first time somebody's willing to
pay you a dollar for it,
you're a professional. You might not be
great at it or you might be awesome at
it, but if you're making any kind of
money doing it,
you qualify as a professional in doing
that. And so, music I could see it a lot
easier to eventually make that shift.
It's just as far as having the
confidence in your own talent and
material, that seeing your value.
Yeah.
To me, it was harder because I wasn't
really doing music. I was on the
spiritual journey. I've always been
doing free lives and and doing events
and and
just going places and
I was just had this thing. It was like
it was almost like I was an ascetic for
a while. Like I left the whole matrix
and I
left everything behind to just be on
this spiritual pilgrimage and journey
that never ended. So, it was like, "When
when do you get off of that trip?" You
know, then I got wife and I got kids and
it's like, but I was stuck on that trip
that's like, "Everything is just free.
I'm just serving." You know what I mean?
I'm just I'm here to be a servant to
humanity, you know? And that's cool and
and to me, what God has shown me is
like, "Whatever you want it to be,
wherever you're at, whatever you have
the faith for it to be, I'll let it be
that for you." When I was just that, I'm
just going to be a servant God and
whatever you're going to provide for me,
that's what I'll live on
and I'll be that for you. Uh when it's
then I was like, "You know what? I want
to do a I want to work, man. I want to
provide for my family. I want to do a
business." Then I'll do that for you.
And then and then now I'm on this thing
it's like,
"Okay,
I don't want to work a regular job.
That's not my heart.
But I'm tired of just
hoping next week the money that I need
for next week is to come. I want to be
able to take care of my wife and kids. I
want I want to be able to do things."
So, getting to the point where I
actually have
faith
in in
the value that I hold inside of my
being. Just like I talked to you about a
little while ago, the experiences you
have in life.
You know, this guy Will Rogers, he
helped me a lot in this last year in the
journey of just learning how to monetize
who you are. The what the experiences
you hold in your life. We talked about
it 12, 13 years. I just made my first
course. It took me 12 or 13 years of
living life experience and pursuing
understanding in the spirit to be able
to put all of that stuff in a course
that somebody else can take in 2 weeks.
Yeah.
And and start having encounters and
experience and a life change that took
me 12 or 13 years of nobody leading me
on that journey. So
I know God will show me God will tell me
this about my course.
Cuz I was questioning. I was like cuz I
got the number $200. Charge $200 for it.
Part of me says that sounds a lot. It's
just an online course. People are paying
$300 to go to this 5-day event with
Kerwin. Can I really charge $200? It's
not about that. It's about whatever the
value is. If you go to a art gallery and
somebody's looking at a certain painting
on the wall, to you it might look like
junk. You wouldn't pay $50 for it, but
somebody else sees it like I got to have
that. It reminds me of my childhood.
I'll pay $5,000 cuz it's in the eye of
the beholder.
And so
at the end of the 5 day
all of these miracles was happening.
People was blessing me financially.
People was inviting me places. I was
hanging out with Kerwin. All these
things I performed my music. All these
things was happening and at the end of
the day I was walking away and God was
telling me
it's because you just you just made your
course over the last month. And while
you was making it, you was taking it.
You took your course by making your
course cuz it was
you were producing that. And people need
to realize the reason that you're seeing
all this fruit in your life is because
of the mentality that you're living out.
And that's what you put in your course.
So how could that course not have the
value?
You know, so don't doubt. So it's about
knowing your worth and knowing your
value. And ultimately, the more we grow
in maturity as a son of God, we're going
to understand you. We are
um priceless. We are valuable. The the
light and the life and the energy and
the experience and the knowledge that we
hold inside of us, it there's no price
you can put on it. So, if you can impart
that to people, and and you know that
you can bless people and open and expand
their mind and and and make them
think, empower them to go beyond what
they thought they could do for
themselves,
who wouldn't be who wouldn't pay $100
for that, $200? People go see a comedy
show, see Dave Chappelle for 2 hours for
$100. So, if you can impart something to
somebody that shifts them and changes
the trajectory of their life, where
they're moving from here forward, how
could that not have the value, you know?
But, it's about us
valuing ourselves, knowing our own
self-worth, knowing what we're worth.
And uh so, yeah, I'm on that big ship.
I'll even just a couple to a couple
months ago, I was giving all my music
away for free. Cuz I'm like, yo, I just
want people to get the revelation, you
know what I mean? I just want people to
wake up. And so, I'm making
um the music, and I was just giving it
away for free, and God's like,
you show me like I self-sabotage. He's
giving me so many different ways of
providing for myself and for my family,
but I get this guilt trip like I
shouldn't charge for this. And so, I
just give it all away. It's like, here
we go again. So, back to square one. And
he's just telling me like, Dan,
I'm giving you the music.
You know, it's not even like you're so
smart you're creating the music. I'm I'm
giving you the music.
I'm inspiring you. I'm giving you
downloads. I'm handing it to you. And
and trust me, people are going to be
blessed to buy it.
Mhm.
They're they're going to be blessed to
to pay you for the music. The music is
going to bless them, and the more that I
see that that's the truth, and I know
that you kind of the same, I know that
you get flooded with emails and
testimonies and stuff just like I do.
Every day people send me videos of them
watching it in their house or or just
telling me like, dude,
this certain song is changing my life.
Listen, the more that I get those
affirmation confirmations, it's not even
it's not a question for me. I know the
value of of the product I'm putting out.
I know the value of the music or the
course. And so, you just learn to expect
it. It's humbling,
but it's not surprising cuz you know
that this is God. God gave me something
to give the world and it's valuable and
it's going to be a blessing to them and
my family's going to get blessed off it,
too. And so,
I think that from here on out, bro, you
know, it's just going to grow
exponentially for each one of us.
And and we as we know our worth,
we're just going to keep growing in
experience, so our worth is going to
keep growing. Our value's going to keep
growing. What we're able to give people
is going to keep growing.
Yep.
And uh we're going to be
blessed, man.
Yeah, it take it takes money to do it.
It takes money to keep the lights on. It
takes money for this beautiful camera
that I upgraded to. Like everything, you
know, takes money and uh it's part of
it. People want to give, though. See,
that's the that's the lie that I've I've
I've had to come across, like when cuz
we I've been broke, come from poverty,
you know what I'm saying? So, I had to
shake that poverty mentality. I thought
that because I didn't have money that
that nobody had money. And there's a You
start hanging out cuz you start hanging
around people that don't got money. And
you don't have money, so you think
nobody has money, but that's Dude, I
know God has blessed and anointed people
to be givers. Their role in the kingdom
is to is to is to back and finance what
you're doing as a forerunner and to buy
you that I got a I got a friend of mine
who I've been talk talking his name, but
I'm I'm not going to say his name for
this cuz I don't want to give it away,
but somebody's buying him a bus. He was
trying to raise money for like a
RV to travel and preach the gospel and
he just got one donated. Like a really
nice one. Like
a dude who's like a
a millionaire, owns several companies.
He's like, "Listen, 30,000 is nothing.
We got you. Boom, because your ministry,
I'm sowing into the kingdom. I'm sowing
into good ground."
God
Somebody God has people all over the
place with with different reasons, man.
Somebody just found out 2 days ago that
I was coming to the States and I was
going to be doing some shows and stuff.
They paid for three flights of mine to
help me get around the States cuz they
believe in my music, they wanted to
spread. So, they they had a bunch of uh
miles or whatever, so there was like
first they offered one and then they
found out what I was going from here to
there and they were like hold on let me
see if I can get you that one too. And
then they told me hey
I'll get you a third one if I can. I was
just like wow and I was literally just
telling my wife last night
or this morning last night I think it
was we were sitting on this couch out
here and I'm telling her I'm just keep
testifying her all these blessings and
I'm saying listen babe
get ready
get ready because
like you said you get accustomed to your
circle and your class financial class of
where you're at and you kind of just
that's all you know. But the thing about
it is especially when you're dealing
with music or or ministry or whatever
when you're dealing with a message
that message is universal
and when that message transcends your
circle or your class and it starts
getting to other people who are up in
different echelons that you're not
familiar with
it's nothing for a millionaire to get
impacted by a song and be blessed to be
able to bless you to feel honored to be
able to bless you and and God has been
giving me this word the last couple of
days because I'm just really coming into
like I only had a couple songs really in
the last couple of years and I'm just
now focusing okay I'm not going to album
out so I I made the shift a couple weeks
ago God said ask me for anything you
want
if you could just do whatever you want
what would you do and I was like I would
just fully embrace music. I would just
be traveling the world and doing music
and blessing people by doing music and
he's like then believe it and as soon as
I believed it within days it was
popping. So now just embracing this
identity that I have created for myself
that's who I am I'm a I'm a music artist
and I'm doing it professionally. As soon
as I made the shift and chose to be that
people are pre-ordering my album people
are booking me to come do shows and so I
was telling my wife
people I just got this hit yesterday I
was like wow cuz it's one thing people
have been telling me I wasn't thinking
about myself being a music artist here I
just had a couple songs.
And people would tell me, "Yo, Victor is
my favorite song." Or "Glory to me, I
love that song."
But I'm I'm growing to the point where
people are starting to tell me like
you're my favorite artist. And I know
you get that a lot, too.
It's a totally different shift when you
start thinking about, "Wow, you're
somebody's favorite artist." Cuz when
you think about Yeah. You think about
like
who your favorite artist is.
I know, right?
Way better.
You were around them or hang out with
them or like taking them to dinner or or
do something to just bless them, you
would jump at you would jump at the
opportunity because they mean they
blessed you, they mean something to you.
So So when you start putting yourself in
those other shoes and you realize you're
going to be that to other people.
Weird.
You got to expect you got to get ready.
You're going to be that to people and
they're going to feel blessed to get to
bless you. It's going to be an honor or
a memory for them the time that they got
to do this for you or they got to help
you do this.
And uh so yeah, it's just a big shift.
I'm going through it and and I'm excited
about where it's going because I had a
revelation a while ago. I was like, "I
have no I believe that the sons of God
are taking over the earth.
I believe that the that the meek inherit
the earth. I believe that the earth is
the Lord's and everything in it. He was
joined to the Lord's one spirit with the
earth. I believe that we're taking it
over."
And a lot of times people think, "Well,
we got to get into the arenas of
politics and and finance and all that."
And in some areas that that's true. It's
just not my path. So I have no desire to
get into politics.
But that don't mean I can't be sitting
on a couch right next to a governor or a
mayor or a vice president who loves my
music. And so they let me in close to
them and let me
talk in their ear. And I can influence
politics without ever having to step
into that arena.
Yeah, I mean that's That's That even
sounds more scriptural than trying to
run for office. When we when we're
looking at, you know, Joseph and Daniel
and those guys, like they had influence
and they wasn't even in in the
You see the power, but they had
influence over They were like advisors,
if you will.
Exactly. Exactly. So, I see that I see
that with a lot of us who are artistic,
and God's given us a specific way to
release revelation that's not in a super
preaching way. It's not in a you know,
religious jargon and Christianese
terminology that kind of divides or or
puts you in a box.
Yeah.
And he's given us a way to kind of
transcend that, and that's going to
bring a lot of people in a lot of
different people in a lot of different
circles
our way, and it's going to give us the
ability to access and influence a lot of
realms.
Yeah. You know?
For sure. I see Renee's with us. Hey,
Renee. Thanks for watching, my friend.
She says, "Great picture. Y'all are
illuminated." Saint Anthony's with us,
too. He says, "Let's do a song, y'all."
Dude, we got to do another one. Saint
Anthony's the one I was telling you
about
Anthony
um
Kinyotis. Remember the guy who's on my
IM song?
Yeah.
So, he said, "Let's do a song, y'all."
We should do a We should do a collab,
for sure.
I want to check out I want to check out
more about his course that you were
showing me and telling me.
Exactly.
Sounded interesting.
Yeah, the course that he's doing. And I
got to get you all hooked up with with
everybody in doing interviews. Are you
familiar with Kingdom Talks? Have you
reached out to those guys yet?
I just I just cuz me and you talked
about that. I just hit Gil up uh this
week. And uh we're going to we're going
to talk soon.
Yeah. Gil's Gil's my main man, bro.
Definitely hook up with Gil. But both of
you guys You too, Anthony, you need to
hook up with Gil and and get in those I
say circuits. Just like get it Just get
in front of eyes, man. You know what I'm
saying? The people who are looking for
what you're bringing to the table.
They're out there, and they're on
Kingdom Talks. They're on this podcast,
you know? So, we want to promote what
you guys got going on. If I had any
anybody or anything that I resonate
with, this is it, you know? And so, I
definitely want to share the platform
for that. Let me ask you um
also too we're talking about money and
finances. Uh we're talking about music,
but you you have a vision of something
you've already started and I haven't
talked to you on and you you've tagged
me in and some stuff about doing
something for your birthday, some kind
of birthday
bash and and actually renting a mansion
I think it is and and it takes finances
to do that. It's not free to They could
give it to you, who knows, but you're
you're going to rent it. Can you talk
just Can you tell me
cuz I haven't talked to you about it uh
about what you got going on and maybe if
it's open to the public and just go over
some details and stuff with that and
where it's at, too. So.
Yeah.
So I I changed the word mansion to
luxury home because everybody's got a
different uh
This ain't a mansion. I live in a
mansion.
Yeah. What What at what point does What
point does the word mansion accurately
It's a nine It's a nine-bedroom luxury
home in Florida. I I I came across it a
couple years ago cuz my family works
with a lot of uh vacation homes in
Central Florida. And when I came across
in particular I met the owner and he was
furnishing a house and I was just blown
away at how plush everything was like so
top-notch. I was like, "Dude, I do
events sometimes. If I ever do an event,
I'm booking this house." And uh so I I
always had the address in the back of my
mind.
And um
I was just getting ready to uh I'm
starting to plan cuz I want to go to the
next five day. It's in the beginning of
September in Missouri.
And uh so I repaid for it. And then so I
started trying to plan around that
because I got invited to Houston, a
couple different people. So I said, "Let
I better start planning now."
Um and then as I was planning cuz we we
also just did an interview right now for
this documentary that I'm shoot that I'm
putting together. It's called one.
And um
so
I was I'm not going to start editing
until after I release my album and then
I'm going to start working on the
documentary. So I was like, "Man, I want
to
I want to be able to premiere that while
I'm in the States." And then I realized
I'm turning 40. And all of a sudden that
hit me, I'm was "Damn, turning 40? I
feel like I'm 18. I feel like I'm the
same exact person doing the same kind of
stuff I was
60. No, I'm joking.
I'm joking.
But I feel like what I'm about and my
personality and everything, I don't feel
like I'm the same spirit, you know what
I mean?
Um but it's interesting. Like 40 years
obviously a cool number, a spiritual
number, and it's just a like, "Wow, 40
years old." So I wanted to do something
big, and I just got done, you know, a
couple weeks being in the States. I hung
out with so many of you guys. Um
Jeffrey, you, Nico, Andrew, Brian,
Christian, Alec, Martin, Daniel Thornes,
Kirby, all these different guys, and I
was just like,
"You know me for years. Like look, when
I come to the States, that's what I do.
I go traveling, I do house meetings, and
that's what
of You kind of serve like an apostle to
comment you were establishing churches
and
home meetings that function as a as a
body.
I tried to gather the the scattered
loners who are in a certain area, bring
them together so that when I go on, if
they want to, they could still keep
hanging out with me.
And um
so I was just like, but this time I was
a little bit greedy. I was like, "I'm
not even thinking about
other people. I'm thinking about me.
It's my birthday. Who would I want
there?" You know? And I just like write
everybody out, and I would just saw, and
I was just thinking like,
"Yo, this is this is very doable.
I'm blessed right now with a a team
that's forming, people that shot my
Glorious to Me video. They're It's so
humbling when people start really
believing in you so much that they just
want to serve you. They want to be a
part of doing whatever they can to help
you
progress. And I that's very new for me.
And uh so these girls that are on my
team, they are super anointed and they
they do they've done live streaming
events, they do everything with media.
And so everything was just I was like,
"Wow, we could we could all go to this
luxury home. We could to blast for
several days. Everybody take a turn and
sharing and and and
just revelate in and doing a course
doing a course or a meditation or
activation or whatever. We could live
stream it for a paid event and it's in a
neighborhood with many other mansions or
luxury homes. So if people want to come
in person
if there's lodging available.
And and so it all just start happening
real fast. So I threw all of you guys in
a private group to just throw it out
there and see
you know, I I was when I when I see
something I already fully convinced
myself and believe it's done. I just
going to need to tell everybody else and
see the response but within the first
night probably like about a quarter of
the people was already like I'm in.
I'm in. I want to do it. So probably
just within the next week
I'll start publicly
making it known but my birthday is
October 6th. So it's it's the week of
it'll be the 6th through the 9th. 6th,
7th, 8th, 9th.
It's in Central Florida, Kissimmee,
Florida, Disney area. The the newest,
biggest, best vacation community. Badass
clubhouse with lazy river and huge water
park and the houses are are
pimp. Awesome awesome houses. And we're
going to do live music each night. Have
a different person featuring
doing live entertainment and music.
We're going to have
awesome back-to-back all-star lineup of
just
heavy revelators, really powerful mature
sons of God and just everybody
contributing different things. Several
couples
that I really want to share from a
married perspective. You know,
like I said, we want to bring these
things down to earth in a practical way
too. It's just not all super spiritual
stuff. It's how do we live this out as
human beings fully embodied in God and
like you're talking about with finances,
with business, with just being able to
be fully independent in all these
realms. And uh
it's going to be powerful.
I'm going to try to make it very
affordable and I'm just super excited.
I'm super excited just to know that many
people of like mind that I consider
brothers and that I that I have this
bond with just for me to even be able to
get in a house with them. But then for
us to be able to also open that up on
live stream of other people to come
visit and hang out. To have an encounter
like that. A lot of people like you just
had your first or you've had a couple
retreats.
I've had a couple little things, but for
people to get to come like we had the we
had the awesome crew in the little
apartment we were staying at at the five
day.
Yeah, I had fun like I said with Andrew
and Grace, too. Grace was just like,
"Tell me more." They were just eating it
up and we just man, it was funny. I told
Nico, I was like
like whatever role you are an office,
prophet, preacher, teacher, you're going
to naturally do that. And like it was so
fun that we were like
teaching and sharing. We're in our
element, man. And there's nothing like
it. And I was able to do
I was invited to the Kingdom Talks
retreat. They had a retreat over it was
close by me. I was like, "I have to go.
It's right down the road." And so even
there being meeting people for the first
time that you've been friends with on
the internet and staying in the same
place with these people and they're all
mystics and they all love Christ and
they got something different to offer
and
and we're meeting people and then the
Kirby five day and then I just found out
Dr. O's going to be here tomorrow like
right down the road from me. I was like,
"I got to I can't not go. I can't like
when we were able to and then I'm doing
my retreats where people are coming all
over because something I set up like and
I love it. We we take advantage of the
internet. Everybody's all over the
world. You're you know, where you are
and you're in Honduras and like
internet's amazing. We take advantage of
it, but there's nothing like, you know,
getting to meet the people for the first
time and hug their neck and lay hands
and pray and
feel the spirit of the Lord rush the
room and stuff. Dude, there's just
nothing like it. But we got to do more
of that is what I'm saying. So
You're last exactly. And I feel I feel
that this is the beginning of a brand
new era and season in the body
um because
so many of us had to leave the structure
to find our true
path and calling and revelation. And
then through that we began to to attract
to ourselves like attracts like. We
began to find others like us.
And uh now it's got to move into a new
direction to where we bring it back to
community. We bring it back to having
real relationships. And I feel uh I've
been saying non-stop for the last 2 or 3
weeks.
And that's what the my birthday party is
really
it's firing about because I could try to
make a lot of money doing it. And I even
said in the group I'm not I'm I would
love to just divide whatever money we
make to cover everybody's cost so that
we all get to have this experience
because I feel like it's going to be um
setting a precedent and and just showing
what could be because everybody's got
their own ministry. Everybody's got
their own gig. And for a long time
that's what it was all about it having
your own ministry and starting your own
thing. That's why like you got all these
denominations. Everybody wants to branch
off and get
I just want to be I just want to be
there. I don't even care. It wasn't like
they were not sharing with the
microphone. Obviously you did, but like
we weren't the main people. It was just
just to be there and to serve, man. And
just to be in the atmosphere.
And so I think that we're moving into an
era to where everybody's got their own
thing that they do, but we're going to
get excited about collaborating.
Yeah.
We're going to get excited about
bringing many ministries together and
many different things together to work
together towards something bigger than
any of us could accomplish on our own.
Yeah.
You know, and so it's about
collaboration, cross-pollinat
cross-pollinating,
and and seeing what kind of big things
we can accomplish if we all come
together and unify.
Yeah.
This is it's our time, man. And I say
our time is the time for the Christian
mystics. It's time for you to to go
deeper into Christ.
He's in everything, but you have to
train your eye to be able to see him and
follow and hear his voice and not follow
the stranger's voice, which is there and
it's okay if you did, but it's time to
get back on track and follow the voice
of Christ. He's speaking to each and
every one of you right now when you're
listening. People are feeling the Holy
Spirit. People are getting ideas and all
kinds of things as we talk as we talk
about this. They're getting it when they
listen to your music. They listen get it
when we talk about on the podcast, all
of it, but it's about following that
voice cuz it's it's it's our time. Why?
Because we're created for such a time as
this and the world needs you.
The world needs your hope. There's no
hope out there. There's death, doom,
gloom, darkness, chaos, and confusion
and the world needs hope and they're not
going to find it in any other source.
now in this generation. You could have
been one of the other ones that came in
at any other generation. You think about
just one generation before us, the
internet didn't exist.
Yeah.
One generation before us, none of this
would have been possible.
We would have never been able We
wouldn't have even found each other
probably.
Yeah.
We would have never been able to even
have access to all of these revelations
and knowledge and all all of this
super fast unfolding awakening of
consciousness that we get to be a part
of. We were elected for this before the
foundations of the world were laid. We
were chosen to be the generation
bringing this in.
Mhm.
And so, that's awesome, dude. It's
exciting.
Yeah.
Yeah. And again, it ain't it ain't just
us. We might be the ones on on the
screen, but there's so many more people
who have been in training and have been
in hiding. That's part of the process.
You have to leave. You and Kirby even
talked about it. You kind of have to
abandon your religion. You have to cuz
even the scriptures like the scriptures
are are like an overview. The scriptures
aren't going to tell you the script
scriptures talks about crystals and
using crystals, but it's not a a list of
all the crystals and what they do. You
have to find somebody who is an expert
and has given their life to study
crystals and and how to use them and and
whatever. Meditation. The Bible talks
about meditation in the trans state and
all of that and talking to angels and
even communing with the dead. Like
there's you know, but but it doesn't
doesn't give you a step-by-step process
and um
your journey's you know, every setback
has been a setup. And so for us to feel
like we've
left God or whatever the case. That's
not it. The thing about it is that you
lived to talk about it and you make it
made it back. But now we're able to have
these conversations in Christ where
people don't have to feel like even
though God's calling them to study
crystals or to get into frequency
healing music and and create frequency
healing music and be told that they're
new age. No, we're going to give you the
scriptures on it. We're going to show
you where it is in the Bible and then
somebody who is Christocentric, whose
heart is after God, uh and let them let
them teach you. Because those people are
coming out of the woodwork owning their
story, owning their uniqueness and uh
and that's what it's about for you to
share your stories and to be open and
honest and not try to be pretend to be
somebody you're not and just come as you
are. And that's that's maturity in the
body of Christ is what we're stepping
into. Uh Kingdom Talks and and those
guys are really big on the term uh
maturing sons, becoming mature sons.
and at the same time being willing to
hear other people's story without making
a judgment on it and concluding on it.
Yeah. No, it's hard, you know, and we
all do it and we still do it to each
other and you know, it's part of it. But
you got to respect it. That was one of
the biggest things for me though of
coming out of this
you know, the idea of religion where you
know, you have to prove things and
convince people was like once I started
having encounters like
dude, like there's no way that I can
just explain this to you. You had to be
there. I can't you know, I can give you
some scriptures and stuff and I want to,
but you had to be there.
You haven't seen it. I'm not it's not
even my goal or job to convince you.
It's for me and as we share it,
you know, those people who kind of laugh
at you or whatever mark you or whatever,
there's those other people that dude,
everything that you're saying,
if Kirby didn't know any better,
everything Kirby was sharing was like
that for us.
Everything he's sharing, wow, we just
needed to hear it echoed back through a
mirror, you know?
So,
Right on.
own your stories, man. Well, Dan, people
are asking like where to where to listen
to your music and and watch your videos
and you have a website and everything
where all of that's at at one place?

his YouTube, check out his website, all
that good stuff. Dan's a good friend of
mine. Glad we was able to do this talk,
man. People Most people don't know like
this is a long time coming, you know,
and and we have history and and uh man,
it's so good to be able to connect with
you.
said, the four years, it was probably
very necessary in order for us to get
the revelation of all this stuff so that
we could share with people and help
prevent them from going through some of
the same stuff or or have understanding
or even inspire them to reconcile
relationships that even maybe right now
are strange.
I wrote down somebody's name and I don't
know how how much you know this person.
I just met this person at the retreat.
Trust me, my my handwriting's bad, but
I'm going to try to show it. That See
that word?
Uh-huh. Uh-huh.
Mimi?
Yeah.
She's in the She's in the chat. I I met
her at the Kirby five-day. She says,
"What up?" She was such a blessing. Do
Do you know her? Uh uh
Yeah. Did you Did you know her before
the retreat? Cuz I just met her and like
she's she's awesome.
Okay, so the day before I flew to the
States,
I flew to Houston to go check out one of
my new mentors and she hit me up and she
was like, "Hey, I came across a video of
yours on YouTube. My husband's from
Honduras. We really feel connection like
we want to connect with you." And so I
was like, "Okay, well, where are you
from?" She said, "I'm from Houston." I
was like, "I'm flying to Houston
tomorrow."
And so I was like, "Well, I maybe we're
supposed to connect." She lived a mile
down the road from dude's house.
So her and Carly came over to the house
that night in fellowship and we had a
blast and then they were going to
five-day. So I was like, "Cool." And
then a couple And then her best friend
is Carly who is who She hit me a couple
days later, organized all the worship
uh and music. So she was like, "Hey, do
you want to do some of your songs?" And
that's how I winded up getting into
And and so Mimi is actually uh planning
an event in Houston. That's where I'm
flying in on at the end of August.
That'll be my first stop in Houston and
she's planning a uh an event that we're
going to do in Houston.
Nice. Nice.
Yeah, I was seeing her and uh and I met
her and and and spoke to her at the at
the at the retreat. Met her and they
added each other on Facebook after and I
kind of followed her and I guess it's
the other girl which is was the worship
leader. Is that her friend?
Carly.
Okay. And I seen that they kind of like
was on an adventure, too, and they were
going all over the place and I I seen
them talking about New Orleans seafood
or culture. I was like, I hope they go
to Bourbon Street cuz like I've been
telling people you need to go to Bourbon
Street at least during the day just to
see the culture. And then they go live
or whatever and they're like doing
karaoke on Bourbon Street. This chick is
a
a worship leader, loving life, living
life, spreading joy on Bourbon Street
singing secular songs. You know what I'm
saying? And it was just so so awesome to
see them
Yeah, and her Mimi's Mimi's kids was
there. There's her sons was there too at
the event, right?
Yeah.
up getting to play basketball with them
and he wound up getting the bottle and
all that right off the bat.
Yeah.
Good stuff. Shout out to you, Mimi. And
I see she's in in chat and I was going I
wrote her name down cuz I was going to
ask you about her just off the whim, but
I was like, I don't know. And then she
jumped in chat. So, I thought that was
cool.
Well, let's go ahead and end this
episode. Um guys, add add Daniel's
stuff. Check out his videos. The those
two
um are really good and he's got more
that I've seen that he's already showed
me the new one that's about to drop and
it's it's really good as well. So,
um stay on here, Dan, just for a a
minute when we get off, but I'mma say
peace and shalom to everybody. Thanks
for hanging out. Uh check out what I got
going on, too. Check out my website

examine examine any kind of
lingering doubt or unbelief
that you might have stopping
manifest the dream
down deep down inside. You can have
whatever you want if you just believe
it.
Yeah. You can have whatever you like.
That's what the Lord's singing to you.
Oh, we'll do it again.
